Enzo Tridetio
Incubus

"So, he is a lizard." Nimbus had jumped down off of the bed by now, getting irritated by the creature. Enzo chuckled at the big cat, complaining about being surrounded by idiots. He decided, and Nimbus, that their bed would be the closest to the wall. He was glad there were no bunk beds, he was pretty sure he woI'll sleep on the floor if there were.

"So, your lizard have a name?" He ran a hand through his crimson hair, "Or am I just gonna call him lizard the rest of our stay?"
Out of the corner of his eye, he watched the shadow thing closely, as well as the portal that was still open in their room.

Aeri Nahkir

A fraction of a memory woke her up. She stretched her arms as she yawned and combed back the few locks of her hair that were on her face, grazing the horns that grew like a laurel crown on her head.

If she remembered correctly, her next class should be History of Magic. The angel hybrid took her leather jacket and put it on, then, unpacked what was necessary from her sports bag and headed back to class.

In her way, she heard some loud conversation going on in one of the neighbouring rooms. She could identify Nexus' voice yelling something about dragons and Motheal say to a new voice that he had fallen there by accident and the arguing went on. Aeri smirked, well, he wasn't that great after all. She was happy to find a weakness so quickly.

She wondered through the halls and saw a siren talking to a two-headed giant, she glanced at them, slightly curious on the giant and entered the classroom once more. The bell rang and the teacher mentioned a reunion in the auditorium in fifteen minutes. Slightly annoyed by getting all the way here for nothing, she sat down again, in the back of the classroom and watched the other students discretely. There were some vampires, some demon hybrids, an exiled angel, witches here and there, a living shadow, a lot of other supernatural species she hadn't seen before and, surprisingly, some humans. Getting information on all of them would be hard, but she would succeed, like she always had.

Jonako
Just the slightest bit upset with himself, Jonako sighed softly, his mind flipping between his responsibility and his desire for companionship. True, both options did have it as an end result, but the cat familiar was a bit tired of wandering for days on end without speaking. Some days he felt as though he would slowly loose his sentience and drift about as nothing more than a simple cat. The thought made him sick.

Stretching, he glanced around for the source of the bell chime, he remaining in place as several other students began to bottleneck through the door. Jonako blinked at the sight whilst listening to Ms. Fontaine. Yes, that was the thing she mentioned, the meeting or what not after this class. He drug his hand across his dead eye, wondering how might he get there. 'I suppose follow them all and speak to this person after everyone leaves the meeting.' A soft sight escaped him, he momentarily catching sight of Kieran before he bolted. Ah...asking he wasn't going to happen. The familiar stood, nodding in Ms. Fontaine's direction as he readied himself to leave, only to be caught by Nick. "Oh, Uhm. Would we be attending this meeting? I need to have a conversation with someone there when it's all over. It's fairly urgent, so if not.." Jonako trailed on.

McCartney Scarsworth

Just as McCartney sat down, the bell began to ring signalling the end of class. She felt a bit of relief, happy that the awkwardness of the first class on the first day of school was finally over. She gathered her things into her knapsack, standing as she watched a few of the students leave the room. Mac glanced back at Val when she heard him ask her a question, wondering what Lukas had wanted when he grabbed her arm. "Oh...he wanted to know my name. I guess that's normal, right?" she responded, shrugging her shoulders. She turned her gaze to Lukas, watching as he left the room. Mac wasn't sure what the vampire's interest in her was, but Val didn't seem to like it. "Is something wrong?"

Candy(3rd year-Human): She embraces both of them, expecting nothing less than the warmth that they showed to her. She feels herself slightly lose balance when Al hugs her but is able to catch herself before falling. She was glad that they were excited to see her as she was for them. Candy smiles at them warmly. "I'm great, Atticus, thank you for asking. Let's walk and talk?" She asks them, she wanted to get to the meeting room as soon as possible and didn't want to miss anything. She was hoping that they would agree to go with her and perhaps speak to the swords teacher later. In fact, she was now giving them soft pleading eyes to come with her. SRUNewman SRUNewman

Nerrezza(1st year-Vampire): She looks around the room but stays sitting on her bed. It was spacious but there were four beds and that was problematic. This might mean that she had two other roommates that she hasn't met yet. And all four sleeping places were beds, which wouldn't do for her. She slept in a coffin, it was what she was used too, and she didn't like going without a coffin. If the Academy wouldn't see to this, she would have to leave. Another thing was that she was awake during the day and was really tired. There was a meeting soon and she had heard a bell ring a few moments ago, but she wouldn't be staying here if all of the classes were in the daytime. It wouldn't be fair to her to have to stay up during her natural time of rest. There was a bunch of thoughts in her head and she barely hears Enzo speaking to her. Nerrezza looks up at him, realizing she was beginning to stare in space, trying to recall what he just asked her. "Erebus," she says after awhile, realizing he was still calling him a lizard. "Lizards aren't as deadly as he can be," she mutters, partially saying it to herself and partially saying it to him. Nerrezza also realizes that the shadow thing was still flying around everywhere. "What the heck is this thing anyway?" She says, a bit loud, becoming irritated with it. HoneyAsylum HoneyAsylum N Nonexisting

Nick(2nd year-Human): "Well, actually, it's mandatory to attend the meeting, if you're a student," he states matter-of-factly with a sidelong glance at him. He wasn't sure if Jonako was actually attending here or not but he would have to go to the meeting at least. Hopefully Cassia would be attending it too, he would like to talk to her some more as well. Nick heads out of the room and sees that Kieran was leaning against the wall. He walks over to him, assuming that Jonako would follow him out of the door. TheCrowKing TheCrowKing Mentioned: Elf_Ruler Elf_Ruler

Kieran(2nd year-Werwolf): He looks up when he hears walking towards him and he sees Nick with Jonako following him. He was feeling a bit better but there were still a bunch of noises. He could feel the ground shaking slightly and a loud booming voice from coming outside. But he didn't want to investigate that, not just yet. He was way too jumpy and anxious to get into another encounter. "Sorry for running out," he says to them once they catch up with him. "Oh..you had questions for me, right?" He looks over to Jonako, recalling their slight conversation earlier. "Maybe we can go to where the meeting will be and talk there? That way, we can get away from the noise for quite awhile, and maybe the headmaster will be there. He will probably be able to help you the most." He was mostly looking at Jonako when asking about going to the auditorium, knowing that Nick would most likely follow him without actually having to ask him. Kieran also assumed that Jonako was asking questions about the classes and academy, which the headmaster would be most useful for. Again TheCrowKing Mentioned: R RadZombie

Now Todd was downright confused. Just after he had arrived, the man/woman began crying. They were going off, saying that they "can't help it if they can read minds" and that they can't control it. Clearly whoever the two head giant is, they didn't want their minds read. For a second, Todd thought he caused it, but by one of the heads enraged responses he could tell it wasn't. As the giant shout at the crying person, Todd stepped closer to the one in tears. He wasn't the best people-person, but it wasn't right to shout at someone who's crying. "Hey! Can't you see their crying!?" he shouted at the giant. Todd may stand just above 4 foot and weigh around 60 lbs, but he feared no one, not even this angered behemoth. He put his hand at the middle of person's back since he can't really reach their shoulders. "Hey, it's alright. No need to cry" he told them, trying to comfort them.

"crap! no!" eris changed form. his pants and shoes ripped as now she had a shimmering ombre like tail. eris was a beautiful mermaid woman and now stuck on the floor unable to move except drag herself just barely.

Seeing Eris in this helpless state didn't quell his anger. He opened his mouth ready to shout at the mermaid some more, but Galtheus stopped him.

"Daemor, stop!" Galtheus yelled, causing Daemor to abruptly turn his head to look at his brother.

Galtheus looked his brother in the eye for a moment, before telling him "She didn't know."
He said it firmly, and with finality.

There was a long silence as the brothers stared at one another. Then, with a grimace, Daemor reluctantly gave in and ceased his berating. Galtheus turned to Eris.

"I'm really, really sorry," He said sincerely, a look of deep concern in his eyes, "please, let me help you up."

The giant gently extended his massive hand toward Eris.

Gren Hastings

Gren was having a panic attack on his way to school. He had woken up really late and he had rushed out the door almost failing to put on all of his clothes. Cold sweat began to form on his head as he skidded to a stop at the front office, asking what period it was quickly. Apparently he got here just in time for History of Magic. Not a good start to his first year. He walked inside the hallways, looking rather lost and confused. It was a natural feeling. He was in a new school with no clue where any of his classes was. He just walked ahead blindly and timidly, hoping he was going in the right way. His blade was resting in a secret pocket in his backpack so he thought it'd be safe.

Gabriel's POV- Student Office

"I hope you'll behave at this school. If you draw attention to yourself, I can't do anything." Gabriel warned. "Remember that this is neutral ground to both sides..."

Belial was looking out the window. His gaze was distant and he was unusually quiet. Sighing, the Archangel concentrated on finding a parking spot for his white Alfa Romeo. He was worried for the prince. This was an unusual situation, but there was every hope that it would work out. Gabriel knew that his heart was still healing, and that took time. Time and patience and understanding.

He settled the car in front of the student office and they both climbed out. Gabriel entered the building with Belial carrying his two-wheeled piece of luggage. His wings were tucked neatly behind him. Physical form was annoying that way.

There was another being there, one with a light of agitation around him. The Arch sent a covert sluice of angelic comfort his way. He was like that.

Belial was fiddling with his tie. Gabriel went over and righted it, to the annoyance and verbal exclamation of his young charge. Adolescents were so hard to interact with, but Gabriel ignored the profanity because he knew that it was due to anxiety. After all, it was Belial's first day at the Academy of the Forest. A week ago, he was... Gabriel shuddered mentally. He didn't want to think about it.

Belial was glaring at him. The Archangel suddenly wanted to take him in his arms and comfort him like he did when Belial was a child.

Galtheus nodded at Midnight and pulled his hand away slowly, though he didn't leave; he planned to stick around long enough to make sure that Eris was okay.

Daemor, on the other hand, was pointedly refusing to look at Galtheus.

Zephra
First Year

fc5119aa076a195fce76d46eacef1fa6.jpg
"Oh Crap, crap! I'm so late" Zephra dragged her suitcase to the dorm in one hand and a cage with a small bunny in the other. She set down the cage then proceeded to pat her jacket pockets and then her shorts 'where is that damn key'. After a few moments of struggling she found the key in her inner jacket pocket. She clumsily pulled it out and unlocked her door. Of course no one was inside. Everyone would probably just be finishing the first class already. Zephra sighed and pulled her suitcase to an unspread bed. She sat on the spring bed defeated, which sent it's hello in a short screeching sound. Should she unpack? No...there wasn't enough time for her to get to her other class if she unpacked. She got up and put her caged bunny on her desk closest to her bed. She notice her room had four beds in four corner's of the room. Her bed was closest to window however a medium sized brown wooden desk with a single lamp stood between her bed and the window in the left hand corner. There were three more windows along that wall and alternate furniture facing her, so she wasn't the only one by the window. She look out the window at the beautiful campus grounds and peaceful students who roamed freely around. She hasn't seen him yet. She shook her head snapping out of her distant memories. Zephra then pulled out a sheet of paper handed to her when she came in.
"The next class should be...History of Magic...where's that." Zephra sighed once again. She opened her suitcase and pulled out her frog green knapsack folded up inside. Then she found her pencil case and notebook and placed it in the knapsack and slung it over her shoulder. "Maybe the office could tell me..." After a bit of reluctance Zephra left her dorm room and began walking the halls in hopes of finding some office of some sort or at least someone who could help her.

Dauthurae "Dau" Bianxing - 1st year
Shira runs fast and freely in her snow leopard form, it's almost as if she's flying forward over the ground. The soft leaves under the paws, the sunlight that trickles down through openings in the dense forest roof, the sound of a distant river, the beautiful birdsong, the feel of a breeze blowing against her fur, the many smells of the living forest and it's inhabitants, it is all so wonderful. But the best of all is the pure feeling of freedom, peace and enjoinment her master is emitting.

Up ahead is a cliff bending out over the continuation of their path. Shira has an idea. Without any warning she darts of towards the cliff.
"Shira!" her master exclaims surprised through their thoughts, already bracing themselves for the jump.
Shira chuckles and takes the cliff in two quick strides, putting force into her jump and they go flying off through the air. For a moment the time seems to slow down as they hover in the air. She can feel her masters slight worry but also their overtaking excitement and joy, which makes her happy. It lasts but a moment, in the next they hit the ground. The landing is smooth and Shira continues the sprint without a pause. The adrenaline rushes through them both and they laugh together out of joy. When her master has calmed down a bit they speak with a serious tone.
"As much as I enjoy your unexpected impulses, Shira, I don't want you to wear yourself out over me. You have carried me far, but there are still some ways to go to the school. Nor do you have to run so fast, we have plenty of time."
"I can't risk my master being late for your first day." Shira simply responds.
"I'm your friend, Shira, not your master." Dauthurae corrects her "And as I said, don't overexert yourself. Though your intentions are more than kind, pushing yourself as you are may instead make us late."
"To me you are both, Dau. As for the latter, I am far from being overexerted."
It was clear that Shira's mind was set and there were no point in trying to convince her otherwise.
Dau sighs and says "Very well, do as you wish... Thank you, Shira. I hate to bring you trouble though..."
"There isn't nor will be any trouble for me over this. Now just relax and rest master Dau. I'm certain it will be well needed when we reach this interesting school."
Dauthurae nods and their presence drifts off to somewhere in the deep of Shira's mind.

***
When Dau's mind connects with Shira's again the forest have changed and thinned remarkably. A sort of large shape can be seen through the trees in front of them. Shira is still running at the same, even, fast pace as before. Dau's friend were truly a remarkable character and they don't know what they possibly could have done to deserve her friendship. The snow leopard comes to a stop as they reach the border of the forest.

In front of them a magnificent castle stands tall and proud.
"This must be the Academy of the Forest..." Dau thinks in awe as they gaze upon the grand school.
At this moment a raven lands in front of Shira's paws. Through Shira's sharp, blue-grayish eyes they both look with curiosity upon the bird. It brings them a message of information on the place, time and subject of the first class, the mandatory meeting after the first class and their dorm, room and dormmates. With a nod of Shira's head they both thank the raven, which flies off once it's message is delivered.
"It seems we have some time to kill, so dorm or exploration?" Shira asks her master.
"Exploration!" Dau eagerly declares.
Shira laughs softly at Dauthurae's enthusiasm. Her blue-grayish eyes darkens to that of a blackness resembling the darkest nights of the cold winters. In the snow leopard's place a brown owl now sits. Shira flits her powerful wings and they soon soar high over the school grounds, ready to explore.

***
Shira sits on the window frame of a window to the library.
"I think we've found the place you will spend the most of your time here at." Shira jokes fondly.
Dau would answer, but well, they're too busy looking at all the books. Bookshelf after bookshelf, row after row, all filled to the brim with knowledge.
"The bookshelf at home is nothing compared to this..." they murmur in amazement.
Shira was just about to reply when the sound of a bell rang throughout the school.
"It seems it's time for class." Shira states and flies off at an incredible speed.

After barley a minute they reach the outside of the Herbology classroom. Dau mutters the words of one of the few spells they have mastered. Shira flies through the solid wall without a hinge. Only a few students have entered the classroom. Shira flies close to the roof until she lands on a joist close to left wall in the front of the classroom.

The time passes by as more and more students trickle in through the door, or portals and other transportation measures. Both Dau and Shira are deeply intrigued by the many different creatures attending the class. So far no one has noticed the owl near the roof.

When the teacher announces the task Dau sighs, not because of the task itself, but because they can't preform it while inside Shira. Dau looks over the plants through Shira's eyes, recognizing all of them.
"At least it's an easy task..." they think as Shira smoothly flies to the very back of the room, where she lands in a dark corner.
Dau concentrates their power to extract themselves from Shira's body. "Don't make a ruckus, don't make a ruckus, don't make a ruckus, don't make a ruckus...." They repeat to themselves as a mantra. They keep their eyes tightly closed while holding their breath. Once they are certain they didn't cause any disruptions they open their eyes. No on had noticed them, or rather
her judging from their current height.
Dau takes a small bag out of one of the many pockets in her black, shapeless cloak. She murmurs a spell and the bag grows to a normal size. When the bag has finished growing she takes out a paper and pen, starting to write the different plants down and what one might use them for.

When Dau is finished she remains in her position on the floor, not wanting to draw attention towards herself. The time ticks past as she curiously studies the various individuals inside of the classroom. Finally the bell rings again and the teacher tells them that they are allowed to leave. Shira, who had sat on her shoulder, lands in front of her, waiting for Dau to merge with her. As tempting as it is Dau shakes her head. They know they can't run from their "curse" forever, and they are here after all to learn to control it. And who knows maybe, maybe, these people wouldn't judge them.
Dau takes a deep breath to gather their courage and stands up in their female form. She takes a step towards the front of the classroom, then another one and slowly but surly make their way towards the teacher's desk, to turn their paper in.

(Interactions: open to whoever is still in the classroom.)

Lucy walked through the halls, an annoyed frown replacing her usual range of expressions. She wasn't in a good mood right now.
"Keep her safe, Lucy. She's your little sister."
She muttered to herself as she trudged across the halls, books clutched to her torso.
"Make sure she makes friends, Lucy."
What was so great about her little "sister" anyway? She was a ditzy little moron who wouldn't have any magic worth using if her innate talent weren't so damned excessive. Besides, the only reason she needed to be coddled so much is that her parents sheltered her so much.

Lucy's brow furrowed with frustration as she gave a sigh full of repressed anger. For a moment she looked sad, even hurt.
"I hate her..."

Hate was a strong word. She didn't love the girl, and she sure as sin wasn't going to consider the insufferable little cherub or her painfully sweet mother her family, but she couldn't quite bring herself to hate her.

"Agh!"
She bumped into someone just outside of herbology: another demon, by the looks of it. After a moment of panic she shook her head and twisted her mouth into the playful grin that was her favorite expression.

"Why hello there! Have we met~?"

The Fabulous Emerald The Fabulous Emerald

Lucretia smiled. Herbology was over! She put her things back into the cute little backpack her mother had gotten her as a going away class and flung it over her shoulder.
"My next class is..."
She had to consult her schedule, then the map, then the schedule again.
"History? Awwww...."
She wasn't a fan of memorization. She wasn't very good at it, but she was going to try her best! Besides, maybe she'd meet a cute girl! Or boy. Or maybe there'd be a kitty! On the way out she saw her sister, smiling. She knew from past experience to leave Lucy alone when she was with friends, because otherwise Lucy yelled at her, so instead she just waved, gave a thumbs up, and kept going.

Unfortunately, she got lost. Very....very lost. And panicky. And started to tear up a little as she frantically wandered in search of help.

Finally, Alli had cut down Sin's black webbing - she had suffered a few scratches on her hand for it, but nothing severe. The pain helped Alli take it down, anyways. After 'safely' disposing of the demonic thread (in the classroom bin), she grabs her little eight-legged friend from the herb garden he had made himself comfortable in as Alli heads out of the door. However, as she does so, she lets out a slight umph as someone walks smack bang into her. Luckily (for Lucy) it was more the initial shock than actual pain that startled her, so Alli's abilities didn't kick in.

As she turns around to see what hit her, her skullspider Sin sitting on her shoulder, she notes the grin. She had the look of succubus about her, and after a quick soul peek she seemed fairly confident that she was. "Oh...er, I don't believe so." She says, with a slightly harsh, yet still clearly feminine, voice. "Who are you?"

Mane Mane

"I'm Lucy, a succubus~ If the fact that I'm basically half naked and not being chewed out by every staff who looks even remotely in my direction wasn't a tip off."
She cocked her head playfully and giggled a bit.

"Always nice to meet another demon. I like the spider."
She was tempted to reach out and tussle this girl's hair but unlike her sister Lucy actually had some experience with her own kind.

"Everyone thinks I want to take their souls! It's so annoying. How's a girl supposed to make friends when everyone assumes she has some ulterior motive?"
Sure, that was rich coming from her. In her defense, though, she never befriended someone for as nefarious a goal as robbing them their very essence. To combat her loneliness, certainly. To give her someone to snuggle, most assuredly.
She'd even stooped as low as acting friendly so people would buy her food. But she'd never do something to her friends without having it requested of her (and even then she wasn't stupid enough to get involved in the souls of others here, which would be a death sentence).

The Fabulous Emerald The Fabulous Emerald

"Well," Alli says with a small amount of sass in her voice, "us demons are known for stealing souls. I think it is fair of them to assume that we would - after all, if they are wrong they spend an eternity in the Nine Hells. Or even worse, with some of the demons." Alli finishes with a bit of a chuckle. While it could be distressing or annoying at times, it was amusing to see how humans she had never met before reacted to her. Some reacted with fear, while others with violence, so it was always a surprise to see who does what.

"Oh, my name is Alaegora. Alli, if you wish. My father titled me 'The Nightmare', but I have seen nothing nightmarish about myself." She says with a smirk, as he stretches her wings slightly. She does, however, appear pretty friendly as she offers a hand to her. Her deep purple, same as her face, hand with sharp yellow nails and bare yellow knuckles.

Mane Mane

Lucy shrugged. She hated it, honestly. Made them more difficult to deal with. Unlike her sister she actually had to put effort in when she wanted someone who feared her to change their mind.
"Does this look a face that wants to see people burning in hell?"
She used a tiny bit of transformation magic to give herself the sweetest, most innocent-sounding schoolgirl voice she could muster at a moment's notice, striking a deliberately cutesy pose as she did. This only lasted a moment before she started laughing again.

"Alli? That's a cute name. It fits you."
She took the hand softly, using magic to well up a small feeling of attraction-assuming it wasn't resisted or shaken off, at least.

"Definitely better than The Nightmare-though, I'm a succubus. Given some of my kind's habits I might be biased."
There was sort of a reverse double entendre in her last quip-the obvious meaning was that she would prefer cutesy or pretty names, while the less obvious
was that succubi were often accredited with dreams-pleasant ones, in a way.
"I didn't have a dad. I think. My, uh....my sister didn't. Annnnnd I don't think my mom's ever taken a liking to a man, so."

Well, this went sideways pretty fast. The person he had tried to comfort had tripped on something before strangely shifting into a mermaid form. The would explain the feminine scent. As she helplessly dragged herself away, Todd was somewhat glad to see the other head decided to tell the other off and try to help. The mermaid was clearly terrified of the giant. Todd quickly jumped between the two, who one of their names was presumably Daemor, and the mermaid in case Daemor felt like yelling some more. Fortunately a centaur-looking being arrived to help the mermaid. Looks like Todd's job was done. A part of what the centaur said however snagged his attention. The assembly! Gren thought he was gonna pass out from anxiety until he ran into an assortment of different creatures carefully placed around the hall in front of him. His nervousness vanished and he smiled softly. He thought that he wasn't really needed at the moment so he remained quiet, not stopping to ask for directions as he walked past in an attempt to be polite and not interrupt. He then began to sweat again because he was insanely lost... Maybe he should of asked for directions. He had into a boy, yelping as he winced. He was pretty lanky, so he fell down like a wooden plank. "I-I'm sorry!" He whimpered.
