As anybody with morals would, the boy he ran into apologized. Todd sat up before standing once again. "It's alright, my fault. But you wanna know what sucks about being 4 foot 2 and weighing 60 pounds? Stuff like this actually kinda hurts" he said. This has happened to Todd plenty of times before. Usually it was because he was running and some purposefully or accidentally stepped in his way.

Alli didn't particularly seemed fazed, or confused, by the transformation - after all, she knew what succubi were. She knew that most succubi could change their appearance to appear more attractive, but she also knew that they had a habit of charming others as well - that, she was wary of. "Yeah - the name Alli tends to be a bit easier on the mind than Alaegora the Nightmare, after all. Helps to improve first relations, so to speak." As she listened to Lucy continue her words, she nods in understanding. "I didn't have a mother, myself. My father also doesn't seem bothered by love, either - he's more of a 'kill everything' kind of guy." Alli almost shudders to think what he was doing now back in the Nine Hells - probably torturing some souls, most likely.

Meanwhile, Sin had wandered onto Alli's hand, seeking attention. Despite the skull carapace and the horrible evilness within, Sin was a big softie at heart. At least, towards Alli.

Lucy's face twisted into a frown.
"Awww, that's awful....though I guess if he gave his own daughter that dreadful a name it isn't surprising."
The thought of not having a mother stung her, even if part of its resonance was born in petty self-indulgance.

"I can't imagine having to grow up with a father like that!"
She wanted to hug this girl but she got the feeling doing so immediately after their exchange might come off as suspicious.
"Love is the best! I'd probably die, in your position!....but you probably knew that."

Lucy smiled warmly. This person was going to be a good friend, she could tell. Probably.

Lucretia continued to wander aimlessly about campus, practically on the verge of tears. Upon hearing some noise she approached the source, finding herself face to face with several people, one of which-
CUTE BOY!

"HIIII!"
Lucretia took flight, glomping Gren and taking him to the floor while nuzzling the back of his head.
"HEY YOU'RE ADORABLE OH MY GOD I LOVE YOU LET'S BE FRIENDS!"

She seemed to forget everyone else for a second, opting to wrap her wings around the veritable captive and smile as wide as she could...not that it would be visible to him.

Gren Hastings

Gren was the humble type, as he began to deny him. "N-No! It's my fault. I should have been paying attention to where I was going. M-M-My name is Gren Hastings of the Hastings family, I'm actually rather lost." He said, telling Todd the honest to god truth. He was rather polite but didn't seem to have much confidence. He seemed rather gentle though, his eyes seeming to have this deep sense of longing for something greater. Gren just hoped Todd wasn't mad at him. That was when it happened. He was glomped from behind and was covered by light feathers. "Wh-Wh-Wh-Wha-" He stuttered as he began to stammer as he blushed wildly. He had never received so much attention before, and the girls request was innocent so with some reluctance he looked down and mumbled. "E-Erm... Eh... Ok..."

"Oh, don't get him wrong. He wasn't a bad father - he never abused me or anything like that, he just wasn't the best father. Still, I couldn't expect more from a demon of wrath. Chances are, as well, I could've been much worse off than I am now." Alli says, feeling like she doesn't need to get into the specifics of what she means. Not that she wants to, anyway. Still, she is somewhat surprised by her warm smile - it didn't seem fake like most succubus smiles are. Perhaps this demon was like Alli herself - not fond of the idea of stealing souls and torturing mortals.

Todd shook his head as Glen said it was his fault. The boy was humble, Todd could respect that, but what he couldn't respect was his nervousness. It was the first day, no one should be nervous. "We're both a little at fau-" he was saying before Glen was rather violently taking to the ground by some winged woman. Clearly Glen was caught off guard by the sudden storm of attention and affection, and he clearly wasn't used to it. Todd could already tell he wasn't going to like this woman, but it is usual for him to not like anyone who is energetic and/or loud, and this woman was both. "Seriously!? Why do you have to be so loud!?" he shouted. His voice was going to be gone by the end of the day if more people like this showed up.

"Yay~"
Lucretia squeezed for a second, before realizing she had been lost. And that a small fox thing was getting cross with her.

"S-sorry, I get excited easy...you wouldn't happen to know where History is? I was kind of lost."
Her face turned bright crimson as she reluctantly let go and stood, offering a soft slender hand to help Gren up with.

"My name's Lucretia. What's yours?"
The concept that other people were present had genuinely escaped her notice. She was single-minded and impulsive. On the bright side if the boy was anything to go by more people here would take well to her than Big Sis had said!

"We're....probably going off different definitions. I was kinda spoiled, didn't sleep in my own bed until I was, like, fifteen."
Given her previous statement about assumptions she hoped Alli wouldn't ask the question that was always asked when she said this-it was embarrassing and quite frankly insulting to her mother-but she answered it preemptively anyway.
"I got lonely real easy. I'd have nightmares and beg her to sing me a lullaby every time she tried to get me to move out of her room. Must've been a real pest given I basically forced her to conduct business on a time limit. Still, she always got home in time for me. I miss that."

She realized too late she was about to start crying. Her face, which had slowly sunk into nostalgic sadness, contorted with rage for a moment before another smile took hold, this one not quite as genuine but still more authentic than was usual for her species.
"A-anyways, I'm glad to meet you! Demons anywhere near that pretty tend to be other succubi and I don't get along with them very well."
Her attraction to this girl was plainly visible-why bother to hide it? She was a succubus, trying to be friendly made people assume she was into them anyway-but it almost seemed like she was overplaying it to compensate for something.

"And I love your hair! It's very pretty."

Gren Hastings

Gren's face was still very red. He was taken by surprise so he was still very embarrassed. He got up slowly and took the girls hand, his face burning with red as he looked away to the ground to try to not make eye contact in fear he'd run away. He did notice Todd get cross with her about being loud and excited, and tried to reassure him. "It's okay Todd, I'm sure she was just lost and needed some help like I did." He slowly looked at Lucretia and smiled softly. "Uhm... My name is Gren Hastings of the Hastings family. I have History of Magic next. Is that where your headed?" He asked, trying to work up the little confidence he had so he could make friends. He liked the softness of her hand, it made him feel warm... He'd never admit it tho.

Al and Atticus walk with Candy towards the meeting place. "Candy how's Nick, I saw him in class but didn't get the chance to say hi." Atticus chimes in when he hears Nick's name. "Yeah, I say Kieran to they were talking to other people and so were we, so I didn't say hello to them, have you heard anything from your sister since last year"

Alli listens to Lucy's story, with a little sympathy in her heart, as she tells her story about her mother. Alli realized that she couldn't really relate to her, though, as her own father never told her tales to help her sleep - if he did tell her stories before bed, it would produce the opposite result to what Lucy's mother's stories did. The castle she grew up in was large and cold on a night, and terribly lonely, yet Alli didn't feel loneliness. Perhaps she was innately scared to show fear in front of her father, or perhaps she simply did not care - she was never truly certain but even now loneliness never really bothered her. She had Sin, anyways, and he was all Alli needed. She thinks that's all she needs, anyways.

She cocks her head in slight confusion as Lucy quickly changes expressions, clearly trying to hide her feelings, but is taken back by surprise as Lucy speaks again. While uncommon, other people have sometimes said she was pretty - despite the wings, occasional spikes and glowing eye in the centre of her forehead, she still had a fair amount of feminine beauty to her. Not usually found on the spawn of a wrath demon, to be sure. Still, it surprised her. She felt a bit suspicious, to be honest, but decided to believe Lucy.

"Oh," she says, still blushing slightly from the compliments, "Thank you. Usually if people call me pretty, it isn't for my hair...but, I'm sure you understand." She says, running her hand through her hair. Despite the natural rigidity of the demon's hair, she did make sure to keep it soft and healthy.

Todd calmed down a little as the woman, Lucretia, had quieted down and apologized. Part of the reason he doesn't like people being loud is because of his enhanced hearing. Glen had made an attempt to defend her by saying she was lost as well. Still didn't make sense as to why she basically tackled him. Both Glen and Lucretia seemed to be looking for History of Magic. History was also Todd's next class, but there was the meeting. Ah screw, might as well help them. "I can take you two to History of Magic" he butted in after Glen finished speaking.

"I'm a little jealous, to be honest. Mine won't grow any longer than it is and I love long hair. Granted, I'm a succubus, my physical body is easier to change than a human's clothes, but I do kinda wish the 'real me' had longer hair."
As though to demonstrate she transformed into...a girl that looked exactly how she had before but with bright blue hair down to her knees and slightly bigger boobs.

"I could never deal with being a human. The idea of being stuck with one physical body for your entire life is stupid enough when you can pick what that looks like."
She reverted to her previous form, smiling again.

"What do you have next? I'm in History of magic."

She extended a hand and grinned.

"If you're going to the same, how about we hold hands?"

Lucretia giggled, overjoyed with her new buddy.
"Don't be shy, I don't bite!"

She considered leaning in for a kiss but her mother's warning echo'd through her brain.

"I mean, I'll kiss you if you ask, happily, but I'd never hurt anyone."
As though what she'd said were totally normal she turned to Todd. It took her a moment to find words to use.

"Thank you very much for your assistance, um...sir."
It was obvious she'd rehearsed that line, not because it sounded fake or forced but because she literally stopped halfway through and made the face of a middle schooler forgetting their line. Also immediately after she whipped out a phone, muttered the line again, and smiled when she finished.
"Want me to hold your hand, Gren? You seem to like it~"

Gren flushed when she told him she'd kiss him if he asked. H-How indecent! Asking for his first kiss even though they just met. I-It was too soon! He quickly shook his head when she said that before she asked to hold his hand. He seemed too nervous and embarrassed to do so he tried to give her a polite apologetic smile. "It's not that I don't like those things... It's just I just met you... And those are t-things a couple usually does." He said shyly. He certainly didn't hate her but she was moving too fast for him. He thought she was pretty though, but he needed to establish boundaries. "I-I appreciate the attention tho. Why don't you lead the way... What's your name?" He asked happily.

Tiger

He stretched and yawned, his cat nap was restful. Nimbus licked his paw, bringing it up to clean his face and ears. In the short time he was napping, he saw many students rushing to their next class, most of them late by now. The tiger began walking slowly to one of the entrances, slipping through the door when someone failed to close it all the way. He wandered the halls, simply looking for anything remotely interesting

Ok, now he could connect the dots. As soon as Lucretia said she'd kiss Gren if he asked Todd was able to determine she was a succubus. It made sense as she did seem to be attractive based on Gren's reaction to her. Todd was more of an asexual, he didn't really have any sexual attractions. Next thing he could tell about Lucretia was that she doesn't speak formally often as she had paused to think of what she was going to say to thank him. He could only pray their wasn't many people like her here. He was thankful to hear Gren speak again to lay down some boundaries between Lucretia and himself. She was a fast mover when it came down to relationship Todd supposed. Gren then went on and turned his attention to Todd, motioning for him to lead the way and asking for his name. "Oh, I'm Todd. Todd Grayson" he said, extending his small, fur covered hand out for a handshake. He held it a little higher so Gren wouldn't have to reach very low to shake hands.

"Erm...I have History next too, but...hold hands? May I ask why - I don't wish to offend you, but I've just met you and I don't want to give others the wrong impression." She says, stammering and hesitating slightly, her face full of embarrassment and somewhat apology. It's clear that she is blushing, but whether or not for the right reasons is unclear. She is definitely embarrassed, for sure. Alli looks at the hand, not wanting to take it, yet not wanting to deny it either. After all, she doesn't want to hurt Lucy's feelings.

Lucretia seemed hurt for all of a second before her usual pluckiness took the wheel again.
"That's perfectly fine! All you gotta do is not ask~"
The concept that given this information she should probably apologize for her ambush earlier genuinely didn't occur to her; the thought was absurd. Everyone loved hugs! That said, she was curious what a "couple" was. Two people were a couple of people! Right? And it wasn't like you could kiss more than one person or hold hands with more than two. Oh, well. Mom told her people might not like her the same way she did, so she'd been prepared for this.

"Either way glad to meet you, Glen! And Todd."

TheDragoon TheDragoon Raku Raku

A delighted grin took hold of her face for a few seconds. It wasn't malicious so much as playful, and the giggle that came with it could be described the same way.
"I'm just...sorta touchy feely. Well, obviously, but having someone else's hand in mine is wonderful. Plus, you know I'm a succubus, and uh, I don't have many friends?"
It was obvious she wasn't hiding anything. Her previous year here had been unremarkable and she hadn't made many friends.

"Don't worry, saying no won't hurt my feelings. I just find that most people seem to enjoy it and, uh..."
Her face turned bright crimson.

"I like making my friends happy? And I trust you."
The blush died as fast as it formed, but the warm smile beneath it remained. She awkwardly looked down to her hand, but kept it up just in case. If it wasn't taken in a moment she'd pretend this bit hadn't happened.

I suppose I've been left in the dust by my... "friends." I think as Al and Atticus leave. I say goodbye to Ms. Fontaine, and begin striding on over to where Al and Atticus are. Firstly, I'd step outside of the classroom, and I'd spot the unmistakable trio that I've met earlier...

Hold up. Trio? Hmm... the new person I see must be a friend of theirs. And the third person I had seen poking into my conversation with the Herbology Teacher. Well, I suppose I should talk to them anyway. I walk up to the three, and make my presence known.

"Hey Al, and Atticus," I'd cheerfully greet them, "Hello person-I-don't-know-yet!" I'd turn to Candy. Of course I know what her name is though... eavesdropping is a bad habit of mine... I'd switch my tone by tipping down my hat again, I might as well call what I'm doing, my sad expression, and I'd somberly say, "What a shame you had left me for another... pity that..."

I'd change my expression once more, and I'd smile with glee, "Was I too boring for you that you'd ditched me?" I'd ask. Naturally, of course I understood that they were meeting up with someone, and of course I knew that sticking arround with someone all day can make someone sick to the stomach, but... I was bored and I hate being lonely. Plus... being a tad bit theatrical didn't hurt, did it?

"Although..." I'd continue, having at it with another mood swing, narrowing my eyes, my cheery smile turning into a mischevious grin, "Rumor has it that the teacher you seek... the Swordsmanship Teacher I gather... isn't available at this time..." I'd bluff. "How do I know...? Let's just say... Lady Luck gives me a few perks, eh?" I'd continue to lie and bluff. It's not that hard to make a lie a truth. People do it all the time when they write history. So you can say I have... mastered the art, no? "There's this huge meeting at the Auditorium, and I wouldn't put it too far off that the Headmaster would be pretty miffed if a group of 3rd-Years missed out on such a grandious meeting," I'd continue to assert myself with confidence.

"But hey, that's this First-Year has to offer, it's your call... and I really don't have anywhere else to go in any honesty..." I'd glumly say.

Zephra finally saw some people in the hall way. A small wolf dressed in clothes, a girl with angel wings hugging another boy with Grey hair. A quite adorable boy with grey hair she thought. They all looked quite adorable actually. She felt a little shy but talked herself into smiling in as friendly a manor as she could. They were also a bit loud so she heard them mention history...maybe they could help her. She walked up to them.
"Uh, hi, hello. I'm very late and i've missed the first class and now im looking for..." she pulled out the folded paper from her pocket, "history of magic?...Any chance you all might be headed that way?"

Gren seemed pleased with Todd's name. "I see, I hope we can be great friends." He said with a nod as he took his paw firmly and shaking it. He seemed more confident that earlier. Maybe he was finally warming up to them? He had no idea but he seemed less nervous than before. He then heard Lucretia's comment, thinking it to bad a tad bit rude. It's not that he didn't WANT to kiss her at all, he just wasn't sure if he wanted to do that YET. It seemed too out of the blue for her to ask that of him and then just say that he shouldn't ask when she told him that he could if he wanted. It was like she was contradicting herself. Gren felt a bit uneasy about her for the moment. He felt something was up though. He figured he'd ask her later or something. He then heard another girl approach and ask about where History of Magic is. He politely replied to her with a soft smile, "Actually, Todd here was gonna take us to History of Magic if you want to come with us. It'll be fun!" He said.

Zephra's face brightened up when the Grey haired boy said this. "Ah that's great news. Guess I ran into the right people. Oh i'm Zephra Cherr by the way" On closer inspection the angel and boy seemed close to her age but she wasn't too sure about the wolf. So...these were to be her classmates. It was too soon to tell what kind of people they were. Were they good people? Where they bad people in disguise? What kind of abilities did they have. This was when she felt a breeze of excitement rush over her face. Her adventure was about to start. Maybe she could escape the darkness of her past...maybe she could find some light.

Lucille smiled at the teacher, before leaving the class. She didn´t really know where to go next. She had, kinda, forget her schedule. She tried to remember, as she wandered through the halls, while she fidgeted with the wrists of her black dress. She really could not think of her schedule. The reaper decided to simply follow her class mates. At that point, she looked up, as she had looked at the ground all the time before. But when she looked for somebody to follow, she realized, there was not a person in her surrounding. She also had basically no idea where she just was. Lucille sighed and shook her head at her own stupidity. Then, she walked on.

While she slowly advanced through the halls, soon, she heard talking. A little further, she actually saw a group of people. They talked about the next class. Lucille stopped for a moment as she walked past them. She started playing around with her ribbon, opening her mouth, about to ask wha the next class was and if she could join them. Then, she closed it again. She couldn´t. Her head sank down, looking to the ground, as she turned to walk on.

Lucretia turned to Zephra, took a sharp breath-and remembered that last time she made a loud noise Todd got angry. She clamped her mouth shut, struggling to not squeal her lungs out and only mostly succeeded. She wasn't loud, but...
"rmmmmmmmmmmmm!"
She also wasn't silent. Her mouth broke into a gigantic grin as she flapped her arms and wings in unison. This lifted her into the air where she sorta crunched into a ball and after some weird semi-acrobatics she landed back on her feet.
"Hello adorable new friend! My name's Lucretia~"

She gave a wide, friendly grin.

"Well...I'm flattered, of course, but..." Alli says, looking awkwardly down at the hand. "I don't think I'm ready for such a...personal touch like that." As she finisheds her sentence, she turns around to head to where the next lesson, History of Magic, was to take place. Not before looking back over her shoulder with a smirk. "At least, not yet. Shall we be off?" She turns her head back, hiding her face from Lucy's view - good fortune, really, since Alli wasn't wanting to show Lucy the emotions her face inevitably betrayed.
