Personally, I'd ditch the rate increase to the clinch aspect of these weapons. Sure, you're short-changing the MM bonus a little, but clinching with a rate of more than one just causes headaches. Furthermore, I personally don't allow the Jade hearthstone bracer effect to stack with the Jade MM...
