you also have to take into effect the thought that all an exalt of any type has to do is use a charm to overcome most of the cool stuff that fair folk can do. ie. Bastion of Self - Sword you can't get hit by anything short of a charm powered attack.

I don't think any of the lvl 5 artifacts in the game are really inherintly world changing. Â It all depends on what you do with them. and the singing staff is really nice.
It really does depend entirely on the charm. Â For example Blossom of Inevitable Demise doubles pre-soakdamage not the above mentioned after soak or after rolled damage. really makes for a nice big handfull of dice to roll.
