Realistic or Modern Zombie Apocalypse

Tori had kind of separated herself from the group so to speak when everything started to kick off, She hadn't left the vicinity or anything she had just kinda checked out. When Holiday had basically vetoed her plan but then he got to go off gallivanting. AGAIN!. It had taken everything she had to not go off too..who the hell had elected him oh fearless leader? sure as hell not her and he spent more time basically insulting them and running off than he did doing anything else!. She had dropped her stuff by the fire with a thump and walked over to the tree she had been leaning against earlier and found herself on the other side of it, her back to the camp and slowly sinking into a sitting position, She knew she was perhaps being a little to hard on Holiday it wasn't like ha had done nothing for them..he had done allot but in her opinion the dude still needed to check his attitude. That being said she was tired, worried and pissed off so where she was concerned the whole world could go and screw itself. Tori pinched the bridge of her nose and started o breath heavily...she could feel herself getting more and more annoyed and her blood was starting to boil. She was heading for an explosion she could feel it all over and not just because of Jen or because of anything else...it was just everything. She grit her teeth and thunked her head back against the bark. Now wasn't the time..she kept telling herself that but eventually..she closed her eyes over eventually it was all going to bubble over. She began to massage her forehead in an attempt to get herself to loosen up she could feel her very muscles on the verge of being so tense she could barely move. She would need to be on her own when she did kick off cause when she got mad she just saw red..she would fight anything and anyone.

Tori only opened her eyes when she heard the moan of the girl coming from across the camp. "You have got to be fricken kidding me!!" She snapped and flew to her feet. Seriously now> right fucking now...she tilted her head back and glared at the sky as if that was really going to make any difference it wasn't like she was a believer but still someone up there had to be really fucking with them right now. That r they were just the most unluckiest assholes on this wreck of a planet. She walked around the tree and thought about going over..but lets be serious she would have been next to no use. She didn't particularly like babies and she sure as hell wasn't the comforting sort so she looked around the cam and figured since the others were busy she would keep an eye on camp and fire and such t keep it all ticking over while the rest were preoccupied. Tori grabbed a stick and pocked at the fire to get the flames to flare up again and she sat cross legged by the fire pulling her bag over and retrieving her shot gun and setting it across her lap. She wouldn't have slept tonight anyway. Not with Jen being gone..being in trouble and those guys basically on their asses..

The sun was starting to rise as the sky turns a pinkish orange. Sighing, Miyuki puts her arrows in her quiver and swings her bow around her so it was against her back. Climbing down the tree, she goes over to the sleeping people as she looks at them, "Rise and shine...we have a big day ahead of us." She says as she wakes up Austin, Tammy, and Nicole. She wanted to head out as soon as possible as Holliday was all by himself at the hospital. She thought hard about it as she looks over at Nicole, "Can you please watch Tiffany...make sure that she is ok when we get back. If there is any sign of trouble, pack up the jeep and leave. Tiffany knows where the Mill is." The Mill was going to be their meeting spot if things go wrong fast. Looking over at Austin, Tammy, and Tori, "If problems happen, we are going straight to the Mill if we get separated. Holliday is planning on doing the distraction by himself. I am going to need the three of you to help me get Jen." Miyuki felt odd once again giving orders around but Jen is depending on them to get to her.

She slowly opened her eyes confusingly , seeing the girl wake up the sleeping people. " Oh.. Hey there.." She yawned, sitting up and snapping herself fully awake, for the sake of it. Her puppy was still on its side, sleeping and not wanting to wake up. She listened carefully to the cautious girl and nodded. " Yeah, okay I will. " She smiled asuringly. As she watched the girl go to the others, she checked if she had all her weapons. Yep, all on her. Then she checked if she had all her medical equipment. Check. She looked at her sleeping dog. Let's just include that as a check. She chuckled to herself as she got up, and looked to the pregnant lady. She walked and sat next to her, silent as ever.

When Holliday finally woke, stars still shined down from above and through the window. He slowly stirred from his position huddled against the wall. How much sleep had he managed? Four, maybe five hours tops? Holliday grumbled as he slowly rose. Once standing straight he craned his neck to one side, so much so that he felt the joints of his vertebrate pop. It felt good, so he twisted his head to the other side, repeating the process. Afterwards he reached his arms above his head, locking his hands, and stretched his lats. Next he rolled his shoulders back and forth, trying to work out the stiffness from the night before.

It was at this moment that Holliday took a good look out the window. The color of the sky wasn't the same rich, dark, indigo or black he'd witnessed hours before. No, it was lighter, almost azure. Judging from this and the exceedingly low position of the moon, Holliday realized that dawn would taking hold over the valley, and the fighting would soon begin.

Holliday rummaged around the room more thoroughly than he had the night before. While he didn't come up with much, he did find one thing of interest, instant coffee. The powder was no doubt to keep the dearly departed sniper from falling asleep during his long shift. Holliday smiled as he would use it to keep himself awake as well.

Holliday found a tin cup in one of the cupboards of the abandoned apartment. He then used water from the deceased sniper's canteen to fill it. Next he mixed in the powdered coffee so that the water became a dark brown with constant stirring. After a while, Holliday raised it to his lips an cringed a bit as he took a sip. The water was by no means hot and the coffee was thick. The taste was off to a point where most people would spit it out and toss it aside after only a sip, but Holliday didn't. He shrugged and downed the mug in several large gulps. He resisted the urge to gag at first, but by the end he was used to the taste. When finished, Holliday slammed the cup back down on the table and filled with more water to make another batch.

Minutes later, Holliday sat by the window with binoculars raised to his eyes in one hand and his third cup of coffee in the other. Like hours before, there were still three guards manning the entrance. The light still wasn't very good, but it looked like to of them possessed long guns, meaning the other had to at least have a pistol. He made a special note of where they walked, and every other particular motion they made. Accorrding to the plan, these targets were his and his alone. No back-up. No protection. No room for error.

Holliday took a sip from his mug and then turned his attention to his rifle. He racked the lever slowly several times, taking great pains to avoid touching the trigger. Eleven rounds came forth from the ejection port, eleven rounds which he then instantly reloaded. He wanted to know that it was at it's maximum capacity. Another sip of coffee. Now he opened the loading gate of his first pistol and spun the cylinder. Fully loaded. Another drink of coffee. Now the second revolver. All chambers full. Another chug. He ran his hand along the cartridge loops of his gun belt. Each had a round. He finished his coffee.

The sky was now a light pink, the group would be arriving soon. Holliday started pacing around the room, trying to get his blood going. He needed to be pumped and agile, while at the same time alert and cool headed. Finally he took a deep breath and knew it was time. He grabbed his rifle and worked his way downstairs, leaving behind the room and the snipers corpse. Slowly he exited the building from a side entrance which faced away from the hospital in an attempt to remain discreet.

He reached his truck minutes later, and made some last minute call on things to take. Holliday tucked two handfuls of .45 ammo into his duster pockets figuring he'd need them later. Then he took his percussion black powder revolver and tucked it into his belt in the small of his back. Next his shades, whose dark lenses hid eye movements and expressions which could give away his actions. Finally he took a earbuds from the center console. Loud gunshots indoors could fuck a lot of people up indoors. He wouldn't let that happen to him.

Minutes later, Holliday was down the street leaning against a stature. It was a memorial of some fallen hero from an era long since past. The large brass figure was easy to spot, but obscured from the hospital at the same time. It was where he had suggested that they all meet up. The pink sky had given away to sky which was a fair blue in all accept one spot. In the direction of the hospital remained a sliver of sky which was still blood red.

'I have to kill people...intentionally. this won't be easy for me but at least I have every reason.' tammy thought to herself. she kenw what had to have been done and she did not want these people to survive. little firearm training and little combat experience with living people. She knew one thing was do not hold back these people will kill and she mentally plotted out how to tag team all these people. odds were from what holliday said they were low on ammo so firearms wont be their main choice for taking them out. at least trying to take them out. tammy knew there was a possibility she could be shot but she was gonna take those chances. Holliday was out there and hopefully alive. at least he had his rig for all his weapons to be held up in.

Tammy had a mental turmoil, on one hand she could knock these people out, but thats not going to pan out that way, she recalled the first man he killed, the first time out of fear...on accident. she didn't think it would have came to it but he was going to kill her, she did what had to be done, she murdered him. This would have to happen today as well.

Tammy had all her gear ready on her and left her thoughts in the dust he mind had to be clear, she took deep breathes often to give her mind oxygen and to clear all the fog. fatigue was not present in her as she had at least a total of 6 hours of sleep between lat night and her nap in the car yesterday. she had her pistol in her waistband and had the crowbar ready despite being a small threat she had just that, ' I have to hold my own ewight today, like Holliday, like I did when I was alone.

she listened to the plan and the way Miyuki plotted to have it pan out, worst case was that mill was littered with wlking corpses. The humans weren't gonna be their only threat. she had to remember the gunshots will draw the undead to the hospital at any time during the raid. This attack will set their group apart from the others out there.

She remembered the time she came across the soldiers she got the pistol from the memories of that strong man with one eye who threatened to kill Austin, then became friends and tried to help us, he was missing. probably dead like the rest of his comrads at the city she once came from, the place she lost most of her sanity, every day. Every fucking day hearing people screaming and crying for help, she watched from her window usually closed. She survived because she did not leave, her mindset became different after leaving that place she called her home. The baby formula she gave to skylyn to feed the baby. The time she was covered by jenn when the corpsers tried to grab her as she tried to protect the mill and the infant for the former doctors sake. it had to have been a final wish for that woman. She did not shed a tear or feel sad though. These things made her grown and become stronger.

The group was off in the leftover rigs along with the children and tiff and backup back at the makeshift camp by the river to protect them. The car ride to the hospital was eerie. everyone seemed to know what they would have to do. The vehicles sped through the abandoned roads with a few corpsers along the way. the path to the hospital was the only peace they would all get on the way their. She prayed for Tiffanys and the rest safety along with Hollidays safety. She held a firm grip on the steel crowbar. These moments felt like a lifetime. She was nervous. She could only imagine how Holliday must feel he was out all night. 'What if he did not make it through the night? or the raiders captured him like jenn?" she thought. She immediately shook these thoughts away. They continued their drive with Austin, Tori, and the rest on the way to the hospital as she saw the main strip of the town start to arrive in their vision.

Tori had already been up, Or at least still up when the camp had started to stir in the early hours of the morning. Her backpack was on and packed and she was ready to go, She had spent the whole night thinking. Thinking about everything...This whole outbreak, Her family back home, The group here and of course Jen. What they would have to do to get her back was what had played at the forefront of her mind most of the night if she was honest. She was tired...but not physically i guess you could say she was weary, This whole lifestyle was catching up on her and all the shit that came with it too. Tori wasn't exactly sure when it had happened but at some point during the night she had come to the point where she had made peace with the fact that she was probably going to have to kill someone today. She wasn't sure if she could or how she would be after it but she knew she was willing to if she had no other choice. If whoever it was, was coming at her and meant her harm or death or someone else in the group then..well she would kill them. The thought made the woman feel a little nauseous or was that the lack of sleep?

Dark rings had formed around the woman's eyes and she rubbed at her temples once more as a headache began to creep its way onto her and now so wasn't the time. She poked about in her bag and snatched out one of the out of date chocolate bars she had found on her recent travels and unwrapped. Sure it tasted like crap but it would give her a much needed sugar boost. She needed to be on point today, They all did one of there owns lives depended on it. Heck even more of their lives might seeing as how this might go and she just hoped they would all make it out, She wouldn't even wish death on Holliday despite how much she didn't agree with him most of the time. She wouldn't wish death on anyone. She had opted for the back seat of the car and slouched back in her seat and turned her head to stare out the window and watch the world whizz by. She glanced toward the front of the car toward Tammy who was driving..she hadn't really spoke to her much since she first arrived back at the mill with that other guy? she could't remember his name..she had never really had any interaction with him.

Tori blinked and snapped herself out from wandering thoughts and sat up a bit straighter to wake herself up more, She had been eating away at her chocolate while daydreaming and she slugged down some water to rinse the taste out of her mouth, "So what you think about today?" She asked toward tammy figuring she might as well break the silence. They could do with a distraction..this journey already felt like they were driving to there death or something and quite frankly the depressing and heavy atmosphere was starting to get on Tori's nerves.

Austin sat rigidly in the backseat of the vehicle, the man wasn't looking forward to this in the least. He had his chance to leave, let them get themselves killed. But he hadn't, he was already involved and if he'd left beforehand and not been there to at least help he would have regretted it one day. So here he was, on his way to try and kill a bunch of assholes locked up in a hospital. He had to keep reminding himself that he was doing this to give these people a fighting chance in a broken world, that he was doing this because of a child who may or may not survive long enough to know he'd lost his mother, that they had Jenn who could already be dead...or worse.

Austin was involved, and now he'd see this through even if it killed him. The man looked over at Miyuki briefly, "When we find Jenn you should get her out of there...we don't know the type of shape she'll be in so you may need Tori or Tammy to help with that." He was being optimistic that she'd be alive, especially for the others. But if they found her hurt or even more wounded then Austin might be needed to patch her up.

Tammy continued the drive as they neared the center of town she did whatever it took to avoid the hospital and it's direct path thanks to the guidance of the others. Tammy heard the question directed toward her. It was from tori. rather then giving her honest opinion she just breathed deeply and spoke slowly. "This is about jenn not us." We had no reason to let her go off alone."

She continued down the street. "Besides, this will help us out in the end for our safety." She already expected austin to complain about her comment. But even tammy knew from weeks of scrapping supplies that she had to do what it took to create a life she could sustain in the world. She came closer to a huge mark. A statue made of what seemed to be brass. Her line of sight drew near something else. A dodge. Specifically a dually. A diesel most likely. And it belonged to none other than holliday.

Tiffany was able to make it through the night without too many complications. Early morning, she was still awake due to the labor pains, contractions and aching that riddled her body. Overall, she was really exhausted. Right now, from what she was feeling, Tiffany was guessing that she was between one and four centimeters dilated considering how far apart her contractions were. Though she was suspecting throughout the day that her contractions will come closer together and it wasn't dangerous for her to walk yet. But she didn't want to entirely speed up the process, so she continued laying on her side.

When Nikole came, she looked over. "Is it safe to walk at all during labor?" she asked calmly, gently caressing her belly.

Toro rolled her eyes at the response she got to her question and she herself didn't reply right away. She stared down at the blade in her hands as she turned it this way and that watching the blade catch the light and glint in it. It was pretty for something so deadly. Truly as it glittered in her hands it was nice and to think she was planning to drive it into a living breathing thing sort of marred that. The woman sighed softly and cast her eyes toward the front of the vehicle again and it's driver "That isn't a proper answer, I know why we are doing it. That wasn't what i asked. I asked your opinion on it but hey you don't wanna talk about it just say" Tori shrugged casually at that. She looked out the window and to their surroundings trying to familiarize herself with them just encase they needed to do a speedy exit. As they drove on and the dark glint of a nearby vehicle grabbed her attention she could feel the nerves starting to grip onto her stomach. That was Holiday's car which meant they were close. Tori closed her eyes and breathed in deep through her nose. It was going to be fine they were going to do what they had to do weather they liked it or not. They WERE going to get Jen back of that much she was determined..she was not leaving her there even if that meant taking a corpse out with them, She wouldn't leave her in that place dead or alive.

Tammy noticed a figure standing beside the statue. "Hey its holliday!" She said xcited but trying to push away the fear from her voice. Tammy slammed the breaks but did not squeal tires because drawing attention would be the worst thing to do at this point in time. Tammy unbundled her seatbelt. She was starting to get butterflies and she knew holliday noticed them and recognized them. She hopped out of the vehicle. And walked over by the statue and where he leaned.

"Well cowboy you made it through the night." She smiled with some hints of insanity.

Tammy reflected the situation. He looked tired he didn't seem to tired like something was keeping him awake. She noticed bags under everyone's eyes from lack of sleep and considering tammy had no makeup she probably looked worse than the rest. Everyone needed jenn back. This had to end.

Miyuki, while in the back of the driver's seat, was thinking about how to go though the hospital. They had no clue what was inside and the lay out. She figures that once they get inside the place, they will wing it from there. They would most likely go though the rooms to find Jen and then meet up with Holliday at the end....hopefully he would hold his own as he was the only one on his end of the plan...

Miyuki sighs, she was a little worried for Tiffany. The fact that the baby chose today of all days to try to show up in the hell that the world has came into. Life wouldn't be easy for the children, but hopefully after all of this is over, they can find somewhere safe to set up a small settlement....but hopes like that is what gets people killed.

Miyuki hears Tammy call out Holliday's name as she slams on the brakes. While the tires didn't make any noise, it was enough force for Miyuki to slam her head into the back seat of the driver's seat. "Ow, note to self, don't let her drive again," She mutters to herself as she rubs her nose. She opens the door and pops out looking over at Tammy who goes over to the shooter, as she shakes her head at the comment she made. Miyuki then looks over at Holliday, "Good to see you are still alive. What have you found out so far?" She asks Holliday, wanting to get a good idea of the situation.

@tammynorthland @Tombstone @Crono @Lola Shimmer @Jennifer Shotain

"Oh goody!" Tori declared sarcastically when Tammy stated she had spotted Holiday. The woman sighed welp d-day was here then time to rock and roll. The sudden stop of the car caused her to jerk forward slightly and she laughed a little bit when miyuki hit her head on the back of the driver seat. She was kind of glad of some comedic relief. "Tell you what i will make you a helmet if we last the day?" she teased lightly and unhooked her own seat belt. She reached down and scooped her bag up from the foot well in front of her and exited the vehicle as she slung it on her back. Tori had a cautious look around the general area from habit before she proceeded on and joined the others. "So we gonna have a quick brief and then get to it?" She asked looking at all three of them. The others were right behind them so it would only be a matter of moments before they were joined by them. Blowing out a long breath Tori stored her knife in a loop on her jeans and quickly worked her hair up into a bun and out of her face. Hey every little advantage counted right? and the last thing she needed was to be dubbed the blonde that ran into a wall cause her hair got in her face....yeah no thanks.

"You look as shitty as the rest of us" Tori commented noting how tired Holiday seemed, He looked like he had, had about as good a night sleep as any of them. It wasn't like it was a peaceful night at camp was it? She shuffled her feet from where they stood and looked around again, It was almost like a nervous tick to keep checking she felt like something would jump out at them any moment now. Perhaps it was cause she was hyped up for what they were about to do or it was the constant worry about Jen? she didn't know but she felt wired. "Have you heard anything else over the walkies?"

Holliday has waited at the statue for what good 20 minutes. During this time the last of the sunrise's red hues had given away to azure skies. A cool breeze blew across him as it carried down the street. All the while it made a slight whistle. It was in this time that he was becoming mentally prepared for what was about to. He calmed his heart, and focused his mind, trying to hone it to where it was alert and sharp. He needed to be coolheaded and calm, able to recognize danger and react quickly. At the same time, Holliday slowly paced around the statue in the way a wolf would circle it's prey. He did this in order warm up his blood and his muscles. Lastly, Holliday removed each revolver and aimed it at the statue, taking in the sight picture. He closed his eyes and tried to remember it. He was ready.

Within a few minutes he saw a few vehicles approach, slowing down when they spotted his truck. Had he not recognized them as belonging to his group, he would have ducked and gotten ready to attack. Yet they were his comrades. They traveled down the road further towards his position. Holliday noticed it was Tammy who was driving the leading vehicle. When she saw him she slammed the car to a stop, rattling those inside good. Holliday just shook his head.

One by one, they all came out to greet him. Tammy came first, then Miyuki, and finally Tori. It seemed that Austin was running a bit slow. "Yeah, good to see that you guys are still kicking." At Tori's comment he nudged his shades up a bit with his middle finger. Then he sighed and gave his little spiel. "Nothing new in regards to Jen. Sounds like they have been avoiding her, maybe they want her fresh when they interrogate her further. I heard some mention of some kind of disciple involving her, but you're guess is as good as mine on what that means. By the sound of it there is only one guard at the entrance which you guys are to invade. Get him into the open, and Miyuki should be able to flag him down without difficulty. I have not been able to ascertain Jen's location, but I do know where they have stockpiled most of the meds. They are located in back rooms on the west end. I don't think I need to remind you all, but our primary objective is rescuing Jen. Our secondary objective then depends on what happens next, if we are winning or evenly matched, push for the meds. If we are loosing then you run. Ill keep them busy during that time." Holliday then motioned to his vehicle, "If any of you guys want some supplies, an extra weapon maybe, let me know. I have a couple extra, and if they are lost accomplishing this, it would be well worth it. Everyone understand?"

@Tombstone @Lola Shimmer @Crono @Jennifer Shotain @KathleneWilliams2121 @tammynorthland

Tammy observed Holliday as she noticed a change in his breathing patterns. In addition to this she noticed the slight movement he made with his middle finger adjusting his shades. she listened to the plan. basically if Holliday notices shit go south we will see it to. despite being in different areas of this facility these are judgements they would all have to make. He mentioned the main objective. Rescue Jenn, followed by grab whatever supplies you possibly could from the medical area in the west wing, anything else she found would be a bonus. This led into his next piece. Tammy knew Holliday was loaded in his truck and it would help if she had something to fall back on incase she ran out of ammo. she had a box of 9 millimeter rounds, Longshot claimed they were, in her pack which about 15 were stuffed into her fresh jeans, the only pair she had for that matter.

Tammy took it upon herself to wait until he finished speaking and raised her hand. "I might need something just in case, something easy if you have it, quick brief and I will try my best to use it." Tammy smiled asking Longshot for an additional firearm. She barely had firearm training so this would e tricky for her. But at least she would have something additional. She smiled a bit. "we ready guys?"

@Tombstone @Crono @KathleneWilliams2121 @Jennifer Shotain

Miyuki looks over at Holliday as he explained the plan. She agreed with the plan about getting Jen and the supplies but she felt uncomfortable with one bit. She didn't like that fact that he was going to stay as they bail when the going gets rough. She trusted him that he could hold his own but she felt uneasy leaving him. She sighs as she looks down, thinking up of a plan. Miyuki looks up at Tammy who asked for a firearm, "Don't get a weapon you can't handle, we don't need any accidents in this mission." She says as she looks up at Holliday, "Ya I am pretty sure I can take the guards out." She just wanted to get this plan over with as they were outnumbered in every way possible and wanted it to go well and didn't want any problems.

@tammynorthland @Tombstone @Crono @Lola Shimmer @Jennifer Shotain

"Oh don't give me that crap." Austin hissed at Tammy's comment on why they were doing this, it was easy to say that now that Jenn was captured and it frustrated him but instead of pushing tension further he shut his mouth and stared out the window until the abrupt stop snapped his head forwards. "Damn girl...where'd you learn how to drive?" The man got out before she had the chance to re-enact the sudden braking.

Once they'd met up with Holliday, Austin continued to stay quiet as the plan was gone over once again. The man glanced around just to be sure none of the dead were heading towards them while they plotted. Absently he double checked where his gun was as well as the two hunting knives, "Wouldn't mind something nice and firm to make sure they don't get back up for a while." He'd said looking over Pipe, bat, rod, something that would be quick and wouldn't involve him wasting time trying to pull a blade from someone's skull. Otherwise he'd keep an eye out for something inside the hospital.

Holliday thought for a moment. "Alright, I should have the thing for you guys." He motioned for them to follow him over to his truck. Once there he opened the rear door and dug through some gun cases until he found one that was camouflaged. Holliday then unzipped it and presented the shotgun to Tam with the action open. It was a Benelli M2 filed model chambered in 20 gauge. "Here this should be simple light enough with recoil for you to work it fine. You load it like this." Holliday then placed 1 round of buckshot in the ejection port and then pressed a button on the side, causing the action to close and the round to be chambered. Then he shoved another two more rounds into the magazine tube through loading port on the bottom of the frame. Then he placed it on safe. "Once you press that red button its a live gun. Did you get all that. Also, it was my dad's gun, his favorite actually. Whatever happens happens, but id appreciate it if you could try to get it back to me."

Once Holliday was done explaining to Tammy he moved over to the drivers side door where he still had the fridge he had taken from the dead sniper. A Springfield 1903 in 30-06. "I know it's not exactly what you had in mind," he said to Austin, "but bare with me for a moment. This was the standard issue rifle during World War 1 for all US troops and halfway through World War 2 for US Marines. To put it simply this gun is stupidly easy to use. Just with these iron sights alone any imbecile can make 100 yard bull's eyes all day long and I give you more credit than that. To load it you rack the bolt back like so. Then you take this stripper clip and line it up her above the internal magazine. With a steady shove you then push the round from the clip into the magazine. Then you pull away the clip, rack the bolt forward, and you are good to go."

"Now before you say you went looking for a gun, please let me point your attention to the wood on this gun. As you can see the forearm and the stock are one solid piece plus the barrel has decent heft. Its about as sturdy as any bat and could bludgeon somebody just as easy. Why settle for one thing when you can have something with dual purpose." Holliday then handed Austin rifle and two preloaded stripper clips he'd taken from the dead man. "Now are we ready to do this, or what?"

Tammy observed the young mans actions. she followed intently and he handed her a handful of slugs to use. she stowed them in her already full pockets and followed her eyes back to the short instructions. " ok I can do this" she stated relatively straight to the point, she felt like if he could use it with ease, Tammy could at least shoot it. and reload it, tammy hoisted the gun onto her shoulder. of course she was hoping not to use it but she knew shed probably have to. she observed the springfield rifle, the name Holliday addressed it by, and observed how to use it as well Just in case Austin did not make it alive. She then listened to the voice in her head. they needed to move out now. They not only slept the whole night with Jenn locked up. But they hoped and prayed she would still be alive. Then to add on to it, even after the discovery of her still breathing, they had all met up at the center with little time to waste.

Holliday said the famous words. She was already flowing with adrenaline, a fear and excitement natural drug to induce fight or flight responses. It was time to fight. She grabbed Miyukis wrist tugging at it with the pistol at hand in the other that she took from her backpack. " lets go lets go" tammy stammered and already felt herself beginning to march off toward the east wing of the hospital. 'We are coming Jenn.' She thought.

Miyuki watches Holliday as he instructs them on how to use the weapons, just in case something were to happen. She knew literally nothing about guns, except they take bullets and go bang when you pull a trigger but she knew how to aim, she would just have to keep her arms steady for recoil....she thinks. She smiles as she checks her arrows and nods as she got the sharpest one and put it in her hand as she hears Holliday ask if they were ready to do this. "Yes I believe so," She says as she feels herself getting dragged by someone or something. She quickly moves over and punches the person in the gut as hard as she could and kicked her off only to see Tammy, "Oh....um....sorry....but don't take my hand." She says sternly she looks down at the girl.

Tammy felt an oof to the stomach without warning she barely was leaving the meeting grounds and fell to the ground crenching her stomach. "What....the....fuck..." Tammy tried to breathe her breathing pattern was off since the wind was just knocked out of her. She took a few minutes to regain her breathing and then stood up clenching her pistol. She put an immediate lock into miyukis eyes. She had anger and fury for sure inside of her. But not toward miyuki. Tammy never thought. Just acted, and that act led to her losing her breathe.

Tammy juggled to punch this girl back. And to be honest she probably would be knocked down harder than she just was. She maintained her eye contact though, dare not to blink. Her times out alone surviving trying to just find her next meal taught her alot. But one very important lesson she definitely almost lost her life to learn was that "there's a time and a place for everything..." Tammy transfered these thoughts into a vocal sentence toward miyuki that she never intended to say. But of course did.

Of course apologies were in order but tammy refused and she knew this archer wouldn't return or offer one to begin with rather she disabled to dead lock eyes from miyuki and continued onto the path. "Let's go guys." She already knew a fight before a fight wasn't in order and yes tammy would make sure miyuki got her payback, they had bigger fish to fry and quarrels between them too is not neccesarry when a more important life is on the line. And she needed to keep a cool head for once to make it out alive in reality.

Tori smirked at the response she got from Holiday and just laughed lightly before shaking her head. The woman had sort of idled over to the side as the others hooked up with other weapons. he wasn't gonna do anything silly and grab a gun herself cause she would end up doing more damage than good. She closed her eyes and let the wind shift over her and rustle her clothing slightly. She took a deep breath of the air in and let the rest of the sound and surroundings drown out somewhat and focus her mind so that she wouldn't freak out and turn tail and run on everyone inside or something, She didn't think she would but still. Her eyes opened up slowly when she heard Tammy saying let's go. "Welp crunch time" she muttered and jogged on the spot a bit to get herself warmed up and get her heart beating a little faster. She patted her waist where she had stored her knife in reassuring sort of way as if to make sure it was still there, which of course she knew it was but ya know...tough times and all that.

She was about to step off herself and only got afew steps when she heard the commotion behind her, A quick glance over her shoulder and Tammy on the floor and Miyuki looking like she had just threw a punch was what met her eyes. "....Everything alright?" She asked and raised an eyebrow quizzically but when Tammy just continued to stare miyuki down Tori turned back to walking....ooooh dear she thought and shook her head. When she heard the two women's footsteps coming along behind her though she let out a relived breath, she was glad they had decided to leave a fight until ya know after this fight for their life. "Ok so ah hopefully see you guys on the other side right? good luck and fingers crossed we can eat an out of date chocolate bar together when this over" Tori chuckled softly as way to ease the pressure and tension that was slowly mounting. After that all joking left her and a serious expression came over her face. She picked her pace up to a light jog and moved on with her group rapidly getting closer to there entrance point. She kept alert and scanning her surroundings and her run low just to make sure they wouldn't get spotted right off.

The need to grumble and gripe about asking for something to hit someone with and being given a gun was strong but Austin let Holliday speak his thoughts and Austin took the gun in hand and looked it over, "Fine. It gets me killed and I haunt you til the end of time." While it would clearly work Austin wasn't the biggest fan on how it would be awkward to grip, his plan was to try and do this with absolutely no shooting to draw attention to them so attempting to repeatedly swing it didn't seem as smooth as it would with some other objects.

The man watched as Miyuki and Tammy nearly ended up in a cat fight. Tension is high...that can lead to mistakes. If he wasn't worried about this whole ordeal before he most certainly was now. Once they'd started moving Austin slung the strapped Sprinfield over his shoulder and followed suit, his knee was relaxed and over it's spasm's from yesterday thankfully. So keeping up at a jogging pace wasn't going to bother him in the least.

Tammy continued on the path following the rest she held a firm grip on her pistol the crowbar was armed in her other hand as she unclipping it from her pack expecting to take out any corpsers as firing shots would be a horrible idea.

Tammy approached the housing area east of the hospital. Fuck they all did. "Keep up your guard." She whispered.

As the group meandered the trees no one really seemed to lead the group instead they kind of had a full huddle going on. They felt as one. Very compact and silent. A lone corpser groaned nearby. Rather then hunting it out they continued on the path only to find it wander into the open area. Trees surrounded the east side of the hospital. Almost like a part they never constructed on. The town was relatively decent sized but even the hospital seemed huge as it came into their sight. Tammy smashed the corpsers eye socket destroying the brain with her pointed end of the crowbar. And she helped it fall feeling cold rotten flesh on her dry cracked hands as the body slowly was released on the ground.

There it was. The east wing. Just like holliday described and there was the guard.
