It's like a tall, white building, like one of those air traffic towers at airports, that acts as one of many bases of operations. It's also an armory, and a med bay, and also has really tasty coffee.

The PE series is surprisingly good about handguns being the only weapons you need to complete the game. In 1, it’s the best category, with good power and fast attacks, while in 2, the only long-term usable weapons you get for free are three 9mm pistols and a shotgun, plus a revolver if you’re getting the bad ending. Let’s not do a 9mm-only run here XD
