Reading some more. It says that A limar getting too close to being a chimera loses their true form and true and animal form. With both those instead becoming standard.

So, that would make that now it's only true form, both human(or what's left) and animal.

What does that mean for the anima banner or other instances that show or relate to the spirit animal?

And is there any mechanical difference between True and Standard transformations outside of charms that might apply to them?

I will have to roll for the attack and damage against the ship that I had declared when my action comes around, but that is my stunt. The speed of the globe is 150mph, so by the time they actually see us, we've essentially already arrived.

So I could declare an attack against the ship, for example a sledgehammer fist punch to aid the effect of the impact.

And that would be rolled on my action.

During the join battle roll would it still be possible to activate a charm like Battle Fury Focus while doing so?

If it's a simple or extra action type charm, it'll have to be activated on your turn. Otherwise, you can use supplemental or reflexive charms to enhance a roll.

Alrighty. Looks like it is a Simple charm. So I'll activate that when I go on my action..

Sledgehammer Fist is supplemental, so that would work on activating it during join battle?

Or should I just describe, then activate those charms when on the turn I roll damage for the ship?

Just stunt your entry and worry about charms impacting the current roll, join battle.

When it comes around to your turn to attack, that's when you activate charms that supplement attacks/damage.

I was going to make a joke about you insinuating that Ragnar wasnt demure, but then I remembered he eats with his hands among other things and couldn't bring myself to defend him even in jest.

Wow. My Join Battle rolls have been awesome lately. Not that I'm complaining.
I certainly won't fuss about good luck. At this rate, let's hope this fight resolves itself at least as smoothly as the last now that all of us are present.

On the same note, I'm a bit glad the dice let me get my obligatory botch in before I started to worry something had changed.

Been gotten a lot of near hits myself. If my dice prove unreliable, I will have to call upon the sacred form of "Enemy Breaks their fist against my face" style.

And you remind me!

How does Aredin wish us to battle? Between the Dragon blooded, demons, and deathknight. Does he want certain folk going for certain targets, split up and destroy everything to the best of your ability, or squad up punch everything at the same time?

Eh, I want to avoid anything that could be construed as telling someone how to play their character. There is some basic advice I have as far as tactics goes but really every situation is different. I've already summarized how I think of things earlier.

The only real thing I want to reiterate from a target priority standpoint is whoever starts casting spells in combat should be the one who dies next, provided they are in range.

Obviously, if someone is getting hurt we should step up and cover them. Also stacking onslaught penalties on a strong foe helps all of us, so dont be afraid to be a team player. Its life or death for all of our characters after all.

Nonsense! You are Noble King Aredin! Ragnar will do what is ordered by he and Beloved Queen Darian, as he as pledged loyalty to their cause. Unless of course they tell Ragnar to just be himself around them and do as he pleases. Until then your leadership shall be put on a pedestal.

The only instances he might not listen is when it involves his motivation of destroying the Wyld Hunt, or he gets really angry, such as a limit break or he finds out who it was that killed his family.

And definitely gonna team play as best I can. Especially if it makes them look cooler. Setting them some onslaught, hold an enemy down, or putting a good position for a neat combo or charm. And, if I learn how, step in to tank some hits for them so they dont get any wound penalties. All gaps of that, will just Ragnar going gung-ho. So if you see opportunities I can do stuff like that that I might not see yet as a noob, just point it out and I'd be beyond happy to lend full support.

This would be a really good chance to use Dome Shattering Smite if I had it. Could heaven thunder hammer foes up through the deck so you destroy them like clay targets.
