By order of King Velvetian the Fifth.

---------------

Long ago, a lush and spacious land full of rich soil was inhabited by explorers from different races and cultures. As evolution worked it's ways, the large land was then called Tyort, famous for it's ability to make anyone who can work the free soil wealthy and well fed. Of course, the ability to make anyone well groomed had it's faults.

Looking in order to take over Tyort, it's enemy country, Bhana, had sent it's soldiers over to conquer the land and spear the King. Bhana was known for it's leeching of its citizens, extreme communism and over whelming levels of poverty from charges. All of it's stealing from it's helpless citizens had went into the military, making them ruthless in power.

Bhana was only able to conquer half of Tyort, and Bhana was pleased with it's new prize in their possession, now called Gola and still controlled under the Bhanian government. The remaining land of Tyort was highly displeased with Gola and negotiated peacefully with them. Of course, the other was refusing to have Tyort easily buy back the land that was rightfully theirs and thus started the Velvetian war.

Many of the ones who went into war, citizens or soldier faced harsh consequences or brutal deaths. The innocent couldn't flee to other continents from the brutal weather that has always been laid upon Tyort. Bhana was graced with inhabiting the cold part of Tyort, called 'The Land of Snow' whilst Tyort kept 'The Land of Heat'. Once a year, the two parts spiraled into sudden extremely dangerous temperatures, spewing mysterious creatures from long ago or new diseases. As the war was soon bombarded by what they call 'Velvetian's Wrath' when the atmosphere either became extremely hot or cold, suddenly, Gola's land stayed cold.

Not knowing the reason, Gola's citizens fled to Tyort's still working climate, long climbing over the Velvetian's Wrath time period. Some were even forced to stay in Gola, dying under the snow or murdered by the icy spite of their blood thirsty creatures. Tyort is trying desperately to keep the diseases from spreading or the creatures away from their now stable environment. Velvetian the Fifth was heavily pressured by the event of Gola dying off by the cold, and decided to search for soldiers or experienced warriors to travel through Gola. From certain rumors he's heard, the cause of the cold is coming from Gola's King, Hren.

He set the pack of warriors into Gola to travel to Hren, and either slay or liberate him so the climate can return to normal and Tyort can recapture the part of land they've lost.

The reward for completing the mission is a life time of wealth and individual castles set in the field of Tyort's capital, Ren. The field is rich and beautiful. Mountains cup the large field, solitude is included.

Disease

and creatures from Gola's 'Velvetian Wrath's' time period.

Taiyo: Humanoid type creatures, often products of the Golian disease 'Taiyon', blue in skin, often found of the cold of the ever-falling snow. They're speedy and dangerous, and their ability to paralyze you with their ice bite. They can shovel through snow easily. Their meat is disgusting, they're deformed and can only speak some words. Size, gender, or statistics depends on the being before infection.

Bthen: Lizard type creatures, often snow covered from burial in the snow. Easily melted by heat, but not fire itself. It is a mystery as to why they are not affected by fire itself. They often take their homes in the snow, and if you dig and follow one, they breed awfully fast. Bthen are common among the Golian Velvetian's Wrath period.

Bthen have glowing yellow eyes, long and a short tail. Very flexible and their meat is easy to eat. Female Bthen have red eyes that do not glow.

Golian Snow Golem: Powerful, long armed and long legged golem. Their icy punch can be lethal, and has a knack for stalking others of long periods of time. They're awfully slow and have an ability to regenerate extremely quickly, making them and quick to hurt but annoying to kill enemy. The only way to kill a Golian Snow Golem is to separate their broken parts far from each other before it successfully regenerates.

They are usually 9'0" tall, weighing easily over three-hundred pounds. Genderless.

(More species may be added in the future, ideas are highly welcomed.)

Taiyon: A disease that produces Taiyo, often caused by being covered in snow from all directions. If you are buried in the snow, you're bound to get Taiyon. Various cures are; Warmed by heat for hours until completely warm.

Boiled Heat Medicine to be poured on the skin.

Or to be killed before turning into a Taiyo.

Starting Point:

After journeying through Tyort and exiting the warm gates, after a few hours of walking north, the place becomes colder and snow begins to fall. This is 'No-Man's Land', not inhabited by Gola or Tyort. No creatures seem to be here instead of inside the walls of Gola, and it seems almost like a large under water sea of snow. Easy to get lost here because the snow can get so thick, so stay close.

Gola's Walls:

After going through No Man's Land, you reach the decrepit walls of Gola. Easy to get in, but the walls seem to twitch or move a little. Keep your eyes out for creatures. Gola's Snow Golems often spot you from here.

Gola:

  1. Don't kill anyone's else characters. If you want your character to be killed off, ask me and I'll do it.
  2. Don't control monsters just to hurt another person's character. I'll be controlling majority of all monster swarms. You can control some, but make sure the battle is fair...
  3. No goddmoding, bunnying, power playing, etc. Anything that'd annoy other people and especially me.
  4. Go ahead and make a Mary/Gary stu. They're bland and plastic, so really, all you're going to do is make your role playing experience more boring for yourself.
  5. At least try to be creative with your characters. Trrryyy.
  6. Major events and plot twists will be controlled by moi, but y'know, if you have some ideas just come and discuss wiff me. (^ w ^)/
  7. Drama in IC, thumbs-up! Drama in OOC, thumbs down... PM each other if you feel the need to butt heads.
  8. I don't want to see ten thousand characters control fire or heat. Whats the point of the struggle in travelling through Gola, then?
  9. Have as many charies as you want, as long as you can keep track of them.
  10. I don't mind if there's more girls than boys, it's really not all about romance, anyways. It's about adventure, sorrow, death, friendship and warmth under the harsh snow of Gola. <3
  11. BUT! Don't make like five girls then one boy. Please. Whaddya gonna do with all them girls?
  12. No one-liners, at least two sentences another can work off of. Please state if you're having writers-block. xI
  13. pls don tpe like thi in te rol play!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Please don't type like this in the roleplay!)
  14. Have funnn... c:
