Pernia looked to the boy, a serious expression on her face. "I'm willing to walk that path. I'm Perinia. What's your name?"





Yunari had calmed herself, and returned to the auditorium, to see Seth talking to a red-headed girl. She recognized that firy personality. This was Perinia. But where was the Fairy, Lawrence? They were usually stuck to each other. She shrugged, as she approached. "I spread the word." She said, looking to seth.


Scarlet looked to the boy as he spoke. "By any chance, are you the Headmistress' son?"

Seth looked at scarlet, "yes I am, my name is Seth sakujo." He said answering both questions at once. He heard yunari and smiled as he looked at her, "thanks my love, maybe more will come." He then returned his gaze to the three before him. "Perina hm? It's a pleasure to meet your acquaintance."

A small smile graced Perinia's other wise stern expression. "It's a pleasure to meet the Headmistress' son."





Yunari stood beside Seth. "So, now we wait."





"It seems so." Scarlet said, looking to the demon child. "I suppose you were the one, projecting your thoughts to the entire school?"





Yunari turned to the Witch Fire Class instructor, and nodded. "Yes, I was."

Seth lowered his hood as he smiled a bit, "it's nothing major perina, I'm just me..headmistress's son or not." He said as he closed his eyes, his smile returned to a slight frown as he remembered her body on the floor. "Understand this war isn't for justice or some idiotic idealism..we're going to avenge this school. It's going to suck explaining all these deaths.." He just realized that they were on him to explain now.

"So, you WERE the one who rescued the Fairy King, Lawrence from that thing." Yunari concluded.


Scarlet looked to Perinia. "Then, you're probably better off with me." She said, as they shared the same element.

Seth pushed off the stage and landed on his feet gracefully. He sighed as he looked at the few student willing to fight. "We'll have to be one cohesive unit, which means paring up isn't an option, think of it was we're one complete unit."

Meanwhile, Lawrence couldn't sleep. He was so anxious...which was strange because he was usually so laid-back. Oberon looked at him.


"You're panicking, King Harlequin. I can see it in your face."





"......I'm scared," Lawrence muttered. "I'm just lying here, doing nothing to help. I feel so...so useless...just lying here. I mean....I-I mean..."

"Y-your Majesty...you really feel....? Hey, are you crying?"





Lawrence shook his head. "N-no, I-I-I'm just....I....Perinia is being so strong, and I can't be by her side....why can't I keep my promise with her? I want to protect Perinia....I love her....but I can't...."





Oberon was silent. He patted Lawrence's back and sat down. "I'm afraid that's something you, and you alone, have to figure out...."

Seth looked at them, "I'm done waiting, we leave at dusk..plenty of time to take care of personal affairs if you have any." He said as he turned around and prepared himself to bury his mother.

Yunari went with Seth. He needed all the support he could get.


Perinia nodded. Seeing as they were leaving at dusk, she went back to Lawrence's room, to talk to him until then.

Seth stopped at the door and looked at mitsu, "are you coming sensei?"

Mitsuko nodded and quietly followed after the boy, her ivory black hair covering her face as she bit her lip. Drawing a bit of blood from her skin, before sucking on the wound until it healed to be as good as new.

Seth walked silently to the headmistress's office, he took a deep breath as he looked back the them. "I know exactly where to take her.." He said quietly as he knelt down and ran his fingers through his mother's hair. "I still.." He couldn't even finish his sentence as a tear hit the floor.

She gently placed a hand on his shoulder, gently kneeling down beside him as she looked sorrowfully at her dead friend. "She was so young.."

"Mitsuko..is it bad to hate yourself..for a mistake you made?.." He asked as he knew he could've stopped this back then. He was just too scared of his own potential to do so.

 

[Lucinda Darkhive]

"No, it isn't.. But harboring that over yourself isn't healthy." She whispered, wrapping her arms around him as she pulled him into a hug. "Let bygones be bygones."

 

[Sarge]

"I can't..it's my fault...I should've killed her when I had the chance." He said as he punched his leg, "I should've ended this when she turned dark."

"Kill the last link to the Darkhives.. That's almost as bad as civilization suicide. You know they're a big part of Zycronia's stability.. Evil or not, we need her knowledge.." She replied, frowning, she understood where he was coming from but he also had to look at the bigger picture too.

 

[Sarge]

Seth sighed, "you're right..without her the balance will be one sided and that's never good for society."

"Unfortunately, but it's only for a short time.. The worst part is..I know that she's not going to willingly give us the info we need." Mitsuko sighed and shook her head, "She always was a stubborn little bitch."

 

[Sarge]

Seth's eyes flickered as his rage began to slowly build, "she wants me like this..angry and indecisive...she wants us crippled so she can destroy us..we can't let her win mitsu.." He shook his head a bit to stop the idiotic thoughts running through his mind. He then picked up his mother's corpse, he muttered a spell as a portal of shadows opened. "Follow me..both of you...where we're going..only I can take us.."
