Fantasy The Whisper of Death

"Welcome, guardians, we have called you in desperate need of help," one councilman said. A few others were briefing over a few papers and reports. Then a second councilman spoke up, putting a paper he had in his hand down. "Zeial's core is in grave danger of faltering. Something has corrupted it's workings and if we don't act soon, our city's mainframe will cease to function and it will bring everything we've ever created crashing to the ground. Your mission is to find what is doing this and destroy it. Questions?" The councilman finished. All eyes were now on them as the council awaited a response.

It was quite a peaceful day in Vaulken, that is, until piercing screams were heard from a dark alleyway. You would think that it was someone being robbed right? Wrong. The screams itself was from a murderer who had quite a bounty on his head. He was screaming and pleading for help, his right arm torn away. "Spare me your screams. Did you give your victims the privilege of mercy? Then why expect any from me?" A robotic and very sadistic voice answered his screams. An android appeared in front of him, an expressionless face staring down at him. Her hands were covered in the blood of the man having been stained by it when she tore away his arm. "Now be quiet and die, okay?" She said as she crushed his skull. His skull was crushed as though she was pinching a grape between her fingers. She didn't even flinch as his blood sprayed against the wall, his brain leaking out of his crushed skull. Of course she can't turn in the bounty without any identification, so she opted to take the right arm, which had a very distinct tattoo on it for identification.

Pandora had turned in the bounty, handing the arm over to some very horrified soldiers. She received a hefty reward, a pouch filled with gold coins, but that was not the only reward. She absolutely relished the kill, it was the only thing she do that brings her happiness. While it may seem horrifying to others, to her it was just like eating your favorite food or reading a wonderful book. It was her only source of pleasure. When she returned to the inn she was currently staying at, there was a letter on the table. As she read it, she openly expressed her disgust. "Those old fools needs my help, again. Well, nothing new there." She said in a very condescending voice. She knew she couldn't refuse their orders, but then again why would she? If they needed help, that means that they wanted someone or something dead, and she is more than happy to provide that assistance.

Upon returning to Zeial, she was being approached by a lot of people, obviously recognizing her. In Zeial, your skill as a bounty hunter is also your social status, and no one in Zeial has a track record even close to hers. She obviously takes pride in this and is very entertained to see these people clamoring all over her, but she was needed somewhere else and she was needed immediately. "Please excuse me, unless of course you want me to show you what I do with annoying people." She said, smiling a smile that reminds you of a lifeless mannequin. The people backs away, slightly terrified but still at awe. She briskly walked towards the Oval Building, the guards escorting her on the way there.

She immediately entered the council room, not realizing, or just not caring, that there were already people inside. All of those in there, other than the council members, were all humans. Her faced contorted in disgust, not comprehending why there were lower life forms in the council room of Zeial. Of course, she also considers the council members as lower than herself, but she kept that to herself. "Why are there primitive creatures here? Are you implying that I would need the help of these monkeys to handle whatever problems you have?" She said, directly regarding the council members. "Need I remind you that I am the bounty hunter with the best record in Zeial, or anywhere for that matter?"

(Her voice is kind of like GLaDOS and Orianna melded as one with a lot of sass and smug in her voice)

@Everyone in the room

Ekko looked over his shoulder as the others followed in line behind him. Of course… he sighed. Well, who knew what was about to transpire. It might even be easier to create a grand escape with these strangers in mind. With the look of distrust plastered beneath all of their made up faces, and seeing as they were all quite skilled to some degree, Ekko’s confidence in the probability of an easy escape climbed. The familiar smirk of a deviant at play crawled across his lips once again as he reached in his pocket and activated the easily hidden one-shot Zero* he’d recently manufactured, though admittedly he hadn’t had a chance to trial and error it. Live free or die hard, dude he joked as the councilmen began to speak.

He listened intently to their directness and tried to recall if he’d seen any points of weakness in the infrastructure. Turns out this ploy was starting to pay off in information where it lacked in adventure, and who knows; adventure sounded right around the corner.
Lucky bastard… people are going to know the awesome of the Korvine name today… You’d better be grateful. He verbally chuckled at the thought's low odds, inappropriately so, and cleared his throat in recovery before offering a save: “Forgive my asking,” he chuckled again to make it convincing, “Just what is it you think this lot of dissonant individuals can accomplish for you that Zeial could not handle on your own? And forgive my blunt ignorance, but you’ve done well to keep us there and I suspect my colleagues share my sentiment in preferring to know what and who exactly you are dealing with before we agree to involvement. I must presume that, given you’ve gathered a significant number of external candidates, the threat as at least been identified as external as well.”

((*If this is confusing to anyone, refer to Ekko's ability

Oops, I missed your addition
@CrimsonEclipse - Editting for that below:))

As Ekko finished off his inquiry the doors burst open to the radiant energy of an overly confident woman who held herself with all the suggestion of being fully capable of the skill that entailed. He felt his own chest puff up, again in immature pride, as she dismissed the rest of their group in short work. His smirk darkened as he studied her more carefully:
a bounter hunter, then? His eye's cut briefly back to the group to reassess. I suspect it of many others here, too. His conclusion about the nature of this gathering was getting more ground. Perhaps fate brought this endeavor to my hands intentionally afterall...

Deciding not to engage personally, he tilted his chin back and let his mind run rampant. He couldn't help himself, in the end, turning a lifted brow and knowing sneer back at the council.
"As our new arrival has reiterated, do you care to explain?"

The council members looked at Pandora. "Ah, so you have answered our call. Yes, we acknowledge your prestige but mind you, this is not a task that we will take lightly. In fact, you will be meeting with a pair of top bounty hunters from the school of Justice. As for exact details, for the remainder of today, you will simply be settled into your respective guest rooms at a local hotel. In the morning, you will all set off for the Mainframe. Understood?"

"I'm sorry, did one of you monkeys mentioned me? I am so sorry, I speak a lot of languages, but monkey isn't one of them." She said, hearing one of the humans mention her as the "new arrival". She didn't get a reply since a council member, probably one from the school of justice based from the contempt in his voice, addressed her. As much as she would have loved to retort to what the council members said, she knew they would not take it lightly. She might be punished for it, so she chose to stay quiet about it. However, she still scoffed when she heard that there will be bounty hunters from the school of justice will be joining them Top bounty hunters? More like mediocre bounty hunter. She thought to herself. "Yes sir, I understand. But I highly doubt that we would need these, humans, in this task. I mean, how many of them can even differentiate the mechanism of a clock with that of a highly sophisticated core of Zeial?" She said, directing her questions towards the representatives of the school of order.

Annoyance spread across Ekko’s face, rearing up in him like an animal ready to pounce. This is the precise reason bureaucracy never appealed to him. These cranking tall hats with their desperation to be suspicious. What a bunch of bolts. Though this woman rude, he didn’t necessarily dislike her confidence, obnoxious as it may be. His eyebrow twitched visibly in duress as he slowly lost his will to remain composed. Calm he could do, obedient, maybe? Disrespected, he smirked again. Bet your arses that ain’t gonna fly.

“Perhaps councilmen, you misunderstand me.” He stepped forward and turned his head in a slow circle, noting that all of their faces had been this condescending all along. Why’d he even bother with this stupid endeavor. My brother and I will never get along… Still, in character he remained, careful not to let his annoyance slip into his tone. “I am not in the business of waiting idle, shrouded in enigma. I cannot speak for the others here, but if it is my help you also seek, then it is answers I require.”

The four council member of the school of Order exchange glances. Indeed none of them had spoken yet. "We... agree with Justice. Unfortunately, the city is in grave danger. Pandora, understand that we are your superiors and these two bounty hunters are a renowned team throughout the entire planet and understand that they will run the bulk of the mission," the robot said, before turning his attention to Ekko. "We know just as much about it as you do. That is why we are sending you to go eliminate the problem," he said. The man spoke much more definitively and sternly. It was clear this man was more hot tempered.

Shade eyed Pandora as she walked in and he knew who it was, and he didn't like it, she was the most sadistic thing under the school of Justice... Enjoyed the killing, sure she had the highest success rate, she was the only person that had surpassed Shade's older brother's success rate for the school and all bounty hunters even after his brother was no longer under the school.

Shade already despised her before even meeting her, he knew she was strong and if she got close to him he was dead, but her enjoyment for killing sickened Shade. Shade stood where he was watching Pandora with clenched fists that were also shaking. Thinking, "I don't think I could beat her... Not with how strong I am now." He looked down talking more to himself in his thoughts, "Enjoying to kill people is wrong and I hate it..." Shade could never enjoy to kill people he even remembered the face of everyone he's killed and he had nightmares about them he even knew the exact number in his 3 through almost 4 years of being a bounty hunter, "One Hundred and Forty-Two...", Counting the ones he couldn't save and the ones that killed themselves rather than be turned in. He trembled with slight sadness over that death count from the mass amount missions he's been on.

Shade looked up at the councilmen,
"Well you have the combined duo ranked number five here as well (Referred as the prodigy duo for being so young and highly ranked for humans.), so whatever's going on you must need a lot of able people to handle this..." Shade then looked over at Sapphiric noticing something seemed a little off about his best friend and partner. Thinking, "I will ask him about it later."

Shade then asked, "Do you know when this happened?.. As well as how much time we have until it will be too late? And finally what do we have to do?.."

Sapphric watched Rose step through his rift and then followed, seeing Shade seeing them. "Alright, atleast he is here." He thought to himself. "Whelp, let's see what this is all about. Shall we?" He places his hand in the middle of Roses back while they walk up to the door. He uses that to guide Rose in front of him. When they walk in, he moves to the left and around her in a manner that made it hard to notice he walked in. He pulled a chair out for Rose to sit in. They were a couple seats over from Shade. He was happy and cheery before but his attitude completely changed. He was intent on listening. He heard about the core in danger and his heart started racing. "That's why I'm here right now." He immediately reached down to Rose's hand a grabbed in reaction it as he thought to himself. "They're on to me No, No. Im good. just stay calm." He looked to his left and saw Pandora walk in the room. "Well look at what the cat dragged in." He looked at Shade and laughed. "It's no surprise she's here."

He watched a guy in the side of the room speak up. "This guy needs to stop. Pandora's the top of the top. He's gunna end up road kill if he doesn't knock it off." Sapphric whispered. He looked down at his pocket. "What did i steal?" He thought to himself.

"Well that was rude." Perun said evenly as the raven finished its report, the bird was pretty miffed.

fool boy. Pushing eons old spirit off him hmph.

Well maybe..."

"Maybe nothing. RUDE."

Huginn was laughing his ethereal feathery butt off of course.

"We should be paying attention. Perun muttered.

"FINE." the birds said in unison

Perun payed attention. The whole thing seemed insane but after 9 years dealing with spirits, nothing really surprised him anymore. Finally Jack asked the question he was wondering.

"Good question." Perun added, "What are we fighting?"

Just as another council member was going to answer their question, two people walked in. Two bounty hunters, and coincidentally, the bounty hunters they'd be working with. Their names were Sirez and Fina. Fina was the commander of her team, and Sirez was her right hand man. On a mission that required long distance travel or travel to the Eastern mountains, required a team of at least five bounty hunters (Don't worry about this particular fact if you've had your character go on solo missions. You all will be working as a group from now on anyway). Fina had angular feature and a dull expression. It was almost as if she was bored, but that was not the case. Fina simply took her job very seriously, and paid no mind to her status as a bounty hunter. Sirez had a mask. A single rectangular visor ran from the top of his helmet to where his mouth would be. Fina was born into a wealthy bounty hunting family. Her parents were part of the same team and did her well by placing her in rigorous training. Sirez on the other hand is not a pure-blood Zeialan. His father was human, and his mother was Zeialan. Therefor is much more capable of feeling emotion than the average robot. Nonetheless, he is still very professional, and graduated top of his class when he finished his training in the school of Justice. He was only beat out by one student that year, that trained under the school of Order. Fina was in the class above him. Fina glanced at Pandora and Sirez glanced at Shade. Fina spoke first. "We don't know exactly when these problems arose, but it came to our attention when servers began to act up en masse. In other words, our mainframe, for some reason, was either distributing too much information, or distributing information that was corrupt. The core is a living machine. It should have realized that the servers were being overworked and fixed the problem on its own, but it didn't. That means an outside force is acting upon it. What that outside force is, we still don't know. How much time do we have left? Of the millions of servers that we have, about 49% contain faulty data. If that percentage reaches 51%, the workings of the city will switch to the majority coding. The majority coding is a shut down code. If the city switches to that system, we'll all come crashing down. If I had to put a number on it, I'd give about 48 hours," Fina concluded. Her voice was full of authority. The council members nodded. "You gained that from you recon mission assigned today?" One member asked. Fina nodded. The line between the council and bounty hunting was clearly drawn. Following the rules of your superiors were one the ideals of Zeial. Insubordination was enough for exile, or worse, the death penalty.

Ambling towards a wall in the room Sarah leans back against it watching the other people make conversation. 'Well at least they seem polite.' Sarah crosses her arms under her chest, listening on to what the Council members say. After awhile later a Robot came in. Assuming she is another bounty hunter.

'Did this robot thing just said that, in front of all of us?' Sarah got a bit ticked off from that statement. 'At least we're not replaceable like you, us humans are unique, you robots are just copies of each other.' Sarah thinks to herself. Sarah watches the group talking to one another and to the Council, asking questions and such. They are right on one thing though.

'What exactly are we fighting here? They wouldn't all of us for nothing.' Sarah was intrigued about this, but keeping silence as two new people arrive from the elevator. After the two arrived the Council start to explain all that happened and the reason they were called.

'A living machine. Why would that be a good idea to make that the core?' Sarah never really understood technology, but even now she wasn't going to get it.

Unsatisfied with the dismissing, ambiguous answer, Ekko scoffed. Just in time to save his skin from his own hot temper, another one of his cohorts, the brooding man with silver hair and strikingly blue eyes that reminded him of Falghord’s ice stalagmites, spoke up to reveal what Ekko had suspected: he was a bounty hunter as well. A new piece of information accompanied, however, as Ekko’s eyes followed the man’s as he referenced his partner, a blonde man who’d entered with a young woman moments before the meeting began. The body count in this room was becoming increasingly uncomfortable and it was clear there were no answers to be found here. He’d have to acquire him information the old fashioned way once this staff-measuring freakshow concluded.

Lost in amusement with his own thoughts, Ekko was pulled back to attention with the question of the dark-hair man who seemed more despondent than any of them, though his instincts told him there was something more… Perhaps it was merely because he seemed amongst the least threatening, along with the woman who’d entered with Blondie?
This is the point I’ve been making all along people, he slouched his weight back onto his left hip, rolling his eyes in continued annoyance just in time to fix them on the two newcomers as they entered through the main doors, clearly fighters and clearly from Zeial. He straighten with new interest and evaluated them both as they spoke.

Still no new information, though a few details were filled. And now there was a more concrete timeline for when more offered answers would be given.
Not soon enough… Just what in the hell has Xavier been up to? As the situation grew more dire he couldn’t help but return to this pondering. Why had his brother, a lesser councilman with zero aptitude for combat and diplomacy, been summoned here in the first place? Xavier did have quite the affinity for computers when they were younger, but he'd long given that up for politics; hadn't he? He finally found his resolve in seeing this through, whether it be for his brother, this city, or both.

Kyle floated down to the metal floor. His shoes made a tap-tap sound as feet touched the so called ground. Kyle continued to move down into a squat position until his hands rested on the metallic material as well. The smooth surface felt calming as he brushed his fingers over the silver chrome. For a moment, it felt like the storms that raged inside had settled and Kyle could almost manage a grin as to the warmth that it brought him. But he quickly suppressed that notion. He wasn't here for that.

As he straightened himself up into a standing position, he grabbed the letter he had received out his back pocket. It was still in a ball, which was the way he had left it. Kyle sighed. "I do not want to do this today." He thought as he jammed the letter back into his short's pocket and tossed his hood up over his head.

He faced the door and took a deep breath. "I only did this whole thing just to figure out more of myself...I didn't sign up for this whole emergency stuff." He placed his gloved hand against the door and sighed again.

"Whatever." he said as he pushed it open.

After being led down a couple of hallways, Kyle finally arrived into the room where everyone was supposedly gathered. The eleven chairman eyed him as he walked in late. Kyle shrugged it off, he was used to having a lot of attention on him; he truly didn't care what anyone of them would think about him. He made his way over to the left side of the room and sat down at the far left chair.

As Kyle sat down, some of the other Bounty Hunters caught his eye: Pandora, a hunter that everyone else knew; a silver haired one, that seemed to be eyeing everything in the room; and two in the back, whom he assumed were a couple. Kyle chuckled in him mind, "Cute." as he folded his arms on the table and laid his head down. He threw his hand up lightly in a gesture of "don't mind me, I'm just here" sort of way.

Kyle listened as they brought up the main topic which seemed to focus on about the Core problems. In reality, Kyle couldn't really care much about it. It was all politics to him. But he was brought here for a reason; he might as well pay attention the best way he knew how. So he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Shade noticed the next man come into the room, and late. Shade watched him sit down and then doze off before addressing his next question, "And I would like to formally ask about my payment before we begin the operation..." Shade started, thinking "This may be the chance to finally get my information on him that they've kept secret from me for so long." He then continued, "I would like my payment to be all the information you have locked up on the last number one Bounty Hunter there was that went Rogue Thirteen years ago, I want all information on the older remaining sole survivor of the Rayne Household." Shade steadied the most serious gaze he'd ever leveled at someone upon the council members.

Shade would get this information one way or another and nothing would stop him, for he truly believed that if he didn't end that man only more people would come to be in danger or worse killed. Shade would not let his family be a reason for more peoples pain and suffering, people he could protect. Ending with, "This is the only payment that I request." Shade felt as if this was the best chance at getting it he might have, so he was going to take it.

Shade only continued to level his gaze at them until he got an answer.

After considerable deliberation, it was decided that you will meet with the Zeialan council. In other words, you stood there for a few hours watching everyone argue about whether or not you should attend before the time came and you were already late. Ultimately they simply asked you whether you wanted to attend or not. This "Vices" character struck your curiosity. Dua claimed not to know a thing about him, and yet here he was, a figure from your so-called illustrious past. When given the choice, it was a simple decision, and now here you are, jumping out of the hell train high above the elliptical building.

One hand stays on your head the entire way down. After all, it would besmirch your uniform if your attended without your hat. Not long afterwards you retrieve the windmill blade you keep glued to your back and toss it out. It cuts through the blazing wind resistance fairly well before turning sideways at your command and rushing back to to hit the bottom of your soles. With it you can slow your descent to the entrance of the building, and soon you're gliding in to the entrance, only to be threatened by some rather excitable guards. If you'd had to guess, they likely would have shot at you right off the bat any other day. You are a suspicious figure coming out of nowhere riding a large bladed weapon after all. A sort of kick off the blade sends it skyward, only to curve back around and land comfortably against your back while you remove your hat to show the guards your letter, still crisply unbent in any manner. Their suspicion are confirmed and you walk in without a word, taking the letter in hand and returning your hat to its rightful domain. Words might have done, but it's all just dull formalities really. Any longer here would just be a waste of time.

You're ushered down a hall into a grand, circular room by the receptionist. When the double-doors close behind you and all eyes that care are on you, you doff your hat and bow. Best to show them respect, isn't it? "Apologies for the delay, I was... tied up." Formalities, formalities. With an introductory apology out of the way, you return your hat to the realm it governs and stand off to the side as not to block the door or stand too close to the two bounty hunters. You habitually lean against your blade, affixed in place for the most part. Something about this place fills you with unease. Nonetheless, for you today is a day of waiting. Vaagur said so, before laughing and walking away. This should be the same as the arguments your employers were having. How daunting.

The councilmen exchanged glances. One finally responded. "It seems your payment and our goals run hand in hand. As long as the mainframe doesn't shut down, we can get you that information," the council member told him, reassuredly.

Pandora watched as two other bounty hunters, presumably the ones who will accompany her (she still refused to consider the primates as part of the team) on this mission, entered the room. Ah yes, now she remembered who they were. They were the bounty hunters who weren't as bad as the others, still inferior compared to her of course. She was willing to admit however that they possessed some skills, nothing she can't do of course, and was able to accept them as part of the team. "I am glad that you decided to send some competent individuals to help me. I mean, if all I had were these neanderthals, I might as well be doing that mission while having a system failure." She said, pointedly looking at the humans in the room.

She was quite annoyed when one of the humans demanded a reward. They should be happy enough to be in the same mission as her. No other humans would even get the chance to walk side by side with me. "Wow, I never knew monkeys were taught how to negotiate. Impressive." She said, smiling mockingly at the man who demanded a reward. Of course for all she knows he has a name and it might have been mentioned a while ago, but she would rather have a virus in her system than to utter the name of an inferior being.

Then a new arrival, another inferior human, entered the room.
I sure hoped that someone told me there was a pest infestation in here. She thought to herself, very annoyed by the sheer amount of humans in the room. She chuckled when the human apologized for being late. "Why, did your master forget to take off the leash before he sent you on an errand?"' She butted in, unable to resist mocking the worthless creatures.

#52 looked up at the woman that he'd now led to his cell, at first his voice was nothing but screeches and creeks due to his unused voice system, however eventually his creaking could be turned into somewhat of comprehensible words. "Greetings..... W-would you mind... helping me?" His entire body, which wasn't much, felt like it was about to drag down all of the cables and cords that was holding him up above the floor. "I-I've been stuck down here for what feel-s like centuries, would you mind-" He got cut off midsentence by his entire body shutting down, he'd used up too much energy on a too little timespan and now his body couldn't hold it anymore.

(I'm so sorry guys, I almost completely forgot this RP, I didn't get any notifications about it so I thought it'd just gone into "stand-by")

Trim stared at Pandora silently. A zeialan with less maturity than a child. What a peculiar combination. Of course she can't know about your so-called 'masters'. It's clear she's not the religious type, so she likely doesn't have any abnormal abilities. If she can't do the weird mind business Solomon can, it couldn't have been anything but an uncouth taunt. If so, her words bear no meaning and are unworthy of a response. It's comparable to a wild animal growling at you to establish some sort of dominance. You never thought you would meet such a primal zeialan. She looks mechanical, but she behaves oh so very humanly.

Excessively so. You decide not to take your eyes off of her.

Cyan frowned at his words. When he froze up and didn't speak anymore, she set down her bag. "Of course I'll help you," She replied gently. The first thing she had to do was find extra supplies. Considering the underground area was big, she went looking for them in other places. After a few trips with her arms full of metal wires, circuits and solid pieces of steel, she looked back to him. "If I... Yes, that could work..." She said quietly to herself, scrutinizing the metal man. Then, she got to work. First, she built him a metal skeleton for the missing parts of his body so that he could stand properly for the moment. Next, the hard part came and one that would take the longest. She built a control unit to replace his connection to the wires. She hooked up a power supply to him, one similar to the ones inside her that powered her augmented pieces and then put in the unit she built. Finally, she turned back to him. She built him working limbs and fixed up the original parts of him. After all was done, she turned on his main power supply. All in all, it did take a few hours however the time seemed to fly when she was working. She just hoped everything worked properly.

Heat. It was all heat. Body heat. The heat of overworked mechanics. The heat of tension coming to a boil. The discomforting, stifling personal heat generated by his get-up. Ekko shrugged his shoulders about and rolled his neck, searching for the sweet spot something like a draft. Scoff this, bolts that. My hypothetical staff is much longer and more mighty than yours! Hew-muun. This is all such crank. Ekko attempted to entertain himself by mentally railing off his frustration in mockery.

To no avail. A different tactic then.
“If there is nothing more in terms of information of this council to offer, might I suggest some further reconnaissance? Or at least a dismissal so the more instrumental amongst us,” he gestured absently in reference to the league of mercenaries surrounding him, “can optimize our closing window of time?”

The council members looked at Ekko. "Reconnaiscance? Absolutely not. Not even Fina and Siren were allowed to approach the core on their own. They were restrained to a radius of 250 feet from the core. Understand that if the monster were to come after you, your lives would be in unprecedented danger. At 2 am, we will disable security and you all should be down there by 9 in the morning. Is that understood," responded the member from the school of Order.

Shade turned a glare towards Pandora, about to snap back his own insult, before yet another man walked in the room. Shade noticed how he formally apologized for being late, before Pandora then mocked the man. Before Shade knew it his anger and patience was thin replying, "Last I checked," Shade getting out of his chair, "A tin can--." Shade then felt himself get knocked back into his chair by Sapphiric's pulse into his gut, to be interrupted.

"I can't stand this right now. they're all so pathetic. For all they know, our time's running out and they're just sitting here arguing who's better. I can't save the people if the city just come's crashing down." He thought to himself as he gets more and more irritated. Sapphric stands up, Interrupting shade, and slams his hands on the table in front of him. "Children!" He yells at the group of people arguing. "This is a life or death. Ekko, you really think that we can do this without the council's resources? If that's you're thought you are sadly mistaken. Pandora, stop. you're not even acting like you're ranked. Number one? Then start acting like it." He stops and takes a deep breath. "Okay, Put aside hating Zeial for one minute. You can't save anyone if Zeial crashes now." He thought to himself as he took his breath. "WE... have to put our differences aside. The longer we wait, the closer they get. What kind of people are you that would let these Monsters grow stronger. They must be using the information from the core for something and we need to find out what that something is."

He looks toward the council members in the room. "Sir, I would like permission to gain access to the servers of Zeial." He said looking them in the eyes. Muttering became of the room. His hands start to shake and then he grabs the lip of the table in front of him to stop it. "This is my chance to get in." He thought to himself. "If i gain access to the servers of the city's computer database, I can see if they left an end trail. No matter how good the hacker is, they can't not leave a trail." He spoke with a firm voice. He looks at the rest of the people in the room and stops and looks at Fina and Siren for a moment then back at the council. "The question is, 'How good are they at covering it up?'. Please, People of the council of Zeial. This may be your only chance to find out where the people that gain access to to the computer's extracted the data are." Sapphric takes a deep breath and takes a seat down in his seat and keeps a steady eye on the council. "This way I can see more info on the core and on Shade's brother." He plotted in his head. Sapphric's heart is racing.
