"A temple? For what exactly?" Chesire asked curiously as she looked at the tall man. Her big blue eyes sparkling in interest while staring at him. After all, there might be treasure that she could keep or something much more. 'Gems...' She thought to herself and looked away as she almost drooled by just thinking of it. Just obtaining a new one makes her squeal internally. She had to join them!

"Control myself? Oh believe me, I have." She said to Belsair. @delcare She looked to Rex, @Knightling "Rex? Sorry... I didn't mean to laugh at your misfortune.." She looked at him for a moment and saw a flash. There were portals all around him. And then they closed just as quickly as they had opened. Where they led she did not know but she could feel his aura was lifeless and she suspected the portals lead to the underworld, where the lifeless dwell. She looked at the others to see if they had seen the portals too. She wasn't sure if anyone else had the ability to see other dimensions and the portals to them. "I will accompany you to the Temple. I will make for a useful companion, and then we can go our separate ways." She walked over to Belsair, Lila, and Kyngerz. @KingsPlague As she stood by Kyngerz she shivered. He was cold and she could tell that he was definitely not human. Her curiosity was peaking but she would leave her questions for later. "When will be be off?" She was ready for adventure, ready to get the stone for her family.

In Belisair's travel pouch, Flint curled up and slept peacefully. It was cozy and his friends movements bizarrely did not disturb the crow's slumber. Was the sylph's bag enchanted or was he just light on his feet? No matter! All of the human shaped creatures had taken a toll on his psyche.


'The best thing to do is just let Belisair and Kyngerz handle it," the crow thought. 'I'll wake up when we arrive at Thoranhall.'

Lila remained close to Belisair, almost uncomfortably close, but the Sylph's presence was actually comforting. She was trying to watch all of the people at once, but that was difficult to do. The Palsiet had promised protection, and for some reason, the Yuan-ti believed him. She was still wary of him, he was large and imposing. That tail twitched a bit behind her as her green eyed gaze shifted from person to person.


There really wasn't much Lila could do in this situation, but stand there and try not to get in the way of anyone if anything happened. Hopefully nothing would happen. Nothing bad at least.

Lena quietly looked at the girl who was still hiding behind the man. She was just... so scared... Lena wished she would at least see if she would check for any damages for her.


"Uhm... let's just try, why not" She said quietly, standing up, as she slowly went towards the man and the little snake girl. She stopped at the reasonable distance, and crouched.


"Uhm... Little girl? Are you hurt?" She asked quietly, trying to sound as friendly as she could, smiling gently at her.

The Palsiet looked down at Lena, he had promised to protect Lila for a while and so he had kept his hand on the hilt of his enchanted blade, the air around him was cold enough that frost began to form in his hair and beard. Kyngerz kept a close watch on the two as he again cleared his throat. "As the sun is beginning to set I suggest we continue our introductions in Thoranhalls inn...I apologize if my words have been rather crude to the lot of you, I assure you I am just seeking to protect my new found friends." he said, nodding in the direction of the town.

"Rest well, Flint. I know this is a lot to take in. You are being so strong." Belisair looked at his crow as he whispered to his sleeping half.


“Seeing as we now have all introduced ourselves”, he stared pointedly as the elf who had refused to share her name and purpose @JJKab , “I suggest we make a move. There’s no telling what our magic awoke, and I am eager to sleep in bed.”


“I will assume that you all are joining us until we reach Thoranhall, at least. That is just fine.”


“Rex I understand that you feel lost, but I don’t think you should stay in the village for too long. Humans are not the most perceptive beings, but they will begin to sense your lifelessness if you remain.” @Knightling


“I figured you would be planning to join us, Dia. Don’t try anything foolish. I’d rather not have Kyngerz end your life.” @ragingfire


“Our business is none of yours. Besides, I don’t trust your shadow.” @CandidFox


"Kyngerz, please calm down. You can't walk into town looking like a changeling frost wraith." @KingsPlague

"Oh, and the name's Lena, by the way" Lena said, looking at the man who said his name was Belisair.


"I just wanted to inspect this place... but seeing that you're going somewhere, I would more than gladly help you" She stated, looking back at the girl

"Of course. I'm sorry that I did not introduce myself earlier..." Lena stated, bowing her head lightly at Belisair, smiling gently.

Chesire raised an eyebrow and shrugged. 'Rude much?' She thought, sighing as she clutched her basket gently and looked at the human zombie when she noticed his stomach growling. Putting her hand in the basket, she took out a rather large piece of bread and handed out to him. "Bread?" She asked and tilted her head. Besides, she always brings food whenever she travels.

"And... I'm sorry that I scared you later.... I... I didn't mean to do it.." She said.


"You look hungry... Are you?" She asked, smiling, as she started searching around her pockets. Lena knew she had sometimes a bit of blueberries. She had some this time. Lena smirked, as she slowly came a bit closer to the girl, still staying a fair amount of distance from her


"I've got some blueberries here.. They're not poisonous, I can assure you" She stated, pulling them out, and slowly reaching out her hand to the girl, with some berries in it. She still was smiling kindly.

The air warmed up again to normal temperature as Kyngerz breathed in deeply, giving a last breath through his nose. He knew that he needed to keep his anger in check, something he had always had an issue with. "Very Well Belisair, please lead the way, Lila please follow Belisair and worry not as I am right behind you." he said with a smile looking to Lena. "You are free to walk beside her, but don't try anything" he said, his smile becoming slightly more threatening

"I promise... I won't hurt her..." Lena said, looking at Kyngerz, smiling gently.


"I wouldn't be able to, anyway, since... I don't like people who would hurt others, especially young ones like her" She stated, shifting her look back at the girl, as she stood up.

After handing the bread, she looked around for any hungry people until she looked to the Yuan-Ti beside her. It's quite comforting to have someone has young as her for some reason. "I got bread if you want...We can share." She said while smiling a bit and took out two pieces of bread, handing out one to her as she nibbled the other bread. Her basket was filled with other pastries and a wooden box hidden underneath the blanket.

"Everyone, I will be leading the this party. I will be increasing out speed somewhat so try to keep up." Not caring to look back knowing that Kyngerz would keep Lila safe, and sure that the others could keep up -especially Dia- Belisair took a deep breath and focused.


"Come Zephyr. I guide us as we stride upon your swift winds.", his voice brought the winds, making the party's steps light and swifter. He then turned towards Thoranhall and went with the wind, "FORWARD!"

"Everyone, I will be leading the this party. I will be increasing out speed somewhat so try to keep up." Not caring to look back knowing that Kyngerz would keep Lila safe, and sure that the others could keep up -especially Dia- Belisair took a deep breath and focused.


"Come Zephyr. I guide us as we stride upon your swift winds.", his voice brought the winds, making the party's steps light and swifter. He then turned towards Thoranhall and went with the wind, "FORWARD!"

Lila watched Lena pull out some blueberries after searching pockets for a while, the Yuan-ti eyed them, not warily, but curiously. Were they really for her? When Lena mentioned poisons, Lila shook her head slowly. "I-I am a Yuan-ti..m-most poison is h-harmless for me.." She offered the words carefully, a bit uncertain if she should tell this or not. It wasn't a secret, Lila was more worried about the girl getting angry at her for being corrected. After all, it wasn't a slave's place to correct their betters. All of these people were Lila's betters.


She glanced up at Belisair for a moment, then at Kyngerz. Once more that large man was assuring her that he would protect her. It made her happy and even more frightened at the same time. Lila hesitantly reached out for the blueberries, she only took one. "T-thank you.." and ate it almost delicately. Though another person was near her, offering bread, and Lila jumped slightly. Staring at that person. Before she could really do much, Belisair was ushering them on and obediantly Lila fell into step behind him. Her tail swaying lightly behind her. She was nervous and uncertain, but she would let Kyngerz and Belisair handle things. They seemed to have the situation under control.

Lena smiled, as she looked at the girl.


"I'm glad it tasted...." She said, as she kept on walking


"Can I ask you a question? Now for real: You don't look like you're okay... May I ask you: Can i clear up your bruises?" She asked, a bit hesitating over the last part.


"I will do it without touching your body, of course... I was trained to heal others effectively without physical contact" Lena exclaimed, hiding the rest of the berries in her pocket.


"If you don't want this, I'll respect your opinion"

Kyngerz Followed Bel, Lila and Lena. he remained quite silent, watching over the others as they walked. The group had formed to quite an interesting band of misfits, himself obviously not excluded as he was older than all of them combined with ease. The Palsiet wasn't quite sure where this would go, nor what they were even looking for in the temple, obviously he would need to speak with the Sylph to find this out.

Lila was content to walk in silence, with the large knight at her back and the gentle man in front leading the way. His presence was as refreshing as a summer's breeze, now that Lila thought about it properly. Then Lena was speaking to her again, and the Yuan-ti frowned the slightest bit. It was only bruises from tripping and stumbling in the forest for so long, it wasn't anything anyone needed to waste their energy on. "I-I'm fine.." That slight frown still on Lila's lips, but there was a bit of uncertainty in her eyes. "Y-you don't need t-to waste that kind of thing on me.." Lila ducked her head slightly, green eyes going to watch the ground before her and the back of Belisair's feet as they walked on.
