Fantasy The Spirit Inside ~ Forest and Village

Kyngerz wheezed and dropped to his knees as he could not hold his act back any longer, the pain seemed unbearable but he had faced worse, this would only leave him feeling the pain for a few months "So it wasn't you after all. By Preoleths beard I knew something stronger was at work here, and I am sorry for blaming you for this entire situation...but tell me this. After all that has happend between not only the two of us, nor your palsiet master Kalversonitis, but my entire race and your being, why would you save me after shedding such hate of the palsiet and myself?" he asked Zephyr, spitting blood upon the floor.

After all that has happend between not only the two of us, nor your palsiet master Kalversonitis, but my entire race and your being, why would you save me after shedding such hate of the palsiet and myself?" he asked Zephyr, spitting blood upon the floor.
Zephyr

"Of course this wasn't me you belligerent oaf. I told you that there are rules. I can control Bel's body when he's unconscious but I could never force him to do something he doesn't want to do. I can't control his actions, but I try to guide them. He's much too powerful for anything more." Sweeping up the leftover ice, he crushed it into snow to make himself more visible. Even now, the only form he would take was Belisair's. He then broke down the whirlwind arena and unraveled the Javelins.

Zephyr looked at Belisair sadly as the whirlwind arena was dispelled and he drew the dark winds into a shield around himself, sealing himself inside.

"To set the record straight for the last time, no godly creation could ever master me. I suggest you curb your tongue and flippant disregard for my stature before I change my mind about saving you. Trust me when I say that you are no match for Belisair right now, and if that Dragon is released, it wouldn't even get the chance to gather it's strength."

Turning his back to Belisair for now, Zephyr set about tending to Kyngerz's wounds with some gauze he had taken from one of Belisair's pockets just moment before.

"Now, about your question. Let me be perfectly clear. I did not save you, I saved Belisair. I wanted him to rough you up a little, and I wanted YOU to understand a fraction of the problems I've had to handle recently. ((Zeph's "recently" is loosely a couple centuries.)) I did not want him to kill you, and he would never forgive himself for it. I still hate you, but I never harbored animosity towards your race. In fact, I thought they were quite beautiful, intelligent and noble. How they were related to you eludes me still." He tied off a particularly bad wound with a bit of unnecessary force.

"Before you accuse me of anything else, yes I do know what is happening to Belisair, but no I did not cause it nor set it in motion. I could never make this. This is his other half. His mothers told him he was half mortal, but that wasn't entirely true. While the man who fathered him was most definitely mortal-no he wasn't human-,whatever being that resided in him was an immortal, a dark elemental of some kind." It was obvious that Zephyr was speaking the truth. It was also painfully obvious how worried he was.

"I've never seen him like this before."

The Palsiet gave a groan as his wounds healed and he stood up, stretching his now sore body. "You've always had it out for me zephyr, and I will never truly understand why as you ignore all the good I have done in the world. Let us bury the hatchet and try to defeat this mutual foe. What's most important now is to revive flint. " he said his joints cracking as he stretched.

Zephyr

Zephyr scoffed as the Palsiet spoke and stood. It figures that everything he said went in one ear and out the other.

"There's no hatchet to bury, you insufferable ingrate. I simply don't like you, and if you are going to continue ignoring all the good I'VE done for the world, then I doubt that that will change. Also, you will not be fighting this foe. Belisarius is much too strong for you and there's something more important; Flint's resurrection. The Saza-Hallah Temple is calling for help, which means that it needs something before it can give anything. So speed away little snow baby. I'll hold him off until you can bring him Flint back."

Honestly, Zephyr was always being too kind.

The palsiet did not respond, he simply turned and headed in the direction of the lost chapel "Oh Flint my dear friend, I really do hope that your Resurrection will be all this madness undoing. or this situation will be my undoing and the name may even bring back...him" he shuddered at the thought of what would happen if his mortal enemy were to return.

Zephyr

"Oh and say hello to Saza-Hallah for me. It has been millennia since the last time I had the pleasure of visiting. All you children should go with him, as well. i have a feeling that Belisair isn't feeling particularly friendly right now."

As Zephyr dismissed the assorted group of friends, he turned his focus entirely onto Belisair. He had hoped to avoid taking Belsiair head on, like this. Belisair could actually harm him seriously if he wanted to.

'Poor child. Why did you have to make friends? You would have been much happier alone.'

(It ended up del-eating my post)

Kyngerz had decided not to respond, he would never be able to get through to the stubborn being that is the Zephyr.

So he coninued through the forrest till he came to the ruin of the temple, a smile crossing the Palsiets face, perhaps his Chevbrasy, his gods gift would awaken a bit and give him instight to what this place had been in its golden age, but his gift had faded long ago when the gods he fought for abandon his race.

The Palsiet stepped inside and gave a loud shout of "Hello!?" to announce his presence to whomever was or wasn't there.

The Palsiet stepped inside and gave a loud shout of "Hello!?" to announce his presence to whomever was or wasn't there.
As the lone Palsiet stepped inside the doorway, he passed through an illusion barrier. What had once been a simple shrine wedged into a wall of tall tree trunks, became the gatehouse to a large temple complex surrounded by a perfect circle of trees. There were several winding paths that led to the numerous different buildings of the complex, but they were all broken. The only path left in repair, was the central path leading to the Temple proper at the center of the complex. The stone were a darker shade of green than the surrounding grass, yet they blended in perfectly. Evrys stone was placed close enough to be a sturdy pathway, but far enough a apart to allow grass and flowers to grow, similar to stepping stones in a pond. Everywhere he looked structures were built with the same attention to detail and nature; everything was engineered to work alongside and inside of nature, such as the walls built with large chink so that vines could grow without causing damage, or roofs made from the living branches of large leafed trees to always have a well lit home in the daylight. There were small even wildlife running around and bird flying overhead. The distant drone of bees at work could be heard, and he could see colonies of butterflies in the various flower fields. Even after centuries withouy proper care, the Complex was in good repair.

Not everything was good as new though. Along the central path, there were intricately carved pillars that had smashed into the ground; this had obviously been a recent development, as there were still four pillars floating and rotating near the main entrance to the Temple. One of the pillars was hanging lower than its peers and was drifting lower, ever so slowly.

"Help me..." There was a whisper upon the wind. It came from the direction of the Temple. The doors of the Temple swung open slowly.

The Palsiet turned, observing his surroundings, he couldn't help but feel as if he had been there before, he had studied this architechture before and had walked those paths, he closed his eyes briefly to shake off those thoughts. Someone called out for help, he drew his bow and nocked an arrow in preperation before hurrying onward towards the voice that had called him, he had seen much in his time but he could never be truely prepared, and this adventure had been most bizzare and random encounter he had had in a few centuries.

Aa the Palsiet stepped upon the path, the Temple would seem to stretch away from him into infinity for a few seconds, before snapping back into focus. In a 15 second journey that should have taken 15 minutes, Kyngerz took the first step up the staircase to the temple doors.

"Please, hurry. My time is running out..." . The whisper had now become louder, as if there were someone addressing him from a few feet away.

Beyond the door, he would see the temple's grand hall, lit brightly with shafts of sunlight bouncing off of expertly placed mirrors and gems in the walls, ceiling and floor.

The Palsiet halted, looking back as he seemed to have shifted through time itself, whoever this person was they needed his help and would do anything to stay alive, so the palsiet tightend his shoulder problem and rammed the large door, it groaning under the weight and pressure of the impact before flinging open.

Kyngerz halted once again, his jaw dropping slightly in awe of the beauty that was the main hall, he briefly forgot that someone was calling for his help.

Kyngerz halted once again, his jaw dropping slightly in awe of the beauty that was the main hall, he briefly forgot that someone was calling for his help.
The only furnishings in the main hall were the implements used to keep it brightly lit. In the center of this grand chamber with intricately carved walls and polished marble flooring, was a raised dais of crystal clear quartz. The dais was topped with a wide and shallow bowl of clear quartz that was filled, nearly to the brim, with fresh and softly fragrant water. Due to the construction of the hall, light was concentrated on the dais and made the crystal ensemble and the water appear to glow from within. The bowl was raised 2ft from the floor and was 4ft in diameter.

As Kyngerz stared at the room, in awe, a pale figure rose from the waters and took the shape of a tall athletic man with long flowing hair, the shape was connected to the water by its ankles.

"Please, do not falter. I am not far from you. Come to me, quickly." The voice range clearly through the hall. It was both masculine and feminine, a multitude of different voices woven into one. Listening to it would bring the image of a star spinning solitarily in a galaxy of stardust to mind.

Kyngerz hurried forward, his eyes observing everything he could, he stayed low to the ground as he was not sure exactly what this being needed, it could even be dangerous for him to have come here, but if this is what the zephyr asked of him to save his friends this is what he needed to do.

"What is it you need?" he shouted at the being that had appeared infront of him, he had no time to question why he was here or who he was, he had sworn to help those who needed and deserved it, and he would stay true to his words,

The watery figure beckoned to its chest.

"My heart, it has been stolen. I will die without it. I am so weak already, and talking to you like this is taxing; come closer." The figure melted back into the bowl as a door shimmered into being beside Kyngerz.

The door was of a simple build and painted solid blue with a crimson flame rising from a golden crown at its center. As it became solid, two of the floating pillars crashed down and shattered.

Kyngerz remained silent as he looked at the door, he needed to be cautious but time would not be on his side. He slung his bow over his shoulder and drew his sword, the silver blade shimmering in the light, he opened the door and stepped through.

"Thank you for coming so far to see me. I am Saza-Hallah." The voice came from a lazily turning Nexus of stardust floating in the center of the room.

The room itself looked like a simple living room with couches, chairs and rugs on the floor. The room was decorated in warm colors like red, brown and gold, and would have felt warm too, if not for the empty fireplace that made up the podium beneath the floating mass.

As the voice spoke up once again, the floating dust consolidated into a large face, exactly like that of the watery figure from before.

"You have come, my hero. I am in great need of your assistance. My Heart has been stolen and my life drains the longer I am apart from it. Please, retrieve my Flame, and I will gift you greatly."

((OOC: Wow I have been gone for so long. This was an awesome rp, sorry I had to go, but I got very busy at the time. *waves*))
