''Wow. They must really have improved their security, if several spies already have been truly caught as you say...''
A slight worry could be heard in her voice.

"It could as simple as them intercepting mail they send or them converting to just live under their rule" he went to take a drink but was out, "bah, not like the bars at grey wood where the staff come to you" he trailed off to fetch a drink,

Barkeep served him in between small talk with patrons.

Samuel sat back down taking a sip,

"The security was always tight, I'm saying something is going down with the amount of soliders they have occupying this city, like they are preparing for siege"

I dont really seem to be having any fantastic ideas at the moment.''

"If you apply, get in, go to classes and gather Intel then leave unnoticed that would be the ideal goal"

Sam took a long sip,

"But if you were to go in and find information we can use in bringing down the spectrums regime you leave quickly to deliver that Intel to greywood" he finshed with a cringe as the sounds of the massive gates closed from outside.

"The barkeep says he may be able to Aquire uniforms of the academy, that could help surely if you go in undercover.." He finshed with taking a gulp of wine.

"They have good cuisine here.." He muttered.

She stared and considered for a moment, before answering.

"Alright then, that sounds like a risky plan but a plan nonetheless....So how do i apply?''

"I don't rightly know... I know money is involved and heard scrutnious testing and questions happen, I'd say go now before the sun sets to show them your talent, get rid of any weapons and such, maybe buy some plain clothes, just money and wits at the door"

Samuel spoke after a few minutes of thought.

"I'll supply most of my coin for you to enter, remember to read that letter, then dispose of it..you know all that stuff" he pointed to the envelope and tapped it a few times with his fingers.

She took the letter from him and put it in safety in her belt pocket.

''Wouldn't that also require me to hide some parts of my identity? I might come across several situations where i will have to lie about myself.''

Ash weighed her options as she drank. Getting in would be easy. Getting out would be trickier. She didn't care much about whatever the clients had planned once they were in, as long as the trouble they stirred up wouldn't interfere with her goal. On the other hand, there was at least one person in the Academy that could match her skills, and Ash really, really didn't want to know who would win in a fight. Being on the same side of the law did not necessarily equate to allies. At the very least, if Ash didn't encounter Dart, she could conceivably pull it off.

Ash hailed the Bartender under the pretense of another drink. "I'll take the job. Confirm with the client. They stay out of the way, I run in and out. Give me the number and color of the uniforms, and if I'm not back by dawn tomorrow..." She didn't finish the statement, but her meaning was clear. Assume the worst.

"Yes, anything to do with the federation and your place or birth.. Say Your a farmers daughter from out near perche or shondor" Samuel confirmed.

Barkeep nodded and brought another drink as well as quietly adding "speak with Charlie, he has equipment if you need to supply.. you go take a moment and I'll send for you once all the pieces are in place" @quiescentLunacy

Kayla dwight seemed blinding in the sunlight as she walked into the sub white hall where students where practicing.

"Timothy, may I please have a word to Sandra please"

Timothy bowed down in a respectful manner, "of course mistress dwight, by all means"

Kayla smiled warmly as she greeted the people in her hall.

Lucy, after realising she had free time for the rest of the day, and considering she was such a loner, decided to march straight back to the bar, not caring if the barkeep told her to wait until evening, she used her grey magic once more, making she she was a suitable mix between young and old so her clothes fpwere somewhat manageable, this time however, she mad her hair turn brown, shich was a new idea she had only recently thought of, she had tried also changing the colours of her eyes but that didn't seem to work fro whatever reason, she made sure her bust was rather large, not being able to resist the temptation while thinking about the tactical advantages of it. "Maybe they will look at them and not notice my uniform... I heard guys like school girl uniforms, right?" She chuckled, feeling a little embarrassed as she walked to the bar before entering and sitting down in a different seat, deciding to scout out the bar before having a chat with the barkeep @Everyone who is in the bar

Barkeep was finishing small talk with two men before noticing another student walk into his bar,

The same student in the same clothes mused barkeep.

He poured a the men their drinks before he strolled over to the "woman" he had to make sure if his plan was to work.

"Anything you want to order?" Barkeep questioned.

"I shall have a beer" she said calmly, making sure her voice was different from the last time, not to mention she had never tried alcohol before, and she was rather curious about the substance. She was buzzing on the insude with excitement but she simply wrinkled her nose with disgust at the smell of the bar. "If you don't mind, that is" she sais with a flicker of a smile

"Six gold coins" barkeep said when he returned after standing at the keg behind him for a moment,

"Little early to be drinking isn't it? Wouldn't you have studies of some sort?"

The teacher came over with another candle, "good try, but maybe leave the window open and gather hue from the banners.. You know light shines, absorb colour in the light.."
Teacher smiled as if he was connecting to this student, he was a bit oblivious..

He looked toward a banner as his eyes glowed red a single flame produced on his fingertip,

He concentrated to make the tiny flame flare up like a bonfire for a split second then shrink back down to that tiny flame..

"Gaining control of your hue is mandatory before you leave, especially red talent as you could very well blow yourself, and others up accidentally"

@Kazami42
She just stared at the candle again. She kept silent as she stared at it as if through it. She looked around at anything resembling yellow or red. She tried it again and focused again on the candle. It started eating the candle away again and waited for it to change color. She waited two minutes before trying to stop it again. She was entirely calm and focusing on it this time, and she didn't stop it, but she did slow it a bit. The flame being small but still bigger than a dormant flame.

@Flowiest.

Complacent, Sandra strode over to Mistress White. Whatever it was, she'll accept it. Because if she had one friend in the Academy, and the world, it would be the Council member.

Kayla waited til both were outside the hall and making their way around the perimeter halls to the stairs.

"Sandra I know you have only been here in kawlii for maybe just over a month.." She was weighing her words, thinking on something. "You trust me correct? You know what I say and ask of you or anyone is for theirs, mine, and the academy's best intrest" she spoke softly with gentle tone when others were out of earshot,

Leading Sandra awaiting her reply.

''Farmers daughter huh... Alright.''

Surely that would mean she should keep everything she did very low key in front of them, especially with so many guards around. And certainly refrain from showing of any of her advanced combat fighting techniques, as that would cause too much suspicion. Isolde would have to mostly rely on her talents and knowledge for the time being. Maybe for a very long time.

The thing that brought a lot of her concern was the fact that precious spies had already been attempting this procedure, and was apparently caught quite easily.

They must have either been captured and figured out during their investigations, or at the time of their attempted escape.

But it made her wonder, weren't the students usually allowed to walk outside of the academy at times?

She had seen several people with uniforms, walking around on the streets and other places, so surely the academy must have already had many incidents of runaway students.

Perhaps a bunch of these people could have even managed to succesfully get away..

It truly couldn't be absolutely possitively impossible to pull off one good escape. Or would it be?

Could she?

''Alright mr. Samuel, i will take on this mission now and do my best. And i'll let you know any sort of intel i can collect as soon as possible....hopefully before i ever get caught. But wish me luck.

Oh and. If we ever were to talk again, it would best be in a place with a bit less bustling. People can have very sharp ears after all.''

And then she left.

Ahh, a real fighter. Guess I won't include those chumps in the triage.

"Alright stranger, hold still." Bryant sucked in his breath, centered himself, and laid his hands on the injured guy's chest, suffusing it with a warm orange glow. Tendrils of Hue glimmered through the patient's body like dappled sunlight underwater, faintly cocooning wounds and coiling around damaged tissue.

Okay, a few cracked ribs... bruising... sheesh, they really did a number on this guy. But hey, he'll make it.

"Ever been healed like this, pal? It can be a little freaky." Bryant poured more energy into the cables of Talent that had strung themselves around the bloke's trauma, pulled back his hand, and strummed the spindles of Hue flowing out of his fingertips, filling them with energy. Concentrating with practiced ease, Bryant coaxed a tingling ethereal purr out of the Hue that resonated down the ocher strings, knitting bone and soothing bruises.

Breaking the strings after he was finished with a quick shake of the hand and breathing roughly from the exertion, Bryant leaned his blindfolded face over his patient and cocked an eyebrow.

"Now, to whom do I owe the pleasure?"

Darts breathing became more steady and controlled, he took a few breaths before remarking,

"Your, really decent at that.. Like good decent.."

He looked over the orange talent.. his attire and his 'tie-fold' mimicking goggles.

"I'm dart, and the pleasure is mine friend" he rubbed his black eye a bit before offering his hand to shake.

"I don't care what you say mate but I owe you.. If I had to request time off to heal naturally I'd have been kicked out of blackguard and onto the street"

"Then you know why it's important you keep a level head and open mind when I ask you"

Kayla went past the stairs and headed toward the grey hall, students changing their voice and small features of their face.

Kayla stood at the door with Sandra,

"You like myself.. have a unique talent.. With white in our eyes and imbued with our senses you can see, hear and even smell colours that are being used" kaylas eyes held a fierce determination as she surveyed the students in the hall.

"You have a understanding of this correct?"

Students came and went from the red hall, but councillor Byrne never took his podium to explain finer details,

Just the red sub moving from flame manipulation to red hue storage and projection,

He went over techniques people use to shoot flames, and why storage is important to make sure your own hue and explosions were to do little damage to yourself.

"I have a log here" sub red spoke the obvious as he held a small chopped bit of wood, around forty five similar sized logs were piled behind him,

"I want you to burn your fingerprints into these logs, I know it seems like arts and crafts but it is a basic and fundamental part of controlling red hue"

"Excellent point addressed, you will be needing to control your red hue accordingly to prevent the log from lighting aflame, we have many so don't be discouraged if you need to get more than one log.. Try leaving hand prints burnt into it, then fingerprints if your having trouble maintaining the level needed to burn without incinerating."

"Okay..." She took one log. She placed her hand onto it and nothing happened. She kept trying with very little result. She concentrated to her fullest by ignoring outside sound and closing her eyes. She kept her hand on the log aand felt her hand sinking into it before stopping. "Did I do it right?"

Mr sub red walked over to inspect, a Burnt singe of a hand was visible.

"I'd say it's improvement, perhaps a bit more instruction,"

He placed his middle finger and pointer finger ontop the log, he drew in light and colour from the red banner draped by the windows of the hall and a fine smell of smoke appeared from his two fingers. When he removed his fingers his two fingerprints were perfectly singed into the wood, as if they were natural grooves apart of the tree when it was chopped down.

"Red hue is almost just like fire in its simplest explanation, helpful as a tool, devastating as a weapon.. And it can be just that or so much more, hue-skipper is a prime example, with yellow and green hue to make the boat, the tubes at the side and back use red hue is as a propulsion to fire the skipper across the water, of course this can be seen as reckless but it is a perfect example of maintaining control of your talent, balance if you will"

Red sub took a step back,

"Next time you eat try using red off your clothes to toast your bread just how you like it.. Same principle, maintaining control"
