It wasn't long before Daemon was forced to tap into his own shadow power to increase his speed in order to keep up with 'Astor', and he was certainly hard pressed to maintain that speed. Though eventually, they came to a halt, though he was unsure why, th forest was a little hot, with a sulfuric smell to it, and the fog was thick. But... So what? Once more, Daemon shrugged it off, his own resistance to the emotion of fear, and familiarity with shadows was the main reason as to why, though he was curious if 'Astor' brought him here for a reason, maybe a test?

"This is where I leave you the rest is up to you....but I do have one piece of advice....follow the wind" the puppet said before dispersing into the air and completely becoming one with the darkness


The wind blows into the forest but it does not once stop or change course as normal wind does it kept to the same path in the same way a clear path was cut threw the fog where the wind blew but it was also toward the smell of of heat and sulfur and as you walk the smells get stronger and the unearthly growls louder

A huge beast runs at you lava dripping from it's maw and huge bite marks on its body is it draws closer it sees you and begins circling you lava drips from its wounds and it is missing an eye

Gil watched from afar the odd conflicts of his own team. Just when he thought his team was relatively normal, half of it turn out to need some Grade A emotional therapy. Maybe he'll make that the training of Riku and the Twins to get over themselves. Gil decided it was time to begin the training. He strode up to the group and said "Now if you're all done with your emotional dramas, it's time to begin training Kalin and Telia I want you guys to go over there. Esoteric Elements come from taping into mystical force or energy and applying it's properties to your elements. So over there meditate or do whatever to get in touch with your mystical force or energy." Gil then turned to Camilia "You'll be working on a new way to use your illusion power, so warm up right now with your illusion power."


Gil then adressed Riku and the twins "You three follow me." Gil lead the trio a kilometer away. "So it appears you guys have emotional problems that must be settled. Riku you must face your past and move on and cut this whole Black Cat crap. The only way for you to do that is to use your Black Cat powers consecutively on yourself since you concern yourself with the pain your powers cause others you should get over it by doing it to yourself to gain understanding and get over it. Twins, you two have to loose this troubled aura about you. I know this concerns your family and your early life but you have to move on from this if you wish to move on as a knight. You guys radiate aura of the same type of foes we knights eradicate. You seem to have closed yourselves off from any positive emotions and now you must let them back in."

Kalin woke Riku up as Gil gave them instructions, and with a hug, an encouraging shake, and a playful tug of her ears, he made his way over to his designated training area, alongside Telia. "So, how have you and Ddraiga been getting along?" he asked, smiling at the girl.

Arthur approached the stage as Tsumi had beckoned to the group. "So what are we going to do now?"

Tsumi smiled. "I just wanted to ask you all a few questions before we got started. Well, names first. I'm Tsumi, known by legend as the Thousand-Man Killer, or The Sterling Knight...And other names that I'd rather forget.

Sebastian and Saphira opened their ember eyes and lowered themselves from their stony perch. The gems on them had long gone dim and their permanent scowls had soon returned. Upon being lead away by Gil, and what they were told, "Positive emotions don't allow the energy of anger and hatred which is all that is ever shown. The motivation of anger far surpasses that of any positive emotion." Sebastian yawned as he finished up and Saphira kept quiet as usual, playing and adjusting with her armor.

"That is only is your case. Rage is your driving force and that will only drive you further down this path of darkness of yours. I can't allow you to proceed deeper down this path, you must channel different emotion. There is one emotion between you two which is a positive emotion and you don't realize it. Friendship, love, or at least mutual understanding a sibling bond. If you two hated each other you'd be dead by now. That bond between you will be the key to recovering your positive emotions and channeling a power greater than your hatred." Gil replied. He spoks the truth even if the twins didn't realize it.

Daemon almost felt like yawning at the huge beast, from experience, he often found that the larger opponents were the easier ones. It was the smaller things that had to be watched. Charging forward, meeting the beast, Daemon went ethereal just as it neared, practically walking through it's paws, before re-entering a physical state, and slashing its legs, and re-entering intangibility. Those slices will have sent poison into the beasts bloodstream... If it had one. Not that it mattered, he could rinse and repeat, the creatures huge limbs meant he could see an attack miles before it happened. So it was easier to know exactly when to become incorporeal. Had this been a small girl with daggers who could hit etremely fast, he might have been worried.

"We came together because we have to. We compliment eachother in fighting and possibly have even more abilities that we have not discovered yet. Our rage together is a force unstoppable by any means, even our earth manipulation drives from this. Even our shards correspond to it. Positive emotion is not in our nature, only when our drive is greater do we help people, like Riku here" Sebastian pointed "Through darkness I walked and through words I help snapped her out of depravity and flung her into the friend she trusts most. We run on hatred and changing that will weaken us, Sir." Even if the path taken by the siblings was truly wrong, Sebastian, too had truth behind his words.

The hell hound spun with blinding speed slamming it's huge paw into you and throwing you into the air Lava leaked from the slash wounds as sap from a tree it seemed the more hurt it was the stronger it got


Astor smiled at his new warriors earnestness for battle but he would soon learn these beast were far more than they appeared and when the wolves came for him that phase threw trick wouldn't work Astor had no fear that this one would fit in

"True letting in positive emotions will weaken you for a while. You'll seemingly lose your purpose in life, essentially your current selves will die but the rebirth would be worth the end result. Your power right now is limited to your rage and just the rage of you two. Becoming positive recgonize recognize or not will allow your power to be more inclusive you'll forge more bonds from which you can draw strength and no that's not reliance but mutual trust. And no matter how you label it you have a mutual trust between you two. That is all I can offer you, if you can't find your positive emotions than as a knight you can't go forth." Gil said, those were his last words to the twins.


Gil then went to go observe Kalin and Telia.

Sebastian and Saphira sighed and took a seat on either side of Riku, Sebastian sat in front of her and Saphira in the back. Both of them had their eyes closed and simply seemed to wait for Riku to proceed with her training. No words came, no anger, no fussing just silence.

Camilla tilted her head slightly, puzzled exactly what she should do as her illusion powers were only useful with eye to eye contact but she didn't disobey as she got to work,"Alright." She said walking away towards a place where she could work alone. In doing so, she took a deep breath and exhaled,"Okay, so think up a beneficial way for my powers... How?" Camilla thought not sure where to start and pondered on what use it could do. Maybe she could expand her illusion powers to more than just staring at someone in the eye?


The idea was possible but complex for Camilla to act upon. Honestly, it was harder than she had thought it would be. With her eyes closed, she meditated on different tactics she could do, grasping on many ideas only for them to backfire in the end. Letting out a heavy sigh, she was at a dead end,"Extend past my limits... Extend..." Deep in thoughts, she ignored everything else around her as she was thrown into a world of calculations.

Sebastian eventually got bored and got up wandering over to where Camilla was, although she seemed in concentration Sebastian couldn't waver the undying curiosity he had of the girl. In the most silent way he took a seet, about 3 meters from where she was sitting and simply waited to see when she wasn't in concentration anymore

The whole scene just minutes before had passed and Telia felt pity for all of her teammates except Kalin and Camilla, because they weren't as emotional and she didn't know much of their past. The twins and the neko obviously had a hard childhood life, due to the twins living by hatred and neko girl losing control for a bit. A lot of the students here had issues.... Telia headed off to training after Gil had given the instructions and Kalin asked her a question. "We got along well! Making friends is the best thing to do! It's also very wise to do so because if trouble comes, friends have your back to become a foundation for you!" Telia grinned and sat down and took a breath. She needed to get in touch with her mystical force/energy to help improve her skills and such. Just like that one time when Rex did it.

"I'm Rex! I don't have a title yet, but when I succeed to become someone great, I'll have one soon!" Rex still had her chopstick hanging out from her mouth as always, it was a unbreakable habit, and it helped her calm herself down from anxiety and other emotions. But she was smiling. "I'm not sure how I got my name though...Hm... Probably because of my razor sharp teeth, but I don't know... It sounds pretty manly, but it sounds tough too!"

Gil then remembered he was supposed to be helping Camilia. Gil made his way over to her and said "So I know your illusions work from eye to eye. But what I want you to learn how to do is turn your illusion powers inward to distort your own presence sort of make yourself an illusion. It's a technique good for confusing your opponent then blitzing them."

Jorian relaxed a little and looked back at the group. The darkness was almost gone as he seem to be leaving to somewhere else. Jorian looked at his arm and then to Esstella and hugged her as thanks because he didn't want to use his staff to talk. He got serious and drew four arrows on the ground one pointing to each direction. Wondering which way they should check next.

She was about to slam her fist into Kalin because he got so close to her chest, but when her little flame friend came out, all her negativity disappeared and the cuteness of the little orb raised her happiness by 100%. The same smile was planted on her face as always, and if you smile too long it hurts, but for some reason, her cheeks weren't hurting, even though she smiled throughout the ENTIRE day. @Kalin Scarlet

"Ddraiga is adorable, isn't she?"He said, petting the orb gently. In response, it seemed to glow gently, as if to show a positive reaction. It then bounced towards Telia

The attack caught Daemon by surprise, and he was more in shock than injured. The fact that it had moved so quickly after being so slow was vastly confusing, not that it changed anything. It would fall, Daemon now capitalized on the beasts size by keeping to its side, using all concentration to combine speed, and intangibility when necessary, whilst he got small cuts in every opening he got , but largely stayed on the defensive as to avoid another strike that could be fatal.

Everything was a mess, she couldn't find a single thing that could mix well with her powers, not even her other powers seemed to go well with it. Feeling a presence nearby, Camilla snapped out of her concentration to stare straight into blazing eyes as she gasped while falling onto her butt a few inches back, her emerald-blue eyes dilated from the surprise. Regaining her composure, she quickly sat up and noticed that it was the red-haired boy from earlier with his sister, Sebastian was his name,"Oh, Hello Sebastian." Giving him a smile, she didn't know how long he had been sitting there but she knew it couldn't be that long as Gil came over to them explaining what Camilla had to do.


"Oh? So like... making myself a ghost-like form?" Camilla asked still confused how she could be able to master that. She had no confidence whatsoever in her illusion powers. It was only a bother to use it due to the side effects it would bring her.

"I am Arthur Brightblade, I am the younger brother of Gil Brightblade of the Hundred Blades. I strive to become a reknown knight, I have had four years pre training under Gil. He decided to pre train me because I started exhibiting the one of the family's special traits." Arthur said to Tsumi.
