"Yup! And yup, we have met before!" Telia smiled innocently and rubbed her arm. "But, I didn't get your name....." She said, her fingers tapping onto her arm. Her gaze switched to the twins and she smiled a bit. It was good that they stopped fighting, because sometimes if a fight goes too far, it could ruin your relationship you have with each other. Then the neko went to talk to the twins. Telia was amazed, that was a lot of courage for her, because it looked as if the neko would be a shy one. @Kalin Scarlet @TheHappyPikachu @zeroknight

Sebastian crossed his armored arms along his chest and Saphira stayed silent. "Listen, friends don't exist in this world, none. They are words given by a person who you assume you trust until they stab you in the back. Me and my sister never had friends and do we probably never will accept an offer. Even if we are comrades on the same team, it means I have to save your skin, not like doing so. But if you are stuck on this, perhaps in me and mind my sister's free time, we may speak further in this." Sebastian's fierce eyes never left the girl and he seemed so serious, but the words could only add to Riku's thoughts of them wearing a mask.

Riku looked down her eyesight cast to the ground "you must be lucky..." she said almost in some crazed laugh "to be able to deny a friend request" the laugh disappeared and she looked back up at the two redheads as she did so it only confirmed to her that they had mask's on their faces their eyes were cold as they said those words as if it was not them who were saying them, she put on a fake smile and looked up at them she knew they could tell it was fake the fact that she had tears in her eye's didn't help either "you know what?, I would've been happy if even one person had ever approached me before i came here...you think you know what backstabbing is?" her eye's turned cold "how about the feeling of never being accepted, I didn't have a twin, I didn't even have a family from what I can remember" she felt the stinging sensation in her eye's returning...but then she thought of Kalin and what he had said, a real true and honest smile appeared on her face "true friends may not exist in this world, but at least you can stay with someone...rather..than being left alone,to die" she said all this with that smile on her face staring right at the two of them. The stinging in her eyes grew weaker but did not totally disappear, the twins facial expressions showed to her that they could tell she had spoken only of the truth. @zeroknight @Kalin Scarlet @yumiyukifan1

Telia ran to the neko and gave her a hug. The neko seemed as if she was about to break into tears, because of the look in her eyes. She looked as if she needed some comforting, so Telia went ahead and gave it. "True friends do exist in this world." She spoke to the twins. "You just have to know who they are to find out." Riku stared up at Telia shocked about her hugging her so suddenly but ended up embracing it before breaking down into tears "thank you" she replied, the stinging continued to dim but still would not go, her ears and tail leaning in towards Telia's body "you two might want to take off those mask's one day... but until then I'm going to keep trying to make you friends with me" she took a deep breath "no matter what!" her words said through her sobs obviously had some affect on the twins as for first time since she'd seen them, even if it was just a little they looked surprised. @yumiyukifan1 @zeroknight @Kalin Scarlet

Kalin patted Riku on the head."That's the spirit! Never give up! That's definitely the way to be!" he said with a smile.

The twins gripped their fists, the gems around their necks glowed and flickered like a heartbeat again. The ground moved beneath them, offering off vibrations as the gems began to glow brighter "You think you know us?! Us?! You have no right to say we are lucky! Our parents, the family you envied, threw us in a pit with a lion! The society we grew with called us demons! And you have the courage to call us lucky?!" Sebastian's voice cracked from the strain, but the immense shaking of the earth didn't give much time for a comedic break. Saphira's own eyes had an inner fire burning in them, and she spoke up with her brother "You had no family to hit you! To hate you! But we're gonna show you our pain, the pain we hide away behind anger and hatred!" Tears welled in both of the twins' eyes as their gems looked as if they ignited with their burning hate. Sadly, in their heads, they had no use to resist, the anger the rage built up that showed on their faces. The anger that covered up the care they could offer. Both twins stamped their feet into the ground, shattering the earth beneath them, fueled purely on raw emotion, a pillar rose between the two and the both rested a hand on it. Steam began to come from the earth between their hands, glowing brighter from heat, the twins were stricken with a face of concentration as that pillar was slowly shifted towards the neko and Telia, spikes breaking the surface of the rough pillar that glowed orange from heat.

(I hate playing angst like characters but they always show the best character development. For better or worse. Sorry guys... I'm also in class so my replies will be slower)

Riku laughed even more insanely "fear? you say, how can I fear I have nothing left to fear, losing my life? as I said this world would be better off without people like me, you on the other hand have each other, are you really one to say you provoke fear when you have something left to loose?" you could now see the strain on Riku's body the tears, laughter and the pain was overwhelming everyone even the twins in their raged state could see it. A small voice emerged from the darkness "Stop this!..I don't..want to, fight anymore...why did i say those things?...why is this happening?" it was Riku, the real one "Shut Up!" she held her hands over her ears the shadows grow stronger but were no longer targeting the twins, instead they went for Riku...the moment they hit her everyone in the area could see it... all of Riku's pain her memory's of being beaten up, thrown away, left alone and the utter blankness of where she cannot remember, the feeling of not knowing who you where and the emptiness of being... all alone. but most of all the could see the pain of knowing you were born of hatred, for the one and only reason of bringing pain to others. Everyone stopped, even the twins their rage calmed at the sight of her suffering but moments later they realised the full extent of what they had done. @zeroknight @Kalin Scarlet @yumiyukifan1

Daemon dragged his feet impatiently before he stood before the great doors of the academy, weren't they expecting him? Was he late? Oh crap, he was late. daemon shuffled nervously before the door, he didn't exactly have to wait... He could just phase through it, but that would be rude, and likely make a poor impression... Unless they were expecting that, the teachers would have a full run down of his powers right? Maybe he was over thinking this... Or, maybe the damn shouting he could hear from within the academy was just bugging him... Stepping forward, Daemon simply attempted to open the door... Or, did in fact open the door. "Great job genius, shoulda done that first." He muttered to himself. Though what to do now was beyond him... Did he, explore? Find whoever is in charge? Go straight to the combat, since it was a fighting school apparently. Daemon simply remained statue-like in the hall, trying to will something, anything into existence that would tell him what to do. He wasn't incredibly independent, growing up with assassins often equated to being told what to do all the time, which was similar to an academy. Which begged the question... Where was the person who is supposed to explain things?

As he spoke, flames surrounded him, an odd crimson in color. He approached the darkness, clenching his hand into a fist. With a primal scream, similar to the roar of a dragon, Kalin slammed his fist into the darkness, as the flames he manifested surrounded his hand, causing the void to part to a crimson light.

"K..Kalin?" Riku's voice was weak and strained, the void of darkness surrounding her parted as he pulled against it "Kalin please...help me, I don't.... Know what to do" her voice grew weaker as more and more tears fell down her face, she heard him yelling but it seemed so distant and far away, what was going on? All she could feel was pain the memories of her past flooding her mind. Kalin had said he would be her friend...but all she will bring him is suffering "just leave me" she whimpered "if you save me even though...you have offered me friendship, all i can return is pain..." Her shard glowed bright in the darkness as if it was telling her not to give up and carry on but a light cannot hold out forever... @Kalin Scarlet @zeroknight

The earth around the twins solidified as the began to walk, immensely angry yet calm at the same time, their gems glowed even more as they approached Riku in the darkness and looked down upon the wimpering cat girl and growled, reaching out and pulling her up to his height. Deep ember orbs met hers "Forsake the future, break your dreams, all whilst covered in fear. Elude what they have given you, and fight reality! That is what you do cat! That is what you do! What you are and what you can be are two different things!" With that said, Sebastian flung the girl at Kalin with the force of a speeding car "Take care of her.." Saphira said over the commotion, the twins stood side by side staring at the neko and kalin. In the fading darkness, their gems glowed along with fiery eyes, giving them the apparel of demons coming from hell.

Eye's still glowing Riku was thrown into Kalins arms "that...may be true...but I can never, escape who I am...I do not hold fear...just.. regret" she called weakly after the twins giving a smile towards them "you know...I'm happy, that I could loosen your mask's even if just a bit..after all, I really want you guys to be my friends...I'm not going to be alone... anymore" her voice weak and frail but the words held much power as they were heard through all ears. She slumped into Kalin, her breaths slow and brief she was obviously in a lot of pain she looked up at Kalin with hope in her eye's the same colour as that of blood "do you think I got through to them?" She smiled at him innocently. @Kalin Scarlet @zeroknight

Sebastian and Saphira sat down cross legged, looking at eachother and their earth pillars rose from under them and there they sat, eyes closed and meditating, focusing on their earth. Each column rose and fell with their breathes and the gem shards slowly dimmed and faded back to their dull red color. The storm had calmed, it was apparent these twins needed swine to loom for in their lives, just who would be strong enough to break the mask of rage clamped onto them.

Kalin nodded, hugging the young girl close. "Yeah, I think you did...good job, Riku."


as he spoke, his flames grew gentler, as they washed over her, restoring her , and causing her pain to subside.

Deciding he had little choice he decided to check the forest, he could speed up and hopefully find the others if he was lucky, why were they in the forest anyway? Practicing? It had to be that. Seeing no reason to stick around and die of boredom Daemon left the building and walked towards, and through the forest. Who knows how long they'd be there for?

The forest was dimly lit and the trees crowded together yet seemed to make a path you could hear unearthly growls coming from within the forest but they sound distant


You feel a tap on your shoulder only to turn around and see a figure made of shadows it motions for you to follow it as it speaks "I am Astor and you are one of the newest members of my group I will take you to them it is your job to convince them to trust you but be warned there are many Dangers in this forest and I will protect you from none of them

Daemon smiled brightly beneath his mask at the shadow figure, since that's how he looked when Incorporeal, but it was probably a coincidence. Regardless, he was happy to not have to search, he was familiar with such magic so wasn't concerned. And the woods seemed anything but frightening, though that's how you see danger as an assassin raised ninja-warrior. maybe an exaggeration. Furthermore was the group, Daemon was relatively confident they would love him. Since... Well, he had no lovable traits, but he could certainly dream at least, and still believed they'd like him. Even if they had no reason too.

Esstella used her wind to heal Jorian burnt arm the smell of burning flesh and pain were carried away on the breeze as the winds wrapped around his arm destroying any trace of what was once there and she sighed she could heal others but not her own battered and scared body

Astor shadow puppet walked into the forest making no sound as it moved quickly and silently it started out as a walk at first and gradually evolved into a speed race he wanted to see what he had to work with and how this new student would fit into the group who had yet to truly meet two other members besides this one it was not long before you reach the darkest part of the forest a thick fog hangs over it and the unearthly growl rings in your ears and the smell of sulfur invades your nostrils the forest smells hot almost burning and yet there was no fire everything around looked long dead
