Akira forced herself up and brushed her teeth as she washed out her mouth. She walked back into the living room and laid down silently. She wasn't going to force him to explain but part of her wished he would.

Mimi sure wasn't a happy wolf when she heard about his feelings to Akira the following day at school by their lockers. She looked angry like she would cry and punch him all at the same time.


Zachary sighs and looks down, he never really liked hurting people but he knew that he would have to tell her his feelings about her one day or another.

Akira sat her books down and pulled Mimi away from him. She turned her around and sighed softly. "I'm not trying to intentionally hurt you but you can't force someone to be with you if they don't want to," she said sincerely as she looked at her with apologetic eyes.

Mimi looks at her with outrage. "This isn't fair!" She cries and shoves Akira out of the way. "We had everything planned out Zacchy, I wanted us to have a romantic honeymoon, great wedding and maybe have baby wolf cubs together!" She suggests to him.

Akira stumbled back, her back and head hitting the lockers hard. She dropped down and held her head tightly as she cried out in pain. Not one for violence, she looked up at Mimi, forcing herself not to let the pain make her cry.

Akira held onto him and her head as she walked with him without a word. In the nurse's office she hesitated before finally telling her what had happened, wincing each time she touched the wound.

Zachary held onto her hand. Throughout the day he stayed close to her. At the end of the day he smiles weakly at her. "Wanna stay over at my house tonight?" He asks, softly.

Akira smiled and nodded happily as she wrapped an arm around him gently. She happily leaned up and kissed him gently before sinking back to her normal height and walking with him. According to the nurse she would be fine other than a bruise. She was glad though that it was covered with her hair but knew shed have to be careful brushing.

Zachary smiles and gave her a piece of paper with directions to the den on it. "Meet me there when you're ready" He says softly, nuzzling her with his nose, kissing her and then wandering off.

She nodded and kissed him back before heading to the store. It didn't take her long to buy a couple snacks before following the directions to his den. She heaitated briefly before walking in and looking around for him.

He was currently having an argument with Mimi as he noticed she had rearranged all of his things in a way he did not appreciate. He currently had his forehead pressed against hers as she did the sane, glaring with a light growl as he snapped his teeth at her, stamping his paw in irritation.

Akira frowned slightly and watched them carefully. "Zach?" She said softly as she walked over to him and gently ran her hand across his fur. "What's wrong?" She asked slftlg as she knelt down beside him and kissed his nose.

Zachary watches as Mimi began to walk away. He turns back to his items which has been organised in a way he didn't approve of.

Akira backed up a bit and watched Mimi leave. "What's wrong?" She asked him again as she watched him with concern.

Zachary changes into his human form and shook his head. "It's nothing, really" He says softly and began to reorganise his things again,

Akira hesitated before deciding to press the issue. "It can't be nothing... I've never seen you that mad," she said quietly as she began moving things just to keep herself busy. "Please tell me..." She said as she finally looked at him a bit nervously.

Zachary shook his head. "I wasn't mad.... We were just playing. I'm always happy" He murmured and then places the stuff inside of his head, again where they were supposed to be.

Akira sighed and took his hand as she shook her head. She made him face her and gently placed a hand on his cheek. "Please don't lie to me," she said softly as she looked up at him. "Even I could tell that wasn't playing."

Zachary swiftly changed the subject and smiles. "What do you want to eat? I have some meat, if you want it" He suggests to her.

Akira dropped her hand and stared at him with a bit of hurt in her eyes. "I can come back a different time..." She suggested quietly as she slowly began to head out, her head down as she watched the ground, secretly hoping he would stop her.

Zachary shook his head. "Uh, no. You can stay, we sorta planned it didn't we? You're not just gonna leave like that?" He asks.

"Of course I don't want to leave Zach but why won't you answer my question? What could be so bad that you can't tell me?" She asked as she turned around and looked at him before suddenly realizing. "Your things aren't where you want them," she said softly and sighed in relief. She walked over to him and kissed him gently, nuzzling her nose with his. Without a word, she began putting things that she could remember back in their place.

Zachary quickly pulls her hand away. "No, I want to do it" He says calmly, not wanting her to mess up like Mimi did. He puts everything in order and then drags out a piece of meat he had found and made a DIY grill out of sticks, where he heated and cooked the meat over a small fire.

Akira opened her mouth to protest but closed it again. She rolled her eyes and walked out, sitting outside quietly as she looked around. She wrapped her arms around herself, her headache coming back as she sighed.
