The Secret

Akira looked down and blushes lightly as she pulled her hand away. "Sorry..." She whispered softly as she looked away, turning Crimson with embarrassment.

Zachary nods lightly and stood up, reaching out to help her up to but instead of giving her a hand he whipped her up off her feet, bridal style and took them both back.

Akira took his hand and let out a slight yelp as she looked at him with a small smile. She wrapped an arm around his neck as she held onto him and hesitantly laid her head against his shoulder as she closed her ehes.

Zachary set her down lightly once they got there and headed inside and towards the game room. No one seemed to have noticed that they had even left

Akira turned and headed to her dorm and changed into a black and purple bikini before grabbing a towel and heading to the pool cabin. Once there, she put her towel in a chair before taking her brace off and careful easing herself into the water with her good hand.

Zachary decided to join her and splashed into his fluffy wolf form and cutely doggy paddled towards her, he wasn't the greatest swimmer and struggled, sinking lightly as he gave a soft whine. It was only the two of them.

She couldn't help but giggle a bit and helped him over to the shallowest end. "It takes a lot of power," she said softly and she put her hands on his belly and slowly helped him learn to swim better.

He paddled frantically worried of sinking as he does this even in the shallowest end, he clung to her gently and makes cute noises.

Akira finally stopped but kept her hands underneath him. "Hey...relax. Just relax and paddle okay. I'm joy gonna let you sink," she said soothingly as she instinxtively leaned over and kissed his head.

Zachary did so and then soon was able to paddle by himself without struggling, his tail wagged lightly and he made soft noises of appreciation to himself excitedly.

Akira smiled softly and helped him to the deep end before looking at him. "I'm gonna let go now okay?" She said softly as she began moving her hands from underneath him with a small smile.

Zachary watches nervously, he started to panic a little and sunk but he then managed to keep a good balance and stopped sinking. He looks to her with his tail wagging lightly.

"See all it takes is practice," she said with a smile as she moved away from him gently. She giggled softly as she swam around him, eventually moving to him and kissing his nose with a smile. She finally moved to the edge and hoisted herself up, turning so she was facing him and sitting down with her feet in the water, a wide smile still on her face.

Zachary follows her and places his paws on the side of the pool, trying to hoist himself up beside her but struggles lightly. He makes soft noises at her as if he wanted help. He was currently in a position with one leg over as he struggles to pull the rest of his body up and out of the pool.

Akira smiled softly and carefully helped him up as she laughed a bit. To anyone else it would look like a strange sight to see but to her, she enjoyed it. She had a friend, pet, and companion all in one. And now that she thought about it, he wasn't that bad looking either. She blushed lightly at the thought but quickly shook it off as she leaned back on her elbows.

Zachary would spend a lot more time with Akira throughout the days of the camp but when it was ended he had to admit he was quite sad because he knew he probably wouldn't see her again. He gave her his phone number even so and the house he lived at. He also gave her his Skype name and other social media details, if she ever wanted to talk again.

(I was thinking of having the coincidence of the two going to the same school?)

Akira sadly gave him the same information though she was reluctant only because she knew the chances of ever seeing him again was slim at best. She leaned up and hugged him tightly as she closed her eyes, silently remembering his scent. Hearing her name, she automaticay knew it was her mother but she didn't care at that point. She kept her grip on him, possibly even tightening it a bit in childish hopes that maybe they could stay longer.

( O.o I love it)

Zachary smiles and then let's go of her, waving goodbye lightly. He knew that the new school year was starting up and he had a lot of things to prepare for. **** When the new school year started up he began to walk through the halls, staring at his timetable quietly as he began to head to his first class which was Science. He wanders inside and took a seat.

(Me too! Let's do it! xD )

Akira finally forced herself to leave, no matter how much it hurt. When school started, she quietly walked through the halls with her head down. She was still upset about leaving but she had gotten through it. She walked into her science class and took a seat in the back, knowing the kinds of people in her class as they were every year.

Zachary was flicking through his science textbook when he smelt a familiar scent. He shook his head, it was impossible. That girl from the camp went to a different school didn't she? He looks up from his textbook and she's her there.

Akira sighed when the bell rang and opened her notebook to a drawing of his wolf form she had done over the summer. She pulled out a piece of paper and silently began taking notes, allowing her memory to go back to the summer.

Zachary stood up once the bell rang for the dismissal of class and stood beside her desk. "I didn't know you came to this school" He says quietly with a light blush as he watches her. He glances at the picture of a little wolf, which looked similar to him. "That drawing is pretty accurate" He comments.

Akira jumped at the voice and looked up, her eyes wide with shock as she quickly closed her notebook. "I-um-thanks," she said as she stood up and blushed a shade of Crimson. "I didn't know you went here..." She said softly as she looked at him, unable to comprehend that he was there.

Zachary smiles lightly and shrugs gently as he hugs some books to his chest. "It's great to see you again, maybe we'll talk more after school?" He suggests and began to walk to his next lesson. It wasn't that he didn't want to talk, he just didn't want to be late for his next lesson. By the end of the day, he fumbles through his locker and locked it, waiting for Akira.

Akira nodded slightly and silently walked to her next class. At the end of the day, she silently went to her locker, put her books up and locked it before looking around and heading to Zachary's locker. Upon seeing him, she tried her best to hold herself together and hugged him tightly as she closed her eyes.
