Sepentireon would continue trying to scorch Ceralder until he flew out of his range. Surprised at the skeletons frailty, he laughed as he saw him fly past the bookshelves near the exit... But he would not let him escape so easily.

Ari stroked his small beard. He knew about who was after Katherine. The family killers jumped out at him. They really were heartless, but did have things that spoke to them. "I know all about who's after her. I was hired by them as an assassin a couple of times. It's possible to buy off the hit. In the black market, money talks."

Righting himself in midair, Ceralder landed in a three point landing. He got up, and began to create a large fireball

Katherine felt eyes on her halfway through the forest, her eyes glowed yellow as she sniffed the air. She couldn't snell anything, meaning whoever was following her was cloaking their scent. She turned slowly in a 360 as men started to step out behind the trees around her. Pulling out her sword slowly. The men raised there crossbows, she could smell the wolfsbane now, coming off their silver weapons. Others held swords. No Originals. You could tell by the way they dressed, stood. They sometimes dressed in casual or formal attire most times. They generally sat back in a castle off the land on a very small island, only consisting of the dark castle. Nobody dared approach it.


Katherine stood poised and ready, surrounded by at least 20 men. Katherine jumped into the air as she heard the click of a crossbow fire from behind her, landing in the branch of a tree, others had fired as well, some had fired into others, catching the hunters off gaurd. She jumped off the tree, landing unto one mans back and breaking his neck. The hunters sprung into action, she felt the cold slice of a silver blade cut into her shoulder, she elbowed the hunter before spinning around sharply and tossing him up into a branch, impaileing him into a tree branch.


By the time Katherine was finished slaughtering them, the scene was a mess, men lay impailed in the trees, even on the ground, snapped necks, hanging bodies, torn limbs. It was brutal.


Katherine quickly left the scene, she went further east until she found a decaying cabin, old dark but still had shelter, she gathered some wood, made a fire in the fireplace of the cabin. And tended to her wounds enflicted by the hunters.

Ari took the coins and pulled out his own massive bag of coins. "Alright then. We buy off the hit, then we go to Toron to end this. Let's go Arabelle. Kids, when we arrive, you are not to show yourselves."
