Realistic or Modern The Price of Freedom

((Switching to third person because im just better at writing in third person))

Baby Doll stood, waiting patiently with the guard gripping her body arm. As they started loading the bus they pushed her forward, causing Baby Doll to stumble forward. She peered off the the side, watching at the other guard beat and abused the prisoners. Really, they should be the ones in prison. Baby Doll moved forward again until she was right near the bus entrance. The half Asian girl then felt hot breath against her neck. "Be god or else you'll end up like them too." He growled slightly, starting the frisk the girl. She felt her up and down, checking for weapons and such. When he was done her pushed her to the bus door. Baby Doll peered back, looking at the man in disbelief.

"Onto the bu now prisoner!" her guard shouted. She wince slightly, curling slightly at the words. She looked back at the bus, slowly making her way up the stairs and down the bus aisle. She slowly sunk down into a seat, curling up by the window. Once again the small girl was nothing without her fire. And now she was scared.

"This little light of mine... I-Im going to let it shine... This little light of mine." Baby Doll sang under her breath, imagining a large flame in her mind as she peered out the window, watching other prisoners be beat and treated like animals.

(Waiting on phantom)

(You can write in whatever person you want I'm not picky I'm just glad y'all liked my idea lol)

(Preferably someone who can see the whole page I'm having trouble keepin track I jist know they're at the bus.)

(And that's alright Phantom life takes precidents)

(Where's our good friend dark? Cupid should so be in on this lol)

He heard the guards open the door at the other end of the block and quickly grabbed the needles and scotch tape, taping the needles out of sight underneath his left arm right above the armpit. He pulled off the sheet and smiled as he, to his surprise was greeted by the only female guard in the prison. He held out his hands for her to shackle them after brushing his hair back and jokingly says "Can't you at least buy me dinner before chaining me up?" As she bends down to shackle his legs and connect the chains. She leads him out and onto the front of the bus, giving her a quick wink as he sits down.

Cupid grinned as she was shoved onto the bus. As she was shoved onto a seat, the guard she was supposed to get rid of standing next to her, she looked around to make sure everyone was on board. The first thing she noticed was a girl surrounded by guards and in a straight jacket similar to hers. Hm, she'd have to chat with her later, looked interesting. But no time now, she needed a plan to figure out how to get a syringe from Phantom in time to get rid of this guard when the bus starts moving. Thinking through some ideas, she decided that she could cause a distraction, pretend to have a fit and 'fall' towards Phantom; he could slip her a syringe then, or if she couldn't get it in time, just stab him himself. Turning, she checked to see where Phantom was and relaxed when she saw he was right across from her.

He nodded to her and smiled as he scratched his shoulder and under arm slipping the syringe into his hand before making small talk with the guard, he leant down to pretend to scratch his ankle quickly rolling the syringe to Cupid. he leant back in his seat and smiled at the guard when he didn't notice. He sighed and looked around the outside waiting for the bus to get moving.

I was one of the last to get on to the bus. They searched me. Found nothing then pushed me onto the bus literally. I fell onto the stairs and growled then got up and head butted the mother fucker who'd pushed me. "Were you not told don't hit a woman? I mean Damn you do gooders are dumb." I'd said then got on to the bus leaving the guard with a bloody nose. "Bitch.." I commented as he walked off holding his head up. I wouldn't be able to reach phantom for a syringe but what I could do was knock him out myself.. that only left the driver.. wait three hours then hit em.. by the time they wake they'll think us long gone.

Baby Doll continued to stare out the window, watching the boy with the iron mask.

"Heh... Funny." She whispered to herself. She then noticed Phantom and Cupid on the bus. Cupid in the seat in front on her, and Phantom at a angle from her. She knew they were in on the plan that involved Shade. The girl felt like she was the only one who didnt know what was going on. Baby Doll shifted in her seat leaning forward so she could see everything that happened as well as listen in the conversation. She of course wouldnt really contribute to the convo due to not talking much but she wanted to listen still.

Cupid pulled the syringe over with her foot, hiding it in between her feet. Hopefully, no one would notice it since she couldn't pick it up with her straight jacket on. She was shifting occasionally under the facade of being restless and with every move she loosened her jacket slowly but at this rate she wouldn't get it off until right before the attack. To take it off faster, she would have to squirm a lot more and that would draw attention to her very quickly. Looking around, she got bored of the silence and suddenly belted out: "Ninty nine bottles of blood on the wall, ninty nine bottles of blooood. Take one down, pass it around, drinkety drink till the blood goes dooown. Everybody!" she cheered, trying to persuade everyone to sing along with her.

I was roughly dragged on the bus and slammed in my seat. The gaurd smiled at me then got off the bus i looked around and saw most of the others on the bus. I sighed knowing these guys would be my lifeline and i trusted them. "My fucking ass" i said trying to move to a comfortable spot in my seat. I decided to lay down on the seat and take a small nap before the bus ride. Hopefull i can sleep through the boring part.

I laughed and sang along with Cupid. I'd heard this version a long time ago when I came across an assassin's bar. Literally a secret bar where assassins compare and trade targets to get the best profit. The guards weren't to happy with us all but who really gave a shit? Not any of us. "Ooh I got a good one Cupid.. wheels on the bus run over the guards over the guards the wheels on the bus run over the guards all the live long day." I loved my friends and was sure I'd make new new ones with the three convicts I hadn't talked to much.

He let out a hearty laugh and looked to cupid "Kick the wall watch it fall what a waist of blood!" as he turned his head around and sat against the bus wall, planning to take out the first guard within the next hour when they were distracted. One sat in the front while the other paced back and forth so he knew it was best to attack when their closest to kill two birds with one stone...All he needed now was for someone to get the chains off.

The prison officers checked to make sure the last current inmate was on before waving to Rialla's guards. The quartet of guards guided the svelte girl onto the bus before pushing her into the only isolation cell and began securing her. It didn't take them long to realise that she was too short to secure seated, so instead they began chaining her to the metal bars still standing.

As they finished up the process one of the guards from the prison moved close, inspecting her and ignoring her original set of guards' warnings to keep his distance. As he leaned in too close Rialla swung her head forward and plowed her forehead into the guards throat, causing him to buckle over her side for a few seconds before he back off, kicking her angrily in the gut before departing.

Now with everyone on the bus who needed to be there, and the guards who would be going with them boarded, with a plus one sitting directly across from Rialla for safeties sake, it seemed they were about ready to get going.

And they didn't even notice her sleight of hand. Slowly she made sure that she had a decent plan for her escape, given it was an opportune moment for more than just her to escape.

(A.N.¬ The guard across from Rialla is her's to deal with when the time comes.)

Baby Doll scooted over so she was sitting on the edge of the feet, her chained feet in the aisle. She was pigeon toed and her feet turned inward. She smiled gently as the group sang. The small girl started clapping along to the beat, giving out a small giggle here and there. This all seemed so fun and free compared to prison and Baby Doll loved it. She continued to listen to the voice that rang through the bus when she turned her head to look out the window. She noticed a small flickering light in the distance.

"Fire!" She squealed, quickly moving towards the window. She was quick to press her face against the window, her palms pressing against the cool glass. She gave a small whine when the fire left her view, now a speck in the distance.

"And it's gone...." She whispered still staring out the window as she longed to feel the heat.

Cupid laughed in delight at Shade and Phantom's versions. The guard next to her certainly didn't look pleased at the signing but who cares what he thinks, he'll be dead soon anyway. As she shifted side of side jovially to the rhythm of their singing, she jerked her wrists, trying to loosen her the jacket. It allowed her a bit more movement but she definitely needed to fake a fit soon to allow her the proper range of motion to properly shake it off. Glancing at Shade, she tried to warn her silently of what would happen in a few minutes but she had no way of speaking without giving it away to the guards.

Jack smiled at a girl that had looked at him, and looked back at the convicts that had started singing.

"Oh so we're singing now, thats nice! At least Im stuck with a buch that have a sense of humor!" He grinned under the mask and then started to hum to himself.

It was the national anthem, but with a twist.

"Ooh say can you see, by the pyres fiery light

What so proudly we burned, with a can of gasoline?

Oh the body's are charred, and the screams are still fresh,

And the ones who did not, arent they still freshly burning?

And the fires red glare, the eyeballs burstin' there,

Gave proof that we had, a good fire created..."

It was his own macabre version of the star spangled banner. He smiled in glee as the prison bus bumped around, kind of hoping that he hadnt offended anybody.

A few minutes later, Cupid decided it was time to get this damn thing off and stopped singing and moving, freezing like a statue. Giving herself a few seconds, she suddenly jerked like she was having a seizure, and threw her head back in a blood curdling scream and started the process of slowly unbuckling her jacket. Jerking herself to the side where Phantom and Shade sat, she made sure no guards could see her and smiled at them reassuringly so they knew it was fake. Resuming her expression of agony, she wailed incoherently, head butting the guard that was trying to restrain her. As the jacket almost slipped off, she made sure to keep her arms still so they couldn't tell it was off and continued her act, knowing it would be suspicious if she just miraculously got better. The guards knew what her fits looked like, they didn't just stop. As she tossed her head frantically, screaming 'get it off, get it off, get it off', she suddenly felt a pinch in her neck that she recognized as a sedative that would leave her paralyzed for an hour. "Crazy bitch." she heard a guard mutter as he tossed her carelessly back onto her seat, her head slamming onto the seat with a crack.

As Cupid laid there limp, she was reassured by the fact that the paralyzer would wear off sooner than the guards would anticipate. She'd had so many drugs in her system, their effects tended to be muffled on her.

I awoke to the sound of singing and sat up. I looked around and saw my 'friends' singing i sighed knowing i would have to get used to it. I sat up and listened to the many voices singing at once. I was considering joining in but im not that kind of person. This was kinda lame i my opinion. But i understand when you only friends are psychopaths.

With his chance being clear phantom stood and jammed the needle into the guards neck and pressed down onto the plunger "GET HIM" He shouted tossing the remaining needle to shade as she was closest. He reached down and pulled off the guards key loop and gun, quickly taking off the shackles as he found the key that fit. He looked around the outside of the bus and smiled when they stopped just where he wanted them to.

((I has plan duntz worry about it))

Baby Doll slumped down in her seat, staring at her finger tips. She then turned her attention to another male singing. It was muffled sounding. She turned her face to see the funny looking guy in the mask, her eyes lighting up at the mention of fire and gasoline. She was completely entranced by the song, giggling every so often at the lyrics. When the song ended she was quick to clap lightly before curling back up in her seat, looking back st the window. After a few more minutes of her watching the world speed by she was interrupted by a wailing. Baby Doll pressed her back against the wall, her eyes wide and concerned. What's happening? Why is this happening? What is Cupid doing? She scooted into the corner of the seat, cowering as she picked at her finger nails. Right then she watched as the guard stabbed her with a needle, throwing her limp body against the back seat, a cracking sound ringing out. As Cupid had her fit Phantom stood up, jabbing it into another guards neck. If this was what Shade meant by keeping her safe she was starting to regret agreeing to not telling. She felt like any moment she'd be there target. Baby Doll reached up and covered her eyes, singing under her breath as the chaos happened. "This little flame of mine... I'm going to let it burn... Oh this little flame of mine... I'm going to let it burn..." She sang under her breath, rocking back and forth slightly.

I watched as the others started to attack the gaurds. I was about to do the same when i saw one of the girls looking scared. I felt like i needed to help her So i went and sat next to her. I didn't really know how to comfort her so i just patted her on the shoulder. "It's going to be okay"

As he sung, Jack noticed the girl smiling and giggling, but when he finished and all hell broke loose, she seemed scared.

One of the other convicts had gone over to comfort her. Jack too a wild guess because of her reactions and supposed she was an arsonist too.

"Yeah, dont worry about it! Did ya like my song? I had plenty of time to rehearse in the ward, since they would never let me do anything else. Just imagine a huge plain green field. Nice, huh? Now just set it on fire. It always helps lme, thats for sure!" He let out a muffled laugh.

"God damn would I give anything to set this bus on fire." He said to himself.
