Fantasy (。◕‿◕。)The Lunar Lotus Inn(。◕︵◕。) [All Are Welcome~! ]

- thinks for a moment with the bear at half way up the tree- - slowly takes out knife and jumps down holding onto the bear ano rappidly stabbing the bear and the bear trying to claw at me with bruta force-

Feeling like she is repeating herself over and over again to small children bickering over a toy Marguerite sighed, "I will explain this to you. I am not taking a side. I want to keep a peace at the moment. I'm asking this Bosmer here to stand down because this is not a time to fight. Fankly I do not care of your pouty demenior at me trying to convince this one to stop trying to fight you. So it is you that is blinded. If you want to rush the balance that must occur then I will gladly step back." With this Marguerite stepped off of her broom and stepped away from the two about to tear each apart, "Just remember, I need the both of you alive in order to return this place to an equilibrium eventually so it'd be best to put each other in comas instead of caskets." With that she walked away from the pouting children to the promise of food, growing tired of the conversation.

Adrasteia

Adrasteia hummed contentedly as she knitted the sweater. It was likely to be a little large for the Bosmer but it would be comfortable at least. Just as she was thinking that, Falin stumbled in looking battered and exhausted. Immediately Adrasteia was overcome with concern and made to rise from her seat but paused when Falin called up the stairs to Yuuki. She added the finishing touches to the sweater and started on the scarf when Yuuki appeared.

She couldn't hear most of their conversation but things seemed to get tense when Reheim appeared after a guest who Adrasteia didn't recognize. It was when Falin punched Reheim in the jaw that Adrasteia stood, leaving behind her knitting and making her way quietly over to the group. She stood a little ways away, just behind Yuuki, the new guest and Falin. Then when the new guest walked away towards the dining room, Adrastiea approached them timidly and tapped Falin on the shoulder.

"Uh, hello Miss Falin. I heard it was you who disposed of my old body, I really do appreciate that, it would be rather awkward if there were two of me. And hello again Yuuki! I am very sorry if I caused you any distress." She spoke confidently praying that Yukito was right in saying they wouldn't be angry. "Oh, I forgot. It is me. Adrasteia."

"Hehe what do you say about that you half-wit witch Adrasteia died but yet she's here doesn't this mess with the balance or is she different, and the regards to the elf she isn't a threat to me in anyway" Rehiem said shrugging not fazed by the fact that Adrasteia came back nor did he care he seemed more happy she's back.

While the conversation between Falin and Rehiem had nearly come to a halt for the time being; only to have the woman that the small fox had just met be the next to become the target of the speaking. The violet eyed creature simply watched as to how the man and woman spoke to one another for a few more moments in silence while Yuuki only scratched the back of his ear with one of his front paws. So, from what it sounded like; it didn't seem as though Marguerite was too much enjoying the company of Rehiem either however, with how she stated that she was not trying to pick a side and was rather simply going to fix the balance of everything. Yuuki became all the more confused while he listened further only to end up having the woman walk off towards the dining room to go eat the breakfast that Yukito had prepared. Due to the whole fact that the small fox had been focusing on the multiple different conversations that had gone on between Rehiem, the small creature had nearly been completely unaware that the woman that held the same scent of Adrasteia had now slowly but surely been approaching from behind Yuuki as well as Falin. So, the instant she had spoken up; it would've caused the small creature to nearly jump completely out of his fur as he turned right on around to nearly back away behind the Bosmer in case the woman that held his deceased friend's scent was actually some kind of shape shifter or something.

Standing from behind the Bosmer while his violet gaze had locked upon the woman before him; small whimpers of fear could be heard coming from the creature's lips only until she spoke of how she seemed to know both the names of Yuuki and Falin. Questioning the whole fact of what she said for a moment; once the woman even ended up apologizing for what she did, the small creature could only tilt his head as he leaned forward from behind Falin to try and figure out who this woman was before him. It wasn't until the female herself introduced her as none other than Adrasteia herself that tears had began to form within the eyes of the small fox immediately. Nearly being unable to believe what he saw before him; before even thinking of questioning what had happened to believe that this was actually Yuuki's friend, the white fox wasted none of his time to quickly run out from behind Falin to hop off the ground in an instant to try and wrap his small paws and tails around the Adrasteia, nearly uncaring if he had dropped all of his weight upon her in anyway. Whether or not she would've caught him, Yuuki would've immediately nuzzled and snuggled himself close towards her body as his tails firmly squeezed around her as though he were holding onto dear life. The entire time he held upon his thought to be forever gone friend, the small creature sobbed loudly in both joy and sadness.

The entire time while the small creature had been holding upon Adrasteia, the sounds of battling right outside the inn was something that had indeed caught the attention of the small fox and even though he was curious as to what had been going on outside. For the time being, he wished to be there with his thought to be deceased friend before he went to go check on the sounds of battling of sounded to be a bear from how it seemed to be.

At Yuuki's pawing and curiosity, the direwolf placed the leather wrapped object before the pup. He nudged it closer with his nose before turning to watch Falin. He would quickly jump to her aid if she needed it.

Crimson eyes glanced at the witch that held her shoulder. After a moment, the strong aura that had been building around the Bosmer dissipated. "Very well," she muttered. "I don't wish to bring this place crashing down anyway." She turned from the damaged puppet and took a few steps before stopping. Casting another piercing glare at him, her eyes flashed a bright green for a moment. "But if you dare try anymore of your games," her voice was mixed with another's. "I will end your Story myself."

Eyes shifting back to normal, she heard Adrasteia mention Falin disposing of the girl's body. Crimson eyes studied the girl with a blank stare, blinking once. Twice. A third time even before she shook her head. She spotted Yuuki racing out form behind her and hugging the girl in excitement.

Rolling his eyes "As if you could" Rehiem said in his mind. He ordered his meal for the morning hours. "Have to fix this later" Rehiem said as he ran his finger on the crack.

- the bear seems to be still alive but slightly- the bear bites my leg leaving deep teeth marks from all the other wound marks of the bear, and tree branches blood comes spilling out of my leg from the bear biting my leg- the bear does with his mouth in my leg- is still uncountious-

Yukito Himura

Spending several minutes within the gender shared hot springs for his own time to enjoy his fully morning bath, after fully relaxing and finally cleaning his entire body of the scent of both sweat and food from his cooking earlier; the dark haired innkeeper had soon stood up to his own feet as he progressed his way to leave the water before drying himself off on the shore completely. Once doing so, since he didn't really have any of his new clothing with him currently; just for the time being, Yukito had no real choice but to wear the same clothing he had when he had stepped into the room. The only real problem with the outfit was the slight blood upon his dress shirt and the large gapping holes upon the back of the shirt itself that had been from his awakened form causing his wings to rip through the shirt itself. Finally, fully dressed and such; the young innkeeper would've simply left the hall to progress his way out of the springs to head towards the lobby where it had seemed that Falin and his small companion; Yuuki had now met up with none other than the new Adrasteia herself. Giving his own warm smile at the sight of how happy his little companion had been, the sound of growling and scent of blood being fresh practically near the inn from within the lobby itself had been the next thing to actually catch the attention of the young innkeeper. Bringing his dark crimson gaze towards the entrance, the last thing he wished to end up seeing this early in the morning was none other than the sight of a young female being attacked by a large black animal while she was unconscious and horribly wounded as well.

With the sight of this, no matter even if there had been a fight just last night and this may had been an animal of the mortal world. Yukito had quickly rushed his way over towards the entrance of the inn before clenching his palm into a fist and ending up immediately punching the large animal right into the nose as hard as he possibly could. Although, his strength had fully returned; it was obviously not going to be at the full strength of his true form since that would've broken the entire animal into nothing more than mush if he had done so. The punch was simply to get the animal out of the building and free the woman from the grasp of the bear. Picking her up into his arms and bringing her immediately over towards the nearest couch; even if her wounds had caused the material of the couch to grow bloodied, there was no chance he was about to watch another person die before his eyes when he could do something to help this time much more. Once laying here there, the innkeeper wasted none of his time to begin processing the same technique he had done to Falin the first time he had met her within the forest to keep her alive as well. Hovering both of his hands over the woman's body; it would be only moments that soon a black smog would begin to form from underneath the seat as it began to envelope over the woman's body to begin healing the wounds that she had received from the large bear. With each of the wounds being healed, rather than growing weakened this time; since Yukito had been at his usual full strength this time, healing someone of this amount of wounds or even Falin's original wounds was mere child's play for the innkeeper. Once the wounds of the woman had been healed, he had simply stood before her to make sure she was able to rest upon the couch until she had woken from her unconscious state; whenever that might've been.

No longer being able to hold in her anger towards Reheim, the witch snapped. "Now wouldn't that be nice? Have everything all at once be at balance?" The witch still stayed turned away from the pale man, her voice seemed calm and collected, but a storm brewed behind her words, "What do you know of sciences, Reheim? " Not waiting for an answer Marguerite continued on and gently touched an archway, "While I was a slave in England at some point or another I had to assist my master with his experiments. He taught me many things about sciences, and almost convinced me that magic hadn't existed but only science had all along," the witch rubbed her hands together, a habit she developed over time to relax herself in moments like this, "The good doctor had taught me the basic laws of chemistry, biology, and physics. One thing that Newton had observed himself was that all forces have an equal and oposite reaction, in chemistry they use the term equilibrium to describe a system where a compound is being destroyed as fast as it's being made, and the cells that reside in our body are programmed to know the perfect balance of chemical and nutrient that it needs in order to live"- Marguerite taps her temple while saying this -" I rejected my past and made excuses for things that happened in my past. Terrible and bad things I had to make sense of in an unlogical way. I explored whether or not magic or perhaps the universe existed... Like my explanation, my past, and other things in nature, magic, and balance... everything takes time." Feeling like she can hold a calm exterior now, Marguerite turns to Reheim. "Going back to the example of chemical equilibrium, initially the atoms in the solutions are in chaos, unbalanced and out of order. Eventually the solution reaches a rate where the chemical is being made at the same speed of being destroyed. This is balance yes? Well all balance takes time. But alas due to the nature of living, equilibrium is boring and we must do something like maybe heat up the liquid or cooling it off or even throwing the flask at..." She stopped herself from saying 'ignorant imbeciles' then continued "... the floor in a fit of fear or anger. Without these external deficiencies life is pointless." Marguerite took one step toward the pale figure, "You see, life is meant to balance in and out in the end. Alas I don't know everything, no future is ever certain but in the end everything still balances out one way or another. There will always be an opposite and equal reaction. It's the way everything works, science has explained the simplest of magic through out its many fields. All these fields explain little bits of our universe." Starting to feel fatigued through lack of food, Marguerite realized how pointless this explanation has turned out. A laugh erupted from her lips, she shook her head and eventually caught her breathe, "Why am I wasting my words on you? Your skull is probably so dense that it can not comprehend this. So I guess I'll just say this as simple for you as possible," her words began to get sharp, "balance is not designed to be permenently maintained, things gotta go a little hectic to balance out. But when the proper cycle of balance and chaos is disrupted it's my job to fix it." Realizing once again that the pale man still was probably too ignorant to see this reality she decided to approach him and lean in close to loudly whisper, "Believe it or not but before everything returns to a balance around here it has to get a tad bit crazier around here. And everyone in this hotel has a role in it, " she stepped back to get food now exhausted from being around so much ignorance, "even you believe it or not. Balance is made up of a million-million grey areas Reheim." With that the witch proceeded to gather her own food and then walk away from the man who clearly just wanted a brawl and get a rise out of her. Sweetly the witch smiled at the man, "Enjoy your meal." With that Marguerite returned to her room with Ash by her side. She propped herself on the bed and dug out her grimoir to perfect the spell she was determined to make.

(Sorry had some homework in the sciences that i needed to finish if you couldn't tell xD )

Shaking his head "Now don't be overzealous here and be all high and mighty my dear cause you want to fix the balance is that right, if that's so that means you try to make everything in back and white I never said everything was black and white I said life isn't ask easy as it seems" Rehiem stood up. "Now let me give you a lesson your dumbfuck of a master failed to teach you besides respect to others, The balance of life and death of good and evil are all lies and yes Newton's law is right as far as we know but this is not the point" Rehiem said as he got up. "Is that you work under false pretenses of you must protect this so called order everyone dies right this is false. And do you know why look at the elf that vampire from earlier look at yourself and that horrorterror even me we are all imbalances to this so called order, Time is a effective killer but with us time doesn't effect us our bodies stay the same even tho everything around us change" Rehiem fixed his hair with one hand before continuing. "And if you want to restore this so call balance you must first kill all who are unaffected by time including yourself and second making sure no one else learn a way to disrupt this balance" Rehiem said before silence filled the room. "But wait there's more to effectively do that you must destroy all gods and any trace of necromancy, vampirism, and overall all techniques relating to time stopping of the physical form, which doesn't including sprites and ghosts" Rehiem said clearly irritated of talking to her. "Your quest is in vein you can't stop it, no one can, death is able to be stopped the balance you claim to "protect" to "insure" is just a lie taught to you by whoever dumb enough to believe it" . Turning around his dark purple cloak flowing behind him. "You was taught lies even confronted by immortals you still believe in a balance pitiful" Rehiem then walked out of the inn as he needed to pick up things at Lunar plaza in Satellite town just off of Lunar forest.

(I'll just uhm try as good as I can)

Selensya woke up in her bed, not sure how she got there, but grateful for the face that she got there. She stretches and jumps when a booming voice in her head says, "Are you ready?" Selensya mumbles something and ignores it. "You are ignoring me?" Yes, Selensya replied curtly. The voice didn't bother her any more. She brushes her tangled hair and blinks a few times to try and clear some of the tiredness remaining. She decided to stay in her room today. So she sat on her bed in absolute silence. If nobody knew she was there, they couldn't bother her, she reasoned with herself. She decides to write a letter and gets a sheet of parchment out of a few that she brought with her in one of her pockets, folded up. She smoothed out the creases and gets an inkwell pen from on a table in the room, and sits down with it in front of the paper. She puts the pen to the parchment, and her face turns red when she realizes she doesn't know how to write in English. She decides to write in a different language, the only other one she knew. As she writes the letter slowly and deliberately, her mind wanders on the possibilities of the future.

After Selensya finishes writing the letter, she decides to deliver it tomorrow, and sets it off to the side. She felt really hungry... famished, more like. She ignores her hunger and stands up and stares at her reflection in a mirror. She shudders at what people would have thought. Her face was gaunt and pale, one of her hands was trembling, and her skirt and top was dirty and torn. She changes into a silk black dress, made for her by her mother to bring out the color in her eyes that, before today, she had never worn. She decided to wear it more often after looking in the mirror-it made her pale skin look more normal, as normal seeming as her regular skin tone. She decided that she will in fact go down out of her room, feeling slightly foolish for having kept herself in the room for this long already. She stands up and walks out of the room and into the now-destroyed lobby and mutters, "Poor Yukito." She walked around the first floor and bumped into Rehiem. "Hello," Selensya says to him.

"Why hello young one hope you didn't get hurt from the "Accident" from last night" Rehiem said as he eyed the young werewolf. "I was about to head out for matters I have to attend to" Rehiem said as he hand his hand on Selensya's shoulder. "You don't look well tell me what is wrong I may can help you in your condition" Rehiem said as he smiled moving away with Selensya from the dining room door.

Selensya looked at Rehiem with a confused expression. "What? An accident? What happened? Do you mean the lobby?" She knew, of course, but denied his ableness to pry into her emotions, so she played dumb. "Is everyone ok?"

"Some are the innkeeper is there wasn't a death or serious injury and yes I meant the lobby" Rehiem said to Selensya. "What made you come to this inn" Rehiem asked her as he was curious.

"Oh," Selensya said. "I kinda just wanted to be a little ways away from the rest of society," she answered. Not a lie, not the whole truth. "Found out about it a while ago from a friend."

"I see, what about this friend of yours I'll like to meet him" Rehiem said eagerly.

After finishing her meal, Marguerite sat in her room and stewed on the near conflict she had gotten into with the pale man. At first the witch felt guilty, Reheim must be lonely... that must be why he makes his puppets though, right? She placed the plate on the bed side table and puffed out her cheeks. Why doesn't he see the way everything balances out? She held her breathe as the witch became more fustrate with the whole situation. She recalled that he had been nice to her but she didn't understand how her trying to stop a conflict was a biased act... violence is unfortunately one of the most effective problem solving tools but that power shouldn't be over used.

Violence feels good, her mentors at the guild had told her countless times, that's why people do it. The end game of the violence always feels good, but taking away the reaction means taking away the pleasure. Thinking of her mentors made Marguerite smile then frown just as quickly. She recalled Reheim's words and strong negative emotions swelled up inside of the little witch out of anger the witch stood up and kicked a wall. She remembered when Reheim had yelled that she was a dumbfuck. She kicked the wall again. Then he called her biased. She kicked again. She remembered how he had insulted her and what had happened to her, he said that doesn't exist. The more the witch remembered, the more she kicked the wall. Frustrated tears slid down Marguerite's face. Eventually she stopped kicking and slid to the floor. Beginning to feel as though Reheim's insults to her were right and that her purpose was pountless, the witch banged her head against the wall hard. The gourd with the lotus bloom fell from its sill and the gourd broke. The gourd softly bubbled out water like a spring and the witch quickly whipped out her wand and remembered the spell that she used to fix objects. As quickly as it broke the gourd's pieces flew together but the gourd remained tipped over. The witch quickly rushed over to pick up turn the flask and the sad looking flower. Marguerite put the lotus back into the flask on the sill and looked at the poor wall. There was a huge area where there were scuff marks around a hole and a dent from her fit of anger. The witch flicked her wrist at the wall and the damage was gone.

Feeling spent of emotions Marguerite sat on the bed. She looked over at Ash, "Do you think he's right? About the whole balance thing? I mean yeah, there is no such thing as straight good and bad but there can be things opposite right?" The broom seemed to nodded at this. "With that being said there can be things that can be used or done to excess right?" The broom nodded, "Also a pound of gold weighs as much as a pound of silver so both are equal right?" At this the broom shook itself. Realizing where she went wrong she corrected herself, "I meant that a pound is a pound no matter what." Ash, the broom, nodded. Clapping her hands together Marguerite stood, "So in other words, there is more than one way to maintain a balance. Immortality can be balanced out with the death of others... pain with relief... everything can balance out more than one way, " jumping up and down and hugging her broom Marguerite excitedly shrieked, "There is more than one way to skin a cat!" Witch that Ash had stopped joining his master's excited tone as if to say she crossed the line with her words. The witch shook her head, "It's a metaphor silly." Feeling much better about the situation Marguerite decided she was calm enough to go outside again, maybe talk to the innkeeper or finish her teleportation ritual. Haphazardly she threw her grimoir in her bag and began leaving. She stopped and looked back at Ash, "Should I apologize to everyone?" The broom made a shrugging motion with it's bristles and Marguerite shrugged to. "Might as well. I mean we will need his help at some point." With that she left in search for the inn keeper

Adrasteia was not prepared for Yuuki to launch himself at her face but she was more than happy to hug him back. She wrapped her thin arms around humanoid laughed gleefully. "Well hello there Yuuki!" She ran small fingers through his fur and while holding him close, she peeked over his ears at Falin. "Oh!" She carried Yuuki with her and grabbed the green sweater she had finished moments before and brought it back over to Falin.

She held it out and avoided making eye contact still hugging the happy little fox. "I made this for you as an apology, I hope you like it." She then looked Yuuki square in the eyes with most likely the most grateful look she'd ever worn.

"You're very sweet you know!"
