I wiped the snot from my nose and looked up to see a cute little girl with the most fluffiest tail.


I suddenly felt a pang of happiness, before leaping up and attaching myself to her tail


"Oh god, could you please help me? pretty please? I...I just don't know what to do with my life anymore! I don't even know what to do as a job career or how to get a girlfriend!, let alone how to survive in the middle of nowhere! I just...I feel so lost!"


I sobbed a bit, holding awkwardly onto her tail.

Kirita looked at Vince blankly, watching as he attempted to remove the cat from his head. "The cat is only going to scratch and bite more if you continue to attempt prying it off. It would be wise to leave it be." Kirita said as she looked around, then back at the cat. It was cute, but she wasn't about to try petting the feline unless it stopped clawing.

Hyde frowned at the human girl. She was supposed to be he support unit, not the one to ruin the fun. He just hoped the boy is too stupid to listen. Meanwhile the cat glared at the younger girl. So She's Cinnamon and the kid I'm on must be Snow Ball. How pathetic, even his name is better than mine. The cat thought. When should they learn that I can speak? Eh after I've had my fun.

Nanami tensed and shuddered when he hugged her tail, she hardly paid attention to his questions but instead tried to get him off of her tail " why would you do that?! " she scolded furrowing her brow laying her ears back " I'm sorry for what's happened to you, but you cannot just come up and grab someone's tail " she was regretting coming up to this human...they where to, clingy

 

[Raiders]

"Little shit..." Vince muttered after giving up. He decided to remove the visor for now to keep the cat from damaging it, the gear turning into a cube again so Vince can store it back in his bag (he did the same with the sword he dropped). He looked uncomfortable standing there, fidgeting every once in a while.


"What am I supposed to do with this thing?" Vince asked, mostly to himself. Normally, he didn't mind cats, but the one who refuses to leave his head is bothering him greatly. It took all of his power to not try to do anything to this cat. Vince didn't want it to scratch up his hands to where they started to bleed.

 

[JigokuTheBaka]

Sir Mittens jumped off of Vince's head. "Well now the fun is over. I'll properly introduce myself. Sadly my name is Sir Mittens, but please call me Neko." Sir Mittens said in a deep voice. "Also I believe there are other's on this island...Whether they befit you or not I don't feel like telling you."

 

[Raiders]

Vince was grateful now that the little devil jumped off of his head. He immediately starts to smooth his hair down, but, hold on a moment... Did that cat just talk? "Pardon?" Vince responded with, looking at Sir Mittens with a questioning look. How can it even talk? Then again, Vince saw an elf earlier today, so anything could happen at this point. Vince clears his thoughts and realizes what exactly Sir Mittens said.


"Ah, nevermind... But more people? Whether or not they can help us, I'd like to see them anyway," Vince said in a normal tone, unconsciously narrowing his gaze at the cat. Half of him is starting to wonder if he's gone insane at this point.

"Oh, sorry!"


I walked back slowly, still wiping my face off with my sleeves.


"Yeah, I tend to do that, especially when being dumped in the middle of nowhere, heh." I chuckled nervously before looking around the beach.


It is pretty nice, i'll give it that.


"So..how'd you get here? As for me, our cruise shop just crashed and... voila! death island!" I feigned excitement with a show of hands, but inside I was trembling nervously at the thought of dying here.

Nanami brushed all her fur back down and let her tail go, it swished behind her once more as she looked to the human boy giving a small bow she said " I'm Nanami, in case you where wondering " she stood back up straight and her ears swiveled around listening to the beach and forest and the boy in front of her all at the same time

"If there are other survivors, then they are likely upon the beach, just like we were. Just on a different section." Kirita stated, then realized that the cat spoke. For once, her expression changed from blank to disbelief. "C-can I pet you, Neko?" She asked tentatively, still shocked, but she loved cats so it was difficult to resist petting him.

Sir Mittens 'meowed' in reply to the human's question. "Just please reframe from petting my stomach it makes me feel weird." The cat said in his deep voice. As he walked closer to the girl he said: "If I remember your name is Cinnamon...correct human girl?"

 

[Raiders]

That name... "So you must know the elf we ran into a few moments earlier," Vince stated with a rather sour tone to his voice. "Anyway, as soon as you're done petting the cat, we have to go look for these people." Vince finished, looking back at Kirita. Once they get closer to the beach, Vince thought, he would use his visor then. He should save the battery life of it as much as possible...

The cat laughed slightly. "Of course I know that elf. We're you not listening to me while I gave my name? Who names a living creature Sir Mittens? I'd take that awful name snow ball over Sir Mittens any day. Of course Hyde told me your real names but I don't really care to use them. They're not fun. Also you won't have time to find the others before The storm. They might live if they wise up though..." The cat said. He purred as Kirita pet him.

Kirita pet Neko with a small smile, amused. When he mentioned a storm, she frowned. "There's going to be a storm? We should find shelter immediately." Kirita regretfully stood, ceasing her adoration of the feline. She looked around, back and forth between the beach and further into the jungle. "They'll have to fend for themselves." She said, her face emotionless once more. Then she looked at the cat. "Also, that nickname is inaccurate. I have a nickname given to me by my peers already, even though it is bothersome."

 

[Raiders]

Vince considers arguing with Sir Mittens about his name would be useless (the cat was so persistent earlier when he was on top of Vince's head anyway), so Vince only sighs in defeat before speaking up again. "Well, we should get going again." Vince stands up a little straighter before going deeper into the jungle, wiping sweat off of his forehead. It was a little cooler than before since the sun was about to set, but that didn't mean the heat didn't bother him. Vince thought about what the elf said earlier... He grew worried once he remembered what the tall creature said. They need to find shelter and fast...
