Fantasy The Ice King's "Bride" (private with N30NL4Z3R)

[Sorry I have been gone for so long- I had taken a while to re-login into my account and I've been busy otherwise as well with a part-time work but it's coming to an end this season so I'll be more active. Though that depends on if you're willing to continue with the rp even though I kind of ghosted for a bit ;w;]

(Hey! it's okay, i get that life can get busy, so it's easy to lose track of things sometimes. I know you didn't mean to ghost. But I'm definitely up for continuing the rp! :) Also how have you been?)

[Been good. Just busy for the last couple of weeks that it made it difficult to focus on stuff and not be tired all the time. I hope to respond this weekend now that I'm not occupied by anything else at the moment; the only day at the moment where I'm busy is on Friday.]

[Oh gosh- I'm so sorry for being gone for like forever ;w; I've been lazy when it came to logging into RPNation, plus I needed to go on a device that I don't use often to do 2FA to login which made it more difficult to build up the motivation as I already have a lack of when it comes to daily stuff. I didn't realize how long it's been since the last post till I just logged back in right now as I just did the code stuff after forever. Life's been busy with new additions to my schedule for weekly activities. I hope you aren't mad at me or lost interest as I understand if so as I pretty much ghosted you for so long ;w;]

(Hey. It's okay really. I know you dont mean to ghost me or anything. I get that it's not easy to keep motivation up either. I'm still interested in continuing the rp if you are.)

[Thank you for understanding and I'm glad that you are okay with continuing the rp! :] I will put up my response either later today or tomorrow- I'm usually busy on Wednesdays and Fridays!]

Reluctantly, Eis let go of the Prince's hand, watching him leave through the door with his heart beating loudly in his chest at the clearly romantic act he had performed towards the other, and he could only hope that the Prince understood what he couldn't truly verbally say in the moment. How I wish for the chance to take your hand in mine in matrimony if not for our inevitable separation. He looked over at the Princess with a complexity of emotions swirling through his head and heart. "It's fine. I understood from the moment we had gotten here that separation was going happen once our plan went into fruition; after all, I only wish for you twos' happiness in the end." The Royal might of spoke the truths with his words but it was clear by the lack of motivation nor cheer that he wasn't feeling accepting of this.

"The two of you must write letters to me every now and again else I will come over and cause a little ruckus with my appearance; just to make sure the two of you are in well health and taking to your higher positions smoothly. And... tell Oliver every now and again that I miss him and hope for his happiness despite our partings."

[Sorry this is short and a bit different to my last posting style!]

Olivia frowns slightly at his words. She knew in a way this this moment couldn't be easy on Eis nor her brother for that matter. "You're happiness matters too as well." She said softly as she listened to his words. She wanted to be able to help, to do something in return for the kindness that Eis had given when he helped them. Thinking back to a conversation she had with her brother when they had a moment alone before coming here, she smiled a little at him. "I'll definitely be sure to write. But you shouldn't count my brother so short.. he always has something up his sleeve you know." She said as she walked over to him, clearly knowing something. But not wanting to ruin the surprise just yet. "we should go back to the other royals. King Willaims is most likely having Oliver make announcement regarding the throne." she told him

"Oh, yes. I forgot about the others in the meeting after my sight narrowed down onto your parents for almost taking a hand to the two of you; let's head back to the main room to see what they consider about the sudden usurping of those two from their thrones." It was also clouded from his mind due to the reeling emotions he was now meant to deal with in such a short manner after so long of not experiencing such panic, heartache, and the slightest bit of acceptance of the fact that it was an inevitable outcome for him to end up once more alone, even if Oliver truly did reciprocate his feelings, it wouldn't stop their duties from preventing them to fulfill such a relationship. "I know that the two of you care for me as well, and I appreciate that, but I'm also used to the monotony of my previous life that it shouldn't hurt me too much." Eis headed over to the door with the slightest lack of confidence in his steps as he made his way back to the main meeting room.

Olivia watched him go with a small frown on her lips. She wished she could reassure him better. Hopefully once Oliver says what he needs to, then maybe it will cheer Eis up. For now, she followed after him to the meeting room. Where all the other royals gathered back at. They reached the room, and it seems as they made it in good time, as Oliver and King Williams was there as well.

King Williams stepped forward. "Attention everyone! I know that this year's has been a lot different than what we were expecting. But at least the silverling is that we put an end to the rule of unfair and untrustworthy people." He said, as the other royals gathered around. "Now I'll allowed the next in line of that throne to speak." He stated as he stepped to let Oliver speak.

Oliver gave a grateful nod to King Williams, but looking to the other rulers. "Hello everyone, I'm prince Oliver. I first like to apologize to all of you. For any trouble you also must of dealt with due to my sister and I's parents." he starts. His eye looked over the group of royals, soon landing on his sister, there mostly on Eis. He smiled slightly. "I'll personally see to it that all damages done by the former King and Queen are undone." He promised. He then took a deep breath. "But there is another reason I'll be returning to the kingdom... as there is a coronation to be held." He said.

Eis should be proud and glad to be part of this new mark in history when it came to the other Kingdom, but he remained distracted and the slightest of heartache about the solidifying declaration that the Prince would be returning back home. But, he would remain strong and unbothered, even though it wasn't hard with his natural stone-face, about this news and just be congratulatory that they would be able to return their home back to a peaceful state unlike when it was previously ruled in a corrupt manner. "I hope you're able to make your people smile once more, and your land be prosperous outside of your Parent's controlling grasp once again." He didn't speak out load nor mumble his words as he wished for Oliver to hear it even slightly that he was proud of him for standing up about such a declaration.

"Olivia- Please make sure he doesn't overwork himself in the process of returning your home back to a peaceful and less corrupt safe-haven for your people. He's too caring that it might make him feel an obligation to run himself like a pack mule to make such a reality soon." It was honestly weird to hear such caring words come out of his mouth, but Oliver tended to make him act unlike himself and open up his humanity if he thought about it more seriously, since the past long ago. "I- I just care about him more so than anyone should about another that should of been for an opposing royal-" It was clear he wanted to say something more romantic but he reigned himself in from speaking such out loud and not directly to the person themself verbally.

"I believe I should get our carriage ready for the trip back since the plan proved a success, though I should as well prepare an out going one for when it's time- for you to..." Trailing off, he didn't wish to finish his own words as it would sound like he was ready for them to depart from his Kingdom and back home, when he would likely become a broken man.

Olivia frowns slightly. She was no fool. Even she could tell his words were meant to get his goodbyes done now, before they became to hard to say. She knew when it came to her brother, it will be the hardest for him. "I will.." She told him. She glanced to her brother for a moment. Knowing that if he heard the words Eis was speaking, he was be upset. "But don't.." Olivia said softly, so only Eis would hear her. "Don't say words of goodbye so quickly, that will only lead to more pain for everyone involved." She told him. She then smiles faintly. "plus... he isn't finished speaking just yet.." she added.

"Aw yes, your coronation i believe you're referring to." King Williams said. He smiled, clearly finding it a joy when such events take place.

Oliver shook his head. "No, actually. it won't be my coronation." He corrected king Williams. This caused small whispers of confusion among the other royals. They all knew Oliver was next in line, so why wouldn't the coronation be his? "I will not be taking the throne" Oliver announced, much to everyone's, excpect Olivia surprise. He raise a hand towards his sister. "I'll be returning to the kingdom, to plan my sister's coronation as the next queen." He told everyone.

Eis looked at the Princess with a slightly raised brow since it was pretty much set in stone that the two siblings would likely be leaving and it was inevtiable that Oliver would take the throne given how much he loved his people and he personally believed he would make a bevelovent king. So, he couldn't believe what he was hearing when the Prince rejected the idea of the cornation for himself and directed towards the Princess, as he long believed that the other would leave him forever since he would be stuck in an important role once their plan succeded, so this honestly gave him hope that it meant that Oliver wouldn't leave him forever. "I can't believe... I had remained resilient in my heart about us being seperared, that I'm merely now in shock- that the two of you kept such a big decision from me like that."

But it could be seen, even if not physically, that the Royal's eyes were gleaming with happiness as he looked at the Prince, his chest feeling warm and light of the emotional ache and pain he had kept internally to himself all since the plan was made till now. Honestly, if he could, he would likely be in tears out of relief and happiness that the person he loved wouldn't be leaving him for long. "You two truly need to let me know beforehand about these situations, or else my heart will be hectic like before."

Olivia smiled up at him. "Sorry, we had wanted to tell you earlier. But king Williams came in before we could" She explained to him. "I thought it would be more of my brother's place to give the news" She added sheepishly.

Thankfully none of the other royals seemed to notice the two's conversation as they were too blinded by their own shock at Oliver's words. "Are you sure Prince Oliver?" King Williams asked. "This is a huge decision to make" He reminded him.

Oliver nodded his head, a calm but serious expression on her face. "I am." He states. "The kingdom will do good and be safe in my sister's hands, just as it would in mine. Besides.." He starts. He briefly glanced at Eis, before turning his attention back to King Williams. "There's place, that i feel needs me more. Once my sister is crowned Queen, I plan to go back there." He said honestly.

Eis could feel himself smile even though he wasn't physically doing so as he heard the Prince's words, reassuring him without anyone else besides Olivia knowing what those words meant and who they were directed to in the end. "I guess I will have to chastise King Williams for nearly causing my heart to break at the thought of Oliver's departure- After all, you know well my feelings towards me, as you care for him as much as I do, maybe even more as a sibling bond. I would of been lost without him in the castle; he very well imprinted himself well into my every day norm." As he spoke, it was clear his eyes were full of light unlike how cold they usually would appear, for he felt like he finally found and could keep that which gave him a purpose to his life.

"Oh- I should congratulate as well for I don't know if I will be able to make the trip, you will make a fine Queen and I trust that you will bring it back to it's peaceful days without your Parent's influence lingering any further." He gave the Princess a pat on the shoulder, since he didn't know how else to express his happiness towards her eventual coronation. "I'll also have to make sure Oliver gets a talking to for keeping his mouth shut about remaining by my side, even when the plan succeeded."

He would, of course, wait for him to be done with announcement and for the other Royals to depart from the meeting before he considered it his right to go over to him. "But-- Just know, I will make him the happiest I can within my capabilities." Until the day he died, that was unsaid and maybe the Princess wouldn't know of how soon that could be since it's been a while since he expressed any signs of his illness as his body has been so occupied with everything going on that it likely deterred his symptoms from becoming present in the mess.

"Thank you. It would lovely if you are able to attend. But I'll understand if you become to busy to leave your kingdom." Olivia said smiling. She was a bit nervous about becoming Queen. But she wasn't going to show it just yet. As she needed to put her head held high in front of the other royals. But mainly she was happy that her brother could live happy with Eis, as this was the first thign he had ever been selfish about.

"Without any further saying, as a thank you. We would be happy to have you all attend the coronation. the invitations will the sent out as soon as a date has been decided." Oliver told the royals, before allowing King Williams to take back control of the meeting. As King Williams spoke, Oliver walked back over to his sister and Eis. He stood in between them, seeming to relax now that the announcement was out of the way.

"Well this year's meeting has been an interesting one, we can all agree to that." King williams said with a laugh. "Then now that things have settled to a brighter note, I declare this year's meeting in over. Everyone please enjoy yourselves as you wait for your carriages to arrive out front." He told everyone

The Royal couldn't stop himself from taking the Prince's hand once he was beside him, with a squeeze, he looked over with eyes full of happiness and love. "You seriously are a wonder; surprising me in ways that no other has and causing me to feel emotions that I long forget- I will have to make sure you get a talking to though when we get back, nearly causing my heart to break into pieces with the thought of you leaving me possibly." If it was possible, his lips would be in a smirk as he spoke his mind to Oliver, clearly he was just happy that the Prince was now beside him and would be so for as long as he remained.

"I will have to head out and wait for our carriage in case they end up slaking, as I feel like it's best time to given our business here is done." He didn't wish to push his luck regarding his body any further now that his mind and heart were at rest with the problems being resolved for now. "You two can wait here; I will return shortly." Though he was reluctant to let go of the Prince's hand, Eis had to take his leave to the entrance and outside to bide his time till their transport arrived, though he was unaware that the fresh air would later irritate his illness far more than the mental and physical stress of the trek and plan regarding the meeting. "I hope they don't end up taking centuries finding their way back up here--" There was already an itch in his throat since he stepped out and he didn't wish for the two to see him in whatever possible state it would eventually end up leaving him at.

Oliver chuckled lightly. "I deserve that." He admitted. It wasn't his intention to leave the other with such thoughts. But he had not thought to properly tell him with everything that was happening. He gave a small nod, as Eis mentioned going to get the carriage ready. "Alright, we'll wait for you here." He said. He started to speak with his sister as Eis left to ready the carriage. Both of the siblings were relieved that everything was finally over. Now They could undo the damage that their parents had done to their people. Oliver was at ease knowing his sister would properly look after their kingdom. Though both were unaware of the trouble, that Eis was soon to face on their way back.

(Should we time skip a bit to when Eis soon collapses? Also I'm so sorry! I honestly thought I had posted my reply. Things got busy for me, so I didn't think to check. Again so sorry.)

[Yeah that seems fine to me! Also don't worry! I understand life can be hectic sometimes haha, so don't push yourself to post if you're busy or not motivated at the moment. I will put it up later since I'm going to bed right now.]
