In the middle of the two great continents of Sagur and Malik, there is an island. Ont the island there is a fortress. Thats fortress is called The Guild. The Guild ran by an ancient master holds only the best of the best adventurers. You do not join The Guild, The Guild chooses you. And you have just been chosen.

 

[Randeruck]

"I have chosen my newest heroes." Randeruck says to himself as he sits in his massive library. Randeruck takes a breath and closes his eyes envisioning his newest recruits to the guild. He mumbles to himself "send the gates to our heroes and let them come forth the meet their new destiny". Suddenly four double sided stone doors with the words The Guild etched into them appear in front of four different people opening up for them, revealing a portal to their new home.

[The Cobalt Killer]

Eli gradually stood up and began progressing down the mountain side. He was very careful not to slide down the dusty trail, into the gaping mouth of the woodlands. Small pebbles tumbled down in front of Eli as he steadied himself and continued to advance towards the forest. Suddenly, an unanticipated rock, the size of a pineapple, hit his left leg from behind. Eli’s left side fell forward first, turning him slightly, before the rest of his body followed. The winds hissed in his ear as he plummeted to the bottom. Luckily, it hadn’t been a very far fall, but his leg was bruised. As he sat, back to the forest, he looked up the mountain, and soon caught a glimpse of the cause.


The small boulder had been displaced by the materialisation of some sort of stone gateway. "Aw, screw it!" Eli grunted as he leaped through.

Randeruck feels Eli's presence the second he steps through the portal he takes two fingers and touches his throat. As he speaks the voice echos across the island as if a god was speaking to them. "Ah yes Eli welcome." Randeruck exclaims "Please enter through the front and make yourself at home, explore if you'd like we are currently waiting on three more people before we can continue on, If you have any questions please just call my name. Oh silly me I forgot to tell you my name it is Randeruck, and please don't hesitate to ask any questions." He says removing the fingers from his throat. " One hero is here now we wait for the other three." He mumbles to himself as he put up an ancient scroll into his desk.

"Randeruck, huh?" Eli shrugged. "Sure, I can grow on that..." He wandered around a little and then turned back to his host. "Wait, why am I here? What other three?"

(Don't forget to call my characters name)


Randeruck hearing the questions puts his two fingers to his throat, "This is The Guild. A place where I recruit only the finest of adventures and they take on the toughest challenges and quest the world gives. We solve the unsolvable. The other three you asked about will be the rest of your party, they have also been sent doorways to this same location." He explains to Eli.

Mordai had been busy reading a book he had just found, so he didn't notice at first when the gateway opened up. Closing the book with a sigh he stretched out and saw the gateway out of the corner of his eye. Perplexed he walked towards it, looking it over before shrugging and grabbing his things before jumping through. Finding himself on an island he looked around for any sort of information he could find.

 

[Randeruck]

Randeruck senses Mordai as he steps through portal, and once again he puts his fingers to his throat allowing the booming voice to echo across the island. "Welcome Mordai, I am Randeruck the creator and Master of the guild. I have sent out four doors and so far two have made it through. So now we must wait, please make yourself at home and have a look around. If you have any questions just call out my name I will hear you."


 
(OOC we will have one additional character join us guys yay! He will start put in the guild so he won't come through a door way)

Jace was walking through the woods. A black panther, who he came to know as Karna, padding along beside him. The door appearing in front of him so suddenly nearly gave him a heart attack. Karna growled low at it for a moment before quieting and sitting back on his hind legs. Jaces life had been void of excitement lately and seeing how he had nothing to lose he stepped through. As he looked around Jace came to the conclusion he must be on some sort of island, for what purpose he had no clue, he decided to stay put until he could figure out his whereabouts.

"Ah good Jace is here as well" Randeruck says to himself as he clears his throat he puts two fingers to his throat. The island is filled with his voice "Welcome Jace your comrades have already made it and are out and about exploring we are now just waiting on one more person and we can get going. Do not worry I mean you no harm, my name is Randeruck creator and Master of The Guild, if you have any questions feel free to shout out my name I poise I will hear you." Removing his fingers from his throat and sits back in his chair. "Just one more and we will be ready." He thinks to himself

Mathaeon navigated through the dark forest with ease. His trusty flintlock pistol ready to fire at a moments notice. He knew his next target would be in these woods. He could feel the presence of dark magic in the air. Suddenly, a gateway appeared in front of him. Mathaeon cautiously studied the portal. Even though he has every reason to believe that this is a trap, he could sense that the magic that was used to summon this portal was not black magic. He entered through the door of light and found himself in a beach. The saltwater gently lapped at his leather boots.

 

[Randeruck]

"Oh good!" Randeruck exclaims clapping his hands together. "Our final hero is here." Randeruck puts his finger to his throat for the last time "Hello am welcome Matheon, we have been expecting you. My name is Randeruck, I am the creator and Master of The Guild. I knoe you have questions just ad everyone else does, but they will all be answered shortly. Now if everyone could make their way to the big fortress door we can begin" Randeruck removes his fingers. "Well, time to get going" he says to himself.

"Hero"? What on earth? Eli's mind raced with questions. And what does he mean "final"? Why are we here? Growing very sick and irritated as a result of all these questions, Eli spoke up, "What is all this? Where are we going?"

Mordai knew that there was some sort of magic at work here that even he could not comprehend. If he did not understand it he had learned from experience to just go along with it. So, as the voice of Randeruck had asked he made his way to the fortress door to hopefully get some answers.

As the booming voice receded Jace took a good look at his surroundings. He was pleasantly surprised to see that, what he assumed to be the fortress, just a half mile off. He crouched down next Karna, scratching at the soft fur along her chest. There was a low grumbling almost like the purring of a cat but deeper that resonated from her. "You can follow me if you'd like" Jace spoke quietly to the big cat. He then stood and started his short trek to the fortress.

Hearing Eli's question Randeruck decides to just speak to him on on one he raises a finger and draws out the words "Do not fear nothing evil is going in here, please just go to the fortress door and I will explain everything to everyone." As he does this the words form in front of Eli to read

Mathaeon made his way to the large fortress door. The soft breeze of the ocean appealed to his senses. It reminded him of his brother. They frequently visited the beach when they were children.

 

[Randeruck]

Randeruck sees all four of his chosen at the front door. "Open" he commands. The doors swing open revealing a young man, no more then 20 stepping through them. "Welcome everyone. I am Randeruck, I sent out those doors to you and I am quite glad to see you all come through to them. I bet all of you have questions so lets start with those." @EnderSlayer@ The Cobalt Killer @Robertaka123 @Branden2396

Mordai saw the man and the others, there was some varying among them in age and looks. Keeping to himself he decided to wait and let the others ask first as they probably all had the same questions.

"Mind explaining why I- We are all here? What could you possibly need with the four of us?" Jace asked, seeing as no one else was stepping forward with their questions.

 

[Randeruck]

"You have been chosen to be the new recruits of this guild, we do not take on the easy quest, we take on the ones that truly matter. That being said only the best of the best be chosen, and on top of that the you guys will work the best with eachother. Since you are new to the guild as well I have chosen you a leader from one of out more experienced member."
