Kou chuckled as he jogged after her. "So Miss Independent what is your name?" He asked walking next to her and waving at some students. Some girls some guys even a couple teachers. He liked being social so this girl was super fun to talk with because it seemed like she was having a hard time keeping her 'biker chick' image

"Ka... Wait... Why do you want to know? It's none of your business anyways." She said while pushing past some short 3rd years and 4th years. Kanata had always felt like an outcast because of her height and how people older than her would always whisper about it behind her back. It made her upset but she didn't show it while she was around other people.

Sasha got ready for another day and headed off to school leaving his empty house once again. Sasha had finished all his work and got his studying done so he was ready for whatever there was to come. He walked in to see Kira sleeping on her desk again, he smiled and leaned down by her ear "it's time to wake up honey" he said jokingly and poked her head lightly. He say down on his seat and readied himself for class.

"Um let's see obviously I'm trying to get to know you better" He said placing a hand on his forehead. "You know if we are to be friends you are going to stop acting like you want to beat the crap out of anyone that looks at you" Kou advised and placed a hand on her shoulder, pulling her to the side as five people walked through carrying a large project.

"I wasn't sleeping!" Kira said as she nearly jumped out of her seat. She saw Sasha and just rolled her eyes jokingly. "Well good morning Mr. Handsome, how are you on this lovely morning?" She asked in a fake accent.

"Whatever. If you try to get to know me then you'll regret it in the end..." She looked for her classroom and saw some more short girls in her year stare at her in fear. "What are you looking at?" She muttered to a few of them. "It's.... Not an act."

"Well everything was going well I woke up great walk was good then I got to wake a pretty girl up from her slumber, it was especially great when I heard what you were mumbling in your sleep" Sasha said laughing. Kira wasn't saying anything but he wanted to see if she'd take the bait.

Haruka wrapped his arms around Mahiro and smiled brightly as the pictures were taken. There was a different facial expression and filter for each photo. Once they were done Haruka stepped out and took the printed pictures and laughed.


"Look at what we're wearing!" he said excitedly as he looked over at the different clothes.


"And like always I'm obviously better dressed than you" he chuckled before pointing at the pictures. He stared for a moment before he remembered.


"Oh yeah since there are four photos, I'll give you two and I'll take two" he said as he looked over at the lake. By the lake there seemed to be free boat rides that the circus held annually.

"Alright so first off you need to stop pushing me away! Okay so I shall introduce myself. I am Kou Yoshida. Your turn" Kou said slightly apologizing to the poor first years. They looked like they saw someone being killed. You see Kou was very different sometimes. Since he was ALWAYS on top of his grades he really only had free time. So he was hanging out in one of the first year classes with Miss Biker.

"Wait what did I say?" She asked looking at him. "Wait..I bet I was talking about that pound cake again. Yup that makes sense" Kira said nodding as she looked at him with a small smile. Her hair was in two braids and her bangs weren't clipped back. She also was wearing some bracelets as well because her parents had brought them home from India and Africa.

"Fine... Kanata... And that's all I'm giving you." She walked into her class and everyone sat down as she stomped into the room. They only did that because they were scared of her, although a few boys stared at her lovingly from the back of the class.

Kou just laughed and shoved his hands in his pocket. "Alrighty Kana I'll see you later!" He said waving and some girls watched him go because well he was in some popular magazines and worked at a very nice café. All in all he was pretty attractive. Though he was having a hard time finding a girl he even liked.

Stepping out of the photobooth he looked over at the pictures with Haruka. He smirked at them, they looked odd in his opinion, seemingly wearing old Victorian clothes, but Haruka was right he was better suited for it. That didn't stop him from rolling his eyes at him.


Mahiro took his two pictures and placed them in his wallet as he gazes over to what Haruka was looking at.


'The lake?" He said with a brow raised as he noticed the boat ridea. @Cami

"Bye..." Kanata couldn't tell if she had feelings for him or not, but she decided to not let it get to her as she only met him yesterday. She slammed her head on the desk and fell asleep.

“They’re giving free boat rides, it’s the time of year where the lake is warm and the lights are up” he gazed into the water. For a moment he was silent, not really paying attention to anything around him. He wondered what it would be like to just be calm like that for a while.


Rihito and Kei would want to see this.


“Do you…” he murmured before looking at the ground, he didn’t really want to be a burden but he thought he might as well ask. “Want to go?” he asked looking up.

Mahiro slowly blinked as his bright blue eyes observed Haruka, he still seemed off like he been earlier at school. I'll ask him later, Mahiro thought as he glanced toward the lake, it really was a sight to behold, especially with the bustling city lights reflecting off the water. He looked back at Haruka and smiled.


"Sure, let's go." Mahiro replied as he took a hold of Haruka's hand and led him as he walked over to the lake shore where the boats were available. The line wasn't long since the boat rides had just started and it was long until it was there turn.

The bell rang for her next class and she woke up because of it. "I'm not gonna go to class... I'll ditch and go to the roof for some fresh air..." Kanata pushed past small people and walked up the stairs to get to the roof.

By the time it was their turn Haruka was nervous. He forgot about his fear of large bodies of water, not only that but the weird fear of ducks he developed. Though he wouldn't tell Mahiro that, he would laugh at him. It would be so embarrassing.


The man over by the docks secured the life jackets over their heads and brought a boat for them. Since it was reaching the time, he gave them lamps in case they got lost or so they could easily be spotted. Haruka got in nervously and handed Mahiro a paddle.


"Erm... So do we just, move these things in the water?" he asked.

"Hmm if that's what you think you said will go with that" Sasha said shrugging not dropping the act. He leaned back in his seat and looked up to see Kira's face, "by the way your hair looks great" he said giving a thumbs up.

Securing his life jacket, he carefully stepped onto the boat and took his seat across from Harula. Grabbing the paddle from Haruka he smiled, "I'm guessing you have never used a paddle on a boat?" Mahiro asked as he dipped his paddle into the water. "Just use your paddle on the opposite side and then we row at the same time and we'll go forward." Mahiro explained as he slowly began to row.


"We can row for a bit then just let the boat drift once we get farther out, okay?"
