Realistic or Modern The Daily Lives of Toyko Teens

(Too intense. X.X)

Haru's eyes widened as Haruka's fingers touched hers. She concluded that this she Haruka had spoken about was a mother; his mother. She squeezed Haruka's hands, hoping that it would be a gesture of comfort. "But you're not alone," she said quietly. "You have us. I know I might not be a nice person to be around, but there are people around you who care about you." She looked to Mahiro as an example.

When Haruka laughed sheepishly, announcing that the second half of the concert was about to start, she drew back. "You don't have to perform if you don't want to," she said, catching his discomfort.

Haruka looked back at Mahiro and nodded.

"Mm, I can perform" he said as he turned around and headed towards the stage. He breathed deeply as he stood on the stage and waved at all the people in the audience. Truthfully he planned the last couple of songs to have the most impact of them all so when he sat on the chair he played away. He played songs with distance that weren't as sweet but more nostalgic and more sensitive.

At the very last song he found himself singing. It was a song he intended to have lyrics but wasn't really planning to perform. Not until now.

When he was done he stood up but froze when the audience was silent. He felt he was going to panic before they started clapping slowly one by one and found himself smiling. The curtains lowered and he went backstage to his dresser.

Hana woke up and put the cake in a box with ribbon on it. She put on some clothes and rode her bike all the way to the theatre, and went to the back door. "Um........ I have a delivery for someone..." She said in a lowered 'manly' voice looking at her feet in embarrassment while holding the cake in her hands.

Mahiro nodded as he watched Haruka went back to perform. He stayed with Haru and listened to the rest of the show from backstage. He smiled as he sung the last one. I'm sure he'll be fine, he thought with a smile.

When the show ended he looked over to Haru, "Let's get Haruka then go out to eat." He said.

(I GOT GRAPES. *v*)

Haru smiled as Haruka performed. His mood seemed to improve a bit. By the end of the song, she was very happy. At the mention of food, she nearly raced onto the stage to grab Haruka so they could eat, but she restrained herself. "Okay," she replied instead.

Taro looked at the girl "Ticket and or name." Taro says grumpily looking at her, he had never seen her before so he had no idea who she was or ever if she was friends with Harukas but he questioned why she had a cake. Taro looked around and questioned why she would be there with no backstage pass or something but this was not a rock concert so that idea was invalid.

"Um... Well...." Hana just kept looking at her feet. She didn't like lying to other people, so she obviously couldn't..... (@BlackJack)

Haruka was smiling at the backstage area. In his hands was a bouquet of flowers with a note inside which he had already opened up. His eyes lit up in happiness as he laughed gently.

"From my number one fan, huh?" He asked as he shook his head. He held the old note in his hand and threw it in the bin as he held the new one.

"Not exactly mum, but I got second best" he said cheerily. He placed down the note that read:

With lots of love, Rihito.

"Should we go?" He asked as he took both Haru's and Mahiro's hand after placing the note inside his pocket. He laughed as he ran.

"Hurry! The cafe might be closed if we're late!" He yelled.

Sorry spaced
Mahiro smiled at Haruka's lightened mood, he knew that he was going to be okay. He let himself be pulled of again by Haruka with Haru as they made his way outside.
