Fantasy The Break of Dawn - The Four Elements Sequel (OPEN TO ALL)

Irene pushed through the crowd of people, making her way out before stopping hearing her named being called by a voice she missed the most. "Thea?" She said walking up to her with a grin on her face. "Well aren't you a sight for sore eyes." She had the urge to embrace her but instead she kept her cool.

"Same to you, Irene." Thea smiles back at her with a relieved expression on her face. At least she was doing well. She also had the urge to give her a hug, but thought it wasn't the appropriate place to do so. "I'm hearing word of a festival tonight. It sounds fun, you should go with me." Thea offered. "I can't wait to see the others honestly." She wanted to add though Irene was the one she really wanted to find, but kept that to herself. "I can tell you haven't changed."

Moon pulled his glasses off and rubbed his eyes. He had found loads of medicinal books, and been there for hours, scribbling notes and marking things on his map. After Aria had left he had felt quite silly, he wasn't that great with people, his memory was better suited for plants than for names. He stood up and started to put away the stack of books he had accumulated. It was time to leave, and he was hungry.

Luckily he left the academy without getting lost and soon found himself wandering the marketplace.

(Sorry about the MIA, I got caught up with some transcribing I've been doing which is endlessly frustrating and fun at the same time. xD )

"Oh that explains the decor around here. I didn't really here about it until now." She said honestly, she looked around at everything before looking back at Thea. "Well I guess I could accompany you for a while, might be nice actually" 'she liked the fact that could be her excuse to be with Thea hopefully it won't be awkward. she laughed at her response to her remaining the same after all those year saying jokily. "Well that's true but compared to me ,you changed a lot, you seem a lot more...dull." She grin got wider as she added. "But your smile stayed the same."

Even a small walk through the streets disgusted Aeson. What weak, pathetic people you bunch are, he thought to himself. Today was unusual though, even though Aeson expected the streets to be extremely busy, especially at this time of day, there were a lot more than usual. Is there a festival happening or something? He thoughts as he slowly strolls through the city, letting off angry glares at any beggars he happens to stumble upon.

Satsuki flew past through the narrow alley ways of the kingdom, past the turrets and shops and slums. Gathering speed, she zipped above guards and beggars and merchants, a purple blur that disappeared as fast as it appeared. She could sense the presence of the guards trailing her closely. She didn't need protection. But she couldn't be bothered to kill them now. Not while she had to catch up to the blonde girl. Not when there was shortcake and rows of slaves waiting for her back at the palace.
She came to a speedy halt right behind the city gates, but could see no spots of orange amidst the black and grey. Anger, fury, rage bubbled within her. Even though she had flown at the fastest speed possible, she'd still missed the stupid blonde girl. She looked around, watching out for someone she could take out her anger on. From the corner of her eyes, she could see her guards slowly back away.

Just below her, she spotted a man, probably the gate keeper, hovering in the air. Tendrils of black smoke rose and coiled around him. Grabbing him by the throat, she lifted him up into the air. "
Find that girl," said Satsuki, smiling the most sickly sweet smile imaginable. "Or I will kill you." She dropped him to the ground, and said, "You know, the blonde one who just left. Keep an eye on her, tell me her location, I need to know everything." With that, she turned around and flew back to her palace, back to her shortcakes and decapitated slaves.
The Demon looked after the general who'd just cought him by his throat then left: ''I am not your puppy dearie, the keeper never leaves his gate'' he stood back up again floating, an aura of madness and dark flames surrounding him. Lucifer's grin stayed on his face, his eyes now crimson red he leaned against the gate: ''you have minions to look for your precious girl, don't you think that if a demon like me walked amongst the filthy people of the elemental kingdom he will get dirty by their air'' a disgusted look now glistened in his eyes as he continued: ''plus it would rather be dramatic for them to see a four thousand years old legend like me'' he ran his fingers through his long black hair ever so dramatically and spoke more seriously now: ''the day I get up there would be the day chaos befalls their lands, they'll run away in fear and terror, you want that day to be in your favor General, you want it to be the day you take control of both worlds, not some random day solely because you want to find the blondie" Lucifer's grin return to his face then he yawned as the general flew away

Zen sat on top of a huge earth pillar within an airborne air temple, meditating. He's come a long way sense the last two years his been training with the monks ever since the band went there separate ways. In his time he climbed to the ranks as a monk to the point he became a master monk. Teaching others along side other masters.

Zen opened his eyes feeling the urge to free-fall. He got up and jumped off the pillar. As he jumped the pillar collapsed to the ground of the temple. Zen was free fall all the way to the ground beneath the temple. He felt good free-falling. He closed his eyes and thought about the good times with his master. A tear fell. He continued free-falling moving on to the time he was in the prison with Aria the air Kingdom general, now taking the job of something very different. His next thought was the time Aria and he escaped prison. He met new people, but wasn't very close to them.

He opened his eyes a couple of feet above the ground. He threw his sword into the ground causing the ground to turn into mud. As the sword stayed in the ground, the mud began swirling into the air forming a big whirlpool. Zen dived into the whirlpool following the current all the way towards the ground, where he pops out whirlpool. Zen was covered in mud, but it wasn't for long. He used his earth bending skills to take the mud off of him. He began walking forward as he stuck his hand out as the sword came into his hand. He then placed it in its sheath.

Thea was pretty happy that she said yes, and rolls her eyes at her response. "Dull was what I was not expecting." She slightly blushed at what she said about her smile, and looked away quickly. "I never thought the kingdom would look this amazing." She was happy that peace still remained, but a thought boggled her mind. "Did you hear about the Shadow Kingdom?" Thea glanced over at Irene. "Shadow realm being opened and that sort of things."

"Oh, no no no. I have to go do something I'm sorry Kai! I mean, Tai! Sorry!" She got up quickly and took her staff as she looked around for an individual. I'm dead, dead, dead. I was suppose to give this to him since morning time! Clara saw him a distance away, and took a breath before walking up to him as brave as possible. "General, uh, sir. Here is the patrol report you requested." Four hours ago...she added inside of her head as she held out her hand with the document.

Natalia looked at her bewildered. "Not until now. Why the hell would it open after all these years?" She asked. She felt a man push her shoulder before she turned back saying. "Hey! watch where you going!" She took a second to look at the man. He was well dressed with her white hair groomed as if he was going to a special occasion. She rolled her eyes before looking back at Thea.

“Mr.Os!, Mr.Os! I made you a drawing!” An excited young girl came skipping up to him with a paper in her hands. She looked to be around 6 years old and had quite the energetic personality. The man smiled and leaned down when the little girl approached, holding out his hand when she handed him the piece of paper. Lets see—“ He turned the paper around and released some chuckles when he saw the little picture that the girl had drawn:

it_is_piers_by_chihoriko.png

Now that’s quite some talent!” He exclaimed, ruffling her hairs which made her giggle. “I’ll hang it up with the others, Ok?” With a nod, the little girl skipped back to her desk and joined her group of friends who were doing the activity that Isaac had assigned them. The man stood and walked over to a bulletin board that was full of drawings—Some for him, and some from previous homework assignments. Today, he had been asked to teach the younger kids in the academy…It was quite a change since Isaac was always used to working with the teens. But he had to admit, kids were adorable. They weren’t as hot headed and they actually payed attention during some of his lectures. Learning how to use your abilities didn’t always involve physical training!

Though the class was soon over, and he stayed there until the parents came to pick up their children. Thankfully he didn’t have to wait long so the man soon left the empty classroom.

Yawn….

Well, he was done for the day. Unless he got assigned to another class of course. Though it was still quite early and the yellow eyed man didn’t feel like going home quite yet. He might actually stick around and see what else he could help with. Its been only about a week since he moved here, so Isaac was quite new. Maybe it was time to actually walk around and see if he could meet some of the other professors. “Oh—

He came to a stop after his eyes caught a familiar figure…What was her name…Ariana? Akila? Abelice? Oh right, Aria. Aria. He stopped once his eyes caught Miss Aria walking about in the courtyard. She was one of the few people that he first met when he came to the academy. After all, she was a fellow Air wielder just like him. Though of course, he never got around to even having a conversation past introductions… “Why hello there, Miss Aria!” Isaac flashed her a cheerful smile, raising his hand in greeting as the man approached. “Wonderful day right!?” He stopped once he was standing beside her and placed his hands on his hips, “I just finished my morning class—Ya know if there is anything else I can help around here? Being new and all, im quite lost. Ahaha!” He barked a brief laugh before glancing down at her again, “Ain’t want anybody calling me lazy, y’know?”

Aeson turns around towards the source of the voice before frowning heavily at the sight of the girl.

"I asked for this hours ago." He growls, as he snatched the document from her hands, then violently ripping open the seal and inspecting it's content; this seems to anger him even more. His eye brows curled up, and his hands clenched around the piece of paper, crushing the report into a small ball within his palms.

"Any excuses?" Aeson's eyes shifted towards Clara as he growls his question at her.

Raising her eyes from untangling some decorations that she was going to use for the festival, the young general looked at the yellow eyed new professor who came to the academy. Some people had this awkward funny aura around them that made people lighten up, he was one of them, plus she always liked people with light personalities: ''Don't worry professor, I don't think anyone is going to call you lazy around here, I hear you are famous around the kids''she said with her kind smile as she tried to untangle more.

It was funny how she found it so easy to plan attacks and wage wars but was so lost when it came to festivals and decorations, she was already regretting not letting Lyra prepare for the festival. With a sigh she looked up again, her eyes matching his yellow ones in width with the difference of the crimson color:
''I would really appreciate it if you'd be willing to help me with the decorations'' she said raising the tangled decorations desperately as she chuckled at her own confused state.

Moon's wandering took him to the guard's headquarters, he paused for a bit wondering if Clara was in, and then shrugged off the idea of going to ask for her. It wasn't like they were actually friends, they barely knew each other's names. He thought for a bit, actually, had he even given Clara his name? He couldn't remember, he hoped that she didn't think he was rude for rushing off before.

"I...ah..." Forgot. Clara watched him open the report, her hands behind her back as she braced for this worse. What was this? The sixth time she had done this? She mentally hit herself as she watched him read the report with anger. Why does this always happen to me, she sulked as she watched him crumble the hard written report she had done. It was one of her best, well, she thought it was.

"Ah...no sir. My fault." Clara answered him. She was surprised thay she wasn't even expelled from her job. It was probably only since she was actually good at something----her ice abilities. She waited for him to dismiss her, praying to the elemental gods that she'll get out of this alive.

Ah! But of course!” He exclaimed, quickly snatching up the other end of the tangled mess. They were a bunch of lights that he guessed she was going to hang around the courtyard. “Remind me whats this festival about?” He asked, now concentrated into untying the wires and separating them while she worked on the other side. Being a foreigner around people from the kingdoms also didn’t help when it came to their cultures, festivals or traditions. Kaiator was always its own separated society—They didn’t even use the same currency as any of the kingdoms. Isaac invited her to sit down at one of the benches, so it could be easier for them to separate the mess.

"Err, sorry, I was just wondering if someone named Clara was here?" Moon timidly asked the group of guards who were either just coming in or going out. It was an insane idea, what was he doing here, asking for a stranger? The truth was, Moon was bored, and maybe a little lonely. Clara had seemed nice, maybe she would show him around the city.

The guards regarded the green haired male with slight hint of annoyance. "What's it to you?"

"I was just wondering if I could talk to her." Moon hastily replied. "But it seems you're busy, so I'll just go."

Thea shook her head. "I have no idea either." She looked at the man with the white hair, and frowned. "Well this kingdom is quite the school of fish," she mumbled as she watched a group of strange individuals walk past. Thea looked back at Irene, "It seems like nothing happened at all though."

Irene laughed "you can say that again." Irene decided to explore a bit since she was here til the festival ended anyways. She let out arm towards Thea with a smirk on her. "Shall we?'

The young general sat at the bench and untied more of the lights: ''It's just to help everyone get together, and show off what the students have learned, it's nothing major really'' she shrugged, now that the lights were done she felt better. With a flick of he wrist the lights started flying then going around trees in a pretty way, Aria used her fire bending to keep the little light balls burning, the young air general then made tiny light balls float in mid air mimicking stars in the midst of noon, she lit all the lighters with a snap of her finger and made a gentle breeze raise them stopping in mid air until evening when she'd actually allow them to float high. ''now''Aria put her hands on her hips and asked almost lost in thought: ''what else do people do to decorate for festivals'' she looked around looking for some inspiration

Isaac’s mouth made a little ‘o’ as he watched the little show that the young woman made when the lights were finally untangled. The man always admired people who could control two elements. Of course, that wasn’t his case—Perhaps he was weak minded? Either way, he couldn’t help but to clap for a few seconds after she was done, giving her a smile, “Quite impressive! Bra-vo~” He chuckled, standing up as well as he stared at the little floating lights. Fire and wind did combine beautifully in his opinion…Though fire bending was something Isaac was far from interested in learning about. Nah, correction, he wasn’t really interested in learning another element. The people of Kaiator had always been Air adapters and he wanted to keep it that way. Of course, maybe his children were going to wield something else entirely with the whole mixed-elements-living-in-a-same-kingdom thing…Who knows in deed.

Well…” The wind professor tapped his chin as he thought about what the woman commented. “Why don’t we set up some chairs? Im sure many people are going to be interested in watching our student’s progress, don’t you think?” He asked, crossing his arms. He still wasn’t sure how casual this festival was going to be but…well, festivals in Kaiator always had food…”Or maybe we could get some tables and set up some snacks? Im sure kids would love that too” Isaac suggested. The man was already having fun, and you could see it in his features.

The guards hadn't been as bad as Moon had expected, they had promised to let Clara know that Moon had been looking to talk to her, Moon once again found himself wandering outside. He came to an area which seemed to be undergoing the process of decoration. He spotted Aria carefully placing lights in the trees.

"Hey, Miss Aria, what's the decoration for?"

The smile on the young general widened as she listened to the new professor's idea: 'food! yes of course! how could I not have thought about it''Aria tapped her forehead with the tips of her fingers lightly, this was actually going to be a good festival. She was going going to tell the teachers to start organizing the chair and then go to town in order to get the snacks, then there was the final preparation to what the students were going to demonstrate: ''can I count on you to get the snacks while I deal with the others?" the young general asked the yellow eyed professor then turned at Moon smiling: ''I hope you found what you needed in the library Moon, this is evening there is going to be a festival, your welcome to join if you like"
