Sasha looked over her shoulder at Chris, before going back to her drink. "Just waiting to get our next order of business underway. Ordered a whole bunch of new toys that should come in handy later on down the road."


She wasn't exactly sure of their destination but seeing as they hadn't really gone too far she wondered if it was going to end up being near Triton. Triton was a cesspool of politicians, the overprivileged, and baddies who thought they were on top of the world, which meant a lot of money, corruption and security. Not really the place you'd go to vacation with a crew of wanted persons, but as anyone could tell you, things are never as easy are simple as you wish they were. Sasha hoped that wasn't their destination, she had a couple of jobs there before and although she didn't cause major destruction to the city itself, she did leave a nice body count. Reflecting on the events she cleared her conscious of wrongdoing on those events though, because it was one of her comrades who had tripped a silent alarm and brought on the heavy hitters of the security team. It wasn't the most pleasant of scenes, and she has a few permanent reminders of her close run-ins do to slip-ups...mostly do to someone else's haste.

Chris put a hand to his chin. "I still think it's too soon..." he paused for a bit and then pointed a thumb to Sasha. "Ask your mother." he said with a grin. Flopping down on the couch he eyed her. "You -bought- new toys? As in legally? I don't believe it angel."

He groaned. "Come on! Everyone else gets to go! I've been handling guns since I was thirteen! The ship's not gonna miss me! Besides, there's nothing to do here." He crossed his arms, annoyed, and plopped into a chair.

Sasha grinned. "I don't see what the big deal is, but it'll be the Captain's call on that one," she smirked at Chris. "I legally purchased a few new things from a few illegal vendors...that's as legit as it gets!" she smiled as she reviewed her selections. "Got to have the proper firepower if we're gonna go around starting fire-fights and killing. Plus, after a few unfortunate events that eventually led to my, obviously wrongful, confinement, I need to restock."

 

[Zalban]

Chris laughed. "Well there it is kiddo, Cap'ns choice." he shifted his view back to Sasha and cocked his head. "C'mon now I read the reports, did some investigating on my own too. You have more right to be incarcerated than anyone here even sarcasm doesn't shake waht you've done." he shrugged and stood, walking over to the sink to pour a glass of water.

She laid her head back against the couch staring at the ceiling. "We can't all live by the rules...where would the fun in that be, and how else do you expect to have a good time if you're always living inside a cage," she chugged the rest of her drink, "Just need some recoil dampeners and a few other little pieces to make the punching power a bit stronger and I'll be set!" she smiled as she thought about all the things that had led up to this moment.

(Actually pleased your back. I wonder if Dee is still active...) 
Thrace's nose wrinkled, and he made a face as he turned to look at his captain, it took him nearly a full minute to respond.


"Wha... what's our destination then Captain?" He said with a slight stutter.


He was honestly shocked at the man's transformation. Thrace waved at him, covering his nose the face worsening, "Just tell me and get out of my cockpit, God's that stuff reeks! I've heard of being formal but by the gods that is horrible."


Thrace had never liked cologne, he'd never minded perfumes on a woman, but he had always disliked the awful smell of cologne or the awful musk his uncle would wear sometimes, and Devon's cologne was no exception to this category.

Tasha awoke with a jolt, breathing heavily and quickly. She shivered and checked her watch. She'd only slept for a few hours. Typical.


Shivering, Tasha climbed out of her bed, and slung a blanket around her shoulders. She walked slowly out to where everybody was, plopped down on a chair, curled her knees up to her chest and gazed around with a grumpy look on her face.

"Hey." the ginger boy muttered, flashing his hand in a wave at the girl as she entered the room. He hadn't seen her in a while, and was glad she was back. "Where have you been?" he asked, smirking a little. He could tell she was a bit grumpy, so he didn't try to throw too many questions at her. Besides, she had just woken up, and she was probably still tired.

Chris glanced towards Tasha and gave a half wave. "Welcome back to the galaxy of the living kiddo."

Sasha turns her head and give Tasha a little nod and a smile, "Hey there, doc. Nice of you to join us."

 

[Yang]

Tasha half nodded, struggling to keep her eyes open. "Sleeping. Woke up."


She yawned and waved to Thrace. "Hi."

 

[Zalban]

Chris chuckled. "Looks like you're still mostly asleep yeah?"

 

[Kazanna]

Thrace waved back to Tasha, he was still in the cockpit. It had, as was appropriate, become his new residence. He wouldn't take a bunk, and he wouldn't have many personal effects, at most a box stashed somewhere on the ship if anything. But for now, he was without much besides the clothes on his back.

 

[Yang]

Tasha's eyelids drooped, and she nodded slowly. "I dunno how you guys do it. I mean, I get more sleep than you, and you're still up and about without a complaint!"

 

[Kazanna]

Thrace looked to Tasha, shrugging, "Military training here, Probably similar for the rest of them." He went over the continued diagnostics of the ship, and adjusted the various settings on the ship, keeping them stable and other various functions required by the pilot. He sighed and said aloud, "Captain, Destination?"

Tin glanced at the girl, shrugging. "I don't really sleep much anyway..." he muttered. "So I'm used to maybe a few hours or so at a time. I mean, sure, a few more would be great, but I try to make up for 'em during the day when there's no one around." As Thrace turned expectantly to the captain, the kid did too, his leg bouncing absentmindedly. He was itching to get out of this ship.
