With Paula I’m unsure of her but I know how it will affect Pokey.

I think Cyan will be either rage or sorrow because of what Gestahl and Kefka did.

I really want people to get creative with the effects of the Pillars. There can be more than one way that a Pillar of Destruction can affect someone. For some examples, the Pillar of Ego might make one arrogant and reckless, or it could make a character lazy and apathetic, or it could force a person to face their greatest shames and disappointments. There could be a build up, like with Mythra, or a character could be slapped right in the face with its effects. There isn't really a "wrong" answer here. The Pillars of Destruction do NOT want to be taken from their hiding spots so they're doing what they can to drive away looters.

Fear could make a person face their biggest fears, or it could expose their doubts and insecurities, or force them to relive their traumas.

It's possible for a person to become so corrupted by a Pillar of Destruction that they essentially become a physical manifestation of fear, sorrow, anger, hubris, or death! When this happens, they can wield a bit of the destructive powers of Crazy Hand, but it comes at the cost of their sanity. Most victims usually die or leave the area of the Pillar's influence before that happens. I plan to demonstrate this type of corruption later in the RP.
I will definitely need to keep this in mind if any of my other characters come in contact with other pillars of destruction! I love to get creative with how to toy with characters psyches in this kind of sense. Helps give background on characters in a unique way and explains characters in case someone isn’t overly familiar with them already

Also an added bonus- being able to use some of my favorite emotional music for stuff like this! The song I used on Mythra’s post is one of my favorite Xenoblade tracks and I was so excited to have a chance to use it

I’ve been listening to the Resident Evil 1 Remake OST for the Ghost Ship to help me get into the spooky mindset, even if my posts really aren’t that horror-filled.

Fortunately for Mythra, there is a war veteran in the group that might be able to help her!

Dgskfjskf idk but for some reason I’m at my best when it comes to spitting posts out whenever I’m waiting for my next class to start but anyways badda bing, here’s a quick zel post!

Random little thought, but I had the amusing idea of one (or maybe more) of the others realizing Joker uses a fake gun and pointing it out while also becoming confused how he even makes it work like an actual gun. Joker of course doesn't like to spoil his secrets lol

It actually isn't Joker's own belief, but rather the general belief of others. Because his gun looks real, others would anticipate it to function as one, thus it does work. Basically the general belief dictates whether or not his own weapon works so unless the general public all the sudden decides guns don't work for whatever reason, then Joker has free use over his weapon (which is also why nobody will ever see him reload either lmao)

Will it be alright if Jeff stays behind and helps Pit and Mythra..? I can’t think of anything else..

Whatever you think Jeff would do, feel free to have him do it

Also just a small reminder not to forget Pokey needs a post ^^

Do what you think Jeff would do, though I don't know what he could do to help Pit with Mythra. Having Jeff talk to her while Pit is trying to get her to focus on him might not be of much help. Jeff could talk to Toon Link and ask him about his Triforce piece? He could help Toon Link keep an eye out for danger until Mythra has recovered. There are rooms Jeff could visit. There's a galley, a carpenter's room, an infirmary, and a livestock hold on the orlop deck.

Joker's equipment works on Ork logic then! I love it!

Joker doesn't believe in reloading lol

Was planning on having Jeff ask about the triforce help Link with whatever just wasn’t sure. Hmm I doubt Toon Link knows anyone who could help him find materials for his broken bazooka

I don’t know anything about ork logic but I’ll take your word on it

It’s less that he doesn’t believe in it and more like he doesn’t have to do it lol

I guess to an extent that applies. Cognitive shenanigans are generally just what the public believes so it’s what Joker has to deal with in the metaverse (and in Smash since it must have hints of the metaverse given Joker has a persona in the Smash Realm)

For my post I debated with myself on whether or not it's reasonable and in-character for Pit to know what to do in regards to a PTSD flashback attack. In the end, I decided, "Meh, why not?" He's an army commander and a veteran warrior, so he's seen some shit. An angel guides and protects, and that's pretty much what he's trying to do with Mythra, and he's consistently shown in Uprising to be very kind and compassionate. I can see Palutena having to help Pit out from similar situations and he may have learned from her. Why not?
