My friends! A pertinent question for you all.
I'm starting to feel sorry for our lovely Sith Warlords.

Well, I have given the sith such small forces. And they have a galaxy to conquer.
The one Sith forces, even in disarray, are by no sense meek. They had conquered the galaxy after all.
What I give to the sith will have to be split.
I'm thinking about doubling or tripling the Warlords fleet power. And giving them full hangars of fighters and the appropriate number of soldiers based on their focus.
This will give you room to split your forces and still be a challenge.
Furthermore, with the tier system, having exact numbers is not all that needed. But instead a reference as to what you can send to do your bidding.

Speaking of space warfare how are we going to handle possible large scale battles and/or planetary invasions?

Thematically.
The battle itself will be a backdrop for the characters involved. You do not have to describe every detail of the battle. But you may say things you want to have happen, like certain points of invasion.
When it comes to fleet to fleet combat between players... the rule of tiers still stands. Sort it out between yourselves who wins.
You can take control of pilots or squadrons, or govern from the bridge. Or both. Have your warships open fire, make strategic formations.
Dole out damage and take losses. Force the other player into retreat.
Invasions are much the same. Order bombardments and drop ships. Order your strategies. Watch from space as your turbolasers blast the planet surface, or board a drop ship and lead the charge yourself.
Imagine the "camera" as always coming back to your character as they are the focus. The devastation and battles are the scene. Created by you, and written by me unless you would like to have it go a specific way and want to write it yourself.

Your starfighter capacity if your ships is approximately 50%
You have all the landing shuttles you need and have a notable number of land vehicles of war and transport.
You have a fair number of Mandolorian clans under your belt. Enough to be a very fearsome invader should they all land planetside.

It would of been taken when they were younger and at the jedi temple then put back a few days later to avoid getting in trouble, more for back story use.
