• Aeryn felt out of place in the hall, where most people were socialising. "Drew." She said, having to repeat herself a fair few times to get her heard. "I want to find out where our dorm is, okay? I think we're sharing one, seeing as we were only sent one letter for the pair of us."
  
  
  Aeryn knew Drew would never leave the masses of people, and so she slipped away. It's not like she couldn't be seen disappearing, she was quite tall after all. She saw a couple of people over by the DJ desk who looked like they knew what they were doing around here, so she headed towards them. Her real purpose for actually doing this is she wanted to know where her dorm was so she could sit and write more musical spells, as well as locate the library and her dorms' distance from it.
  
  
  Aeryn was nervous, never normally initiating conversation. She decided she wasn't going to start that day, and turned around. Why am I so awkward? Drew would have been so proud of me. Aeryn sighed before she could get out of earshot of the other two, and cursed herself mentally.
• Drew was right at home, wandering round and looking at everything. She had initiated conversations with random students she had met, determined to have friends before school even started. It took a few moments before she realised Aeryn was talking to her. "You alright?" She looked at her sister concerned, and was reassured by the swift nod and the words that followed.
  
  
  "I want to find out where our dorm is, okay?"
  
  
  Drew nodded, and waited for Aeryn to finish talking. "That's okay, just let me know when you find out? Use one of your ways. Did you master that telepathy spell yet?" Getting a nod for the first question and a shake of the head for the second, Drew smiled at her taller twin. "Enjoy yourself Aeryn. Don't waste away in your books this year, okay? And don't think about doing that with your music either." Drew grinned from ear to ear as she watched the elf walk off.

Ashley slithered down the hallways hoping that at least one of 2 things doesn't happen today. One being that she doesn't trip into someone accidentally and the other being nobody steps on her accidentally...or on purpose. Either way she planned to attack whoever did so, but school rules said not to. She didn't like not being able to use violence, her words usually ended up turning against her. She didn't notice much about the people at the school until 2 girls caught her eye.


They looked..not ugly but they were obviously less pretty than Ashley, well in her mind anyway. But they were twins, or maybe really close friends to be lookalikes. Either way, Ashley had never seen many twins before and usually people like that were very kind to other people. She stopped in her track and just stared at the two, wondering if the 2 would notice a 19 feet long scaly creature that was probably hideous to some eyes...

All sense of teasing fled Kaleb as his walls slammed back into place. His posture became rigid once more while he moved away from Echo "Not much to tell" he said in a flat voice "It was nice to meet you Echo but I need to finish" he added before he turned him back on her, bent over ane went back to setting up the sound system.


'What are you doing?!!! I actually like this girl, dont push her away!' His wolf howled angrily rattling the cage it was trapped behind.


'No, she doesnt need to know how screwed up I am.... its safer for her this way' he replied then tuned out his wolf as it howled and insulted him.

Echo looked down and frowned she hadn't meant to scare him away, "I'm sorry if i said something rude... If you need anything ill be around..."She said softly, her wolf growling at her,"Don't just run away! Try to talk some more!" She sent her and then Echo sent back, "No its obvious he doesn't want to talk now shut up and go away" Her wolf growled some more and Echos eyes shone a brilliant golden as her wolf got angry.

"So you're what people call a "vegetarian" vampire? That's good, not that I'd mind if you had the normal vampire diet but I kind of need a functioning circulatory system," April joked.


"So what are you doing hanging around here? I'm going out of a limb here and assuming you're lost like everyone else is," she guessed. She noticed Shinikin holding a piece of paper with her room number on it.


"206? My room number's 207! You're right down the hall from me, that's so cool. Ah but just so you know, it's best not to touch my doorknob because it has a protective spell on it and you'd do good not to ever know what it can do. I do have a doorbell right next to the door and it blasts all my favourite music. Come on, I'll take you to your room." This spell she used so much she had already memorized it so she recited it without referring to Noir, "Ma transporta la camera mea de camin!"

Shinikin smiled and followed April. " I am not a full pledged vampire until i suck a " humans " blood but i haven't had the slightest taste interest to a human. so i just stick to raw food and suck them dry like that" Shinikin said laughing a bit. Shinikin was feeling happy about someone to show her around or to her room she may have made a friend for once! Everyone she had met in her human school casted her out so her father had to make a necklace to keep her vampire form in tact but the necklace cant resist a full moon or the scent of blood ( any kind of blood).
