Psychie
Princess Psychie
That swarm thing sounds cool. I don't mind at all if you want to change your mind.

I appreciate the extra option.I'll find that character OCC and send it to you in a PM. It has some very nice things to it.
Thanks, Psychie! You've always been behind my character concepts whether you're the GM running the game or a fellow PC.That swarm thing sounds cool. I don't mind at all if you want to change your mind.
Of course. there is also no pressure for you to take this class. It may not appeal to you once you look over the details, so no stress on you.I appreciate the extra option.
Sherwood Could you also provide the Rifter magazine number? If I'm going to use Palladium's work, I want to pay for it by getting my own copy (PDF or physical). That's just the way I roll. =)I'll find that character OCC and send it to you in a PM. It has some very nice things to it.
I'll include that in the PM.Sherwood Could you also provide the Rifter magazine number? If I'm going to use Palladium's work, I want to pay for it by getting my own copy (PDF or physical). That's just the way I roll. =)
And a pretty bird to boot! Hah!PB: 100! PRETTY BIRD PRETTY BIRD!
Hmm. Maybe stealth isn't as required as I thought it was (I am thinking Skynet from Terminator movies 1 and 2). However, mobility still appears to be a must. Your characters appear to be mobile and I had probably best pick something that doesn't slow the group down.
That definitely leaves out Bombardier, Dreadnought, and the class Sherwood just showed me.
Preferably with a side dish and tracking, espionage, and clue-finding. Sounds like Vietnam's famed super-secret Special Forces MACV-SOG (whom I think very highly of).
But what O.C.C.?
Maybe I'll take a look at Sweeper (sounds like a self-sufficient explosives expert)? Since Sherwood allowed that?
Hmm again.
Sell me, man! I'm open to change.=)I think you are going about this a little backwards.
Yeah, I was looking into that one. I remember not being certain of how survivable they were when in a team. I also forget if they get living body armor or host. Probably living armor. If you want mobility, tracking, clue finding and espionage. I'd go deliveryman>

They don't seem to be combat-heavy, but that's the price you pay for being a scout, right? I'll read it again.
I remember liking those living bio-sheets they put on people to transport them. Uncomfortable as heck, but they won't blow your cover! Plus if I played one of those, maybe my little bird could get along with your big bird! Call yours Big Bird and call mine Woodstock? Ha ha!
Thanks for the feedback, Mirgris!
Hey Mirgris how does your Griffin have a 100 for its Pb? It only has a 3d4+6 on the roll.
Sherwood It says it right there in the description! He's a PRETTY BIRD! Seriously, I wondered that myself. Is this the part where I make a "give him a break; our stoner was stoned" joke? =)Hey Mirgris how does your Griffin have a 100 for its Pb? It only has a 3d4+6 on the roll.
Psychie I wouldn't be stepping on your toes if I did that? Playing a character who follows that code might be fun.Purr if you want to take a Dreadguard, there is enough diverse bio mods that will make your character unique. Why not look at that class?
Oh! Good to know! Thanks! They get host armor!
There are so many different ways to make each suit of host armor unique that all three of us could play Dreadguards and not overlap. They get a lot of bio-e points to work with, and I kinda feel that they are the Cyber Knights of the Splicers world with their code of conduct.Psychie I wouldn't be stepping on your toes if I did that? What do you like about the Dreadguard class, Psychie?
Lol ok. I can go with that!Because I'm not planning on any bird based seductions and he is a pretty bird.
Thank you for your perspective! I never thought of them that way but I can see how you see it. =)There are so many different ways to make each suit of host armor unique that all three of us could play Dreadguards and not overlap. If that's the case, I'm using the bird as cover! Just kidding! Ha ha!The bird is going to be at least half of the party combat capabilities. It will certainly be put to excellent use.
Sherwood, the answer to these questions will help me narrow things down.Sherwood It says it right there in the description! He's a PRETTY BIRD! Seriously, I wondered that myself. Is this the part where I make a "give him a break; our stoner was stoned" joke? =)

Bud, I think I'm in that stage where I'm really getting the gears turning for making a long-lasting character. This is fun!
Do we honestly need somebody who is well-versed in espionage or am I reading into the story too much again?
Mega-horses. Mirgris brings up a good point in that we have Mega-horses, but what how often will we have them? I don't imagine they're very good underground? Most real horses hate being underground last I heard. Maybe the Mega-horses are different?
How might playing a slow character like a Sweeper affect the game in general?
No that's a plan each wing is a few hundred MDC and takes only 25% damage, and it has enhanced regen, the bird is a flying tank.If that's the case, I'm using the bird as cover! Just kidding! Ha ha!
