For some reason, Rachelle is with them. "Oh, hey there Xenon, Miguel, Ms. Yuka said that she'll be the one to cook dinner for us." She said, followed by Ryutaro saying "Where did you two went?"​

“Went out for a walk. We happen to find Clair and Scientia and decided to see how they finish the bounty quests they've picked.” Xenon said.

"And how did that go?" Ryutaro asked.​

“Well....they sure wrapped up the quest they've took pretty quickly on their own. They even took turns letting one handle everything at some point. The demons dawning during the night probably wouldn't stand a chance against them at all.” Xenon answered,taking the seat on the left of Ruri's (while Rachelle was on her right).

"Well, they might be a bit too powerful than we thought." Ryutaro said, just in time for Ryujiro to appear, along with someone hiding in his back. "Ah, I see that the gang is all here." He says.​

Xenon noticed the unfamiliar girl hiding behind Ryutaro's father before speaking up.

"Oh, her? My apologies." Ryujiro said before turning to his daughter and say "Come on now, don't be shy in front the guests. Your brother is here too." The girl slowly reveals herself, looking back and forth at the party. As she made her full appearance, she starts to speak.

"K-Konnichiwa. W-Watashi w-wa T-Tennouji R-Ryukia desu. Y-Yoroshiku onegaishimasu."​

“Nice to meet you too,Ryukia.” Xenon greeted with a smile.

“Beautiful name you have,madam.” Cheng complimented.

Ryukia blushed at Cheng's comment. "Ryukia isn't the type of person who can socialize, so please treat her gently, okay?" Ryujiro said.​

“We understand sir.” Xenon noted. Right at that moment they heard someone enter the inn. It was Clair.

“Looks like I came in time for the meal.”

"Yo, Clair..." Ryutaro greeted just as Ryukia sat right next to him. By then, Yuka arrives with the food in hand. It's a platter of sushi and tempura.​

And so everyone ate dinner for the night.

While having their dinner, Ryutaro turns to his father and ask "Otou-san, can I ask you something? While I was registering, I was going to participate as a representative of Ikaruga. However, the staff told me that someone has taken the role, so I've went to become a representative of Altissia. Might I know who is going to represent Ikaruga?" Ryujiro stops eating as he answers the question "Well, you're sitting right next to her." At first he did not understand what he meant, but when Ryutaro turns to his sister, his eyes widen in shock.

"Eh?! Are you saying that Ryukia is going to participate?!" He freaks out, which makes his sister feel a bit uncomfortable. "Well, we don't have any other choice. In recent times, the number of practitioners has significantly dropped by a mile. This is mainly because of the growing power of Eden and Ikaruga needs a great increase of military force should the time of war come. If you were watching the news lately, two warships belonging to this country made contact with a carrier ship from Eden. That thing went down like it got hit by an iceberg. That alone triggered the wrath of Eden." Ryujiro explained.​

“A carrier ship from Eden?” Xenon said.

“Hang on the warships,you mentioned....come to think of there were two of them which looked like they are of Ikaruga design when the "Golbez Cycle" storm made by Raio hit us.” Cheng pointed out.

“Shoot....you saying it might be connected?” Clair asked the fox-man inventor.

“Well,I'm sure I'm just overthinking it,but possibly. After all,you,Xen and Ryutaro did mention that the Eden symbol within the carrier was crossed. If it was destroyed then Eden wouldn't be upset at the very least. Unless that Empire actually wasn't aware of it....” Cheng theorised,prompting Clair to take one last sushi and stand up.

“Guess I'll be off to look again with my cousin then. I'll be back.”

He soon left,where everyone could hear him calling Scientia out for a lift to the island.

"You know, I should have just mention that this country and Eden are having a sea dispute. In case you have forgotten, half of the world's sea are under Eden territory, and Ikaruga is in fear of it." Ryujiro said "That is why the warships came in contact with the carrier ship and drown it."​

“Not that's it's stopped these two from leaving though...” Cheng said.

“Ah.....feels great to be here.” Xenon mused outloud as he relaxed in the inn's hot springs.

"Gyohoho, indeed." Miguel said "Though I'm still disappointed that I couldn't get to peep at the girls."​

“Don't you even think about it. I won't help you if you do end up attempting it.” Xenon scowled before retaining a bright smile as he stared up into the night sky,musing to himself. “The only place to ever be able to appreciate the night sky would be when we're on a safe haven out in the wild....”

"Si, si, not like I have any intention or anything." Miguel said "Yes, the night is as beautiful as always. It reminds me of the times of my youth. I used to stargaze along with my companions, spotting any constellation we see. So far the only constellation I see is the Big Dipper."​

“Lucky you. Where I'm at,I couldn't really find any constellations without wandering too far off.” Xenon responded.

“Perhaps thou have been rather unlucky during peaceful times.”

Xenon yelped out of panic as he jumped forward,turning around where he saw the Artic Knight sitting behind him and Miguel. He had completely forgotten about the soul of the Artic Rose's first wielder throughout the journey.

“My apologies. I simply wanted to be able to witness the sky in person.”

"Hold on, are you the fabled Arctic Knight? I've heard lots of stories about you." Miguel said.​

“That is the title I've received as the first fabled wielder of the sword thy companion here now holds indeed. I take it thou must be the fabled "Leon Rojo",real name Don Miguel Quixote then.”

“You know about him? I thought you live far longer than his time?” Xenon asked.

“Back then,other wielders of the Elemential Arms in the past had crossed paths with him before,all of which spoke highly of his intuition and abilities on the battlefield.” the knight answered.

"Si, I've had a couple of companions who wielded those arms. Some of them acts just like you." Miguel said.​
