NOT IF THE VILLAINS ARE PEOPLE, CUZ I ALREADY GOT THE CANON CINDER. Unless.... Cinder teams with your OC? She's not the person to do that (If anything, she would force someone into partnership with her *cough* season 3 episode 8 *cough*), but it could happen in an AU.

So @Marasai any specific plan for this rp? Is it gonna be in an AU where OC's are combined with Canon's? Are we gonna have people antagonists (the White Fang, Cinder, Roman) or Grimm atagonists. What are you thinking for the plotline?

Those are important questions so I want to discuss those. It'll definitely be AU because there are OCs, and it'll be nice to have both human and Grimm antagonists. As for the plotline, please have a look at the starter first. My original intention was to drop us right into the action (sort of like the action sequence that starts off an exiting movie) then flash back to/explain the events leading up to it. I'll need help developing the plot line though.


I finally finished the starter to a satisfactory level. Please lemme know what you think. Am I keeping to the spirit of the show. (I tried to pull off a somewhat conversational tone here though I think I may have just made it all screwey.) Are there any good ideas for the plot that can spawn off of this. Will people be able to put their characters into this. Etc.


STARTER


The airship moved silently above a dead city. Behind it loomed a huge moon, sallow and orange. It would have been full if not for its shattered visage, which made the biggest piece look like a crescent while smaller but still sizable pieces looked like big flakes drifting off.


Beneath the airship stretched a dark landscape of rooftops, arches, and jagged spires steeped in a thick mist that covered the city streets and lower buildings like a shroud, and tinted everything a rusty red.


Standing out through the haze was a massive, rectangular building occupying a city block. It was at least seventy storeys tall wth a domed roof surrounded by four small towers, one at each corner. This was the ill fated Central Laboratory of Grimm Research. From the air, the monument was almost unmissable. Silent and sovereign, it sat like a cathedral above the desolate city, marking its spiritual center, celebrating its ultimate achievement, and folly.


Its complete construction had taken fifteen years. Ten years after its completion, the people there grew discontent with simply studying the Grimm; they wanted to harness its power. That's how they brought their city to abject ruin. One day, the city just started flooding with Grimm. The streets were choked with people trying to get out. Most didn't. The Grimm got some of them while others got trampled, or died somehow in the chaos. In those days, there weren't as many hunters and huntresses.


Forty years after the fallout, the city and the surrounding area still remained a desecrated wasteland where only the Grimm flourished. However, even a haunted city has its treasures, and for some, the secrets of this one proved irresistible.


Within the bridge of the airship, the pilot switched on the intercom, and made a direct announcement. "We'll reach optimal altitude in 5 minutes. All teams, prepare for drop."


That was the signal for Ruby Rose. She left her spot by the window in the ship's undercarriage, and headed for the deck. Before she reached the door though, she heard Glynda call her. "Don't try to win a medal, Ruby. Remember. This is a rescue mission."

This leaves a lot of room yes, but we still have to come up with said teams. Since we don't have a Blake yet, team RWBY wouldn't be complete, therefore, we would have to combine Canon's and OC's into teams. The starter looks great, but we might wanna know who we're saving, and before I do anything, I need to know how we're handling the OC's and Canon's team wise, that is what I must know.

It might be too early to say that. I didn't clarify this yet, but Ruby and her team are still students in this RP. The rescue mission is sort of like field experience for them. And if there are student OCs, Ruby's won't be the only team making the drop.

The Rescue mission could be a response of a distress beacon I activated, as the Sheriff of a large village in Forever Fall. How does that sound?
