"If you think so" Katja said looking at the dress she tended to just wear her school uniforms and almost nothing else not because she lacked money but because they were all she needed. What they were doing did confirm to Katja that her guess had been right abotu the meaning behind being called big sister as this was exactly like a date.


Katja took the dress and went to a changing room changing into the dress and as she did so she noticed that it was rather costly, well she had plenty of money. She was the older of the two so she should pay when on dates. Once she was dressed she came out of the room " Does blue suit me?" she asked

"Well anything dark in color looks good on you. White makes you look pale in color. I think so anyway." Yui says as she heads back to the preteen area of store. Yui was small even for her age. Even before her wish most people thought she look like she was under 10 years old. "If only i could find something that wasnt for a little kid in my size. So frustrating.. i wish i had your body sometimes."

 

[Karcen]

" While i understand your sentiment, you do not want my body it is why i can feel no emotion, except in special situations" Katja said.


She did understand the comment but still she felt like she could correct Yui, that was just part of her logic to try to inform the uninformed about things that were need to know or not fully understood for long as it didn't conflict with something else.


" Besides you do not need to grow you look cute just the way you are it would be troubling if you changed over night" Katja said that was her best attempt at flirting.

Removing those blasted bandages took a little (Okay, a lot) longer than Tsubaki thought it would. It also wasn't really the most pleasant way to kick off the day, but such is the life of a magical girl it seems. Wandering into the kitchen to get something to drink, she peered over Max's shoulder at the spread of papers that had taken over the table. "So, what are you working on?"


As the words left her mouth, she realized she likely wasn't going to understand any of the answer.

 

[Lil Shirou]

"Thank you. We should head to the movie katja but first buy that dress for yourself." Yui says walking next to katja. Yui tries to act like what she thinks friends act like. She not really knowing what to do. "If you dont buy it i will" yui teases.

 

[Assailant]

Removing those blasted bandages took a little (Okay, a lot) longer than Tsubaki thought it would. It also wasn't really the most pleasant way to kick off the day, but such is the life of a magical girl it seems. Wandering into the kitchen to get something to drink, she peered over Max's shoulder at the spread of papers that had taken over the table. "So, what are you working on?"
As the words left her mouth, she realized she likely wasn't going to understand any of the answer.

Max opened her mouth to respond, but realized what she was about to say was far too complex. She thought for a few moments, attempting to find a simpler way to say it.


"Basically," she said, "I am trying to figure out the quantity of energy the Beltane will yield." The equation was getting smaller and smaller, and while Max did seem frustrated she also seemed to be getting happier and happier as the equation continued shrinking and the answer neared. "Things are looking up."

 

[Karcen]

" I have the money, and I am the big sister so i should buy things on a date" Katja said though before Yui could respond she went to the dressing room to change.

Max opened her mouth to respond, but realized what she was about to say was far too complex. She thought for a few moments, attempting to find a simpler way to say it.

"Things are looking up."

A smile crossed Tsubaki's lips as Max's announcement. "Hey, some actual good news." She got a glass of cool water before sitting next to her and briefly scanning over the papers. The equations were well beyond her level of understanding. Granted, math also wasn't exactly her strongest subject so that didn't play in her favor either.

 

[Assailant]

Max smiled and her face begin to brighten. It shrunk and shrunk, and Max got happier and happier. Then... she wrote down one final number.

She stood up in disbelief. She scanned her papers over and over. "Tsubaki!" She said, her voice wavering. "Check over my math, please! Make sure you see ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong!"

 

[KageYuuki]

"Uh . . . Max," Tsubaki gave a slight chuckle, glancing over at the scattered papers. "You know I have absolutely no idea what half the stuff written there is." She offered Max a slight smile, "But I doubt you made any mistakes. So what's the verdict?"

 

[Assailant]

Max looked at Tsubaki with tears in her eyes. She smiled. "We can do it, Tsubaki! We can stop this!" She cheered and leaned against the wall before jumping off it excitedly. "No more contracts, no more grief, no more despair!" She chuckled. "If we use the seed generated by the Beltane, the energy it yields is enough to satisfy the Incubator's quota for Earth! They'll leave humanity alone. Within a small margin of error. It may not be enough to satisfy, but AT WORST we'll only see perhaps another 10 years of magical girls!"

 

[KageYuuki]

Tsubaki blinked. She stared at Max for a moment in pure disbelief before before giving an excited laugh and hugging her. "That's incredible!" She laughed, feeling tears in her eyes. "Hell, even if it is off a little it still puts the end in sight." She looked down at the scattered papers, sure the road ahead was not going to be an easy one, not in the slightest. But it was a chance, it was actual hope.


That's what they needed now more than anything.


She shook her head a little before looking at Max, "What are we standing around here for? The others need to know about this."

 

[Assailant]

Max nodded enthusiastically. "Do you have their numbers? Your's is the only one I have."

 

[KageYuuki]

Tsubaki hesitated before sheepishly rubbing the back of her head. "Uh . . . no, I don't actually. But, knowing Katja she's probably hunting Yoma right now and she should at least have Yui's number. Maybe..." She shrugged, it was the only thing she could think of at the moment.

 

[Assailant]

Max nodded. "I suppose that should be the first thing we try."

 

[Lil Shirou]

"Katja what you mean by date?" Says yui alittle confuse with katja statement. She now thinks katja likes her more than friends. Yui lost for words doesnt say anything more.

 

[Karcen]

Kayja came back but she was still in the dress she had just gathered up her clothes, she might as well wear it now not like she minded it or anything .


" You asked something is didn't fully make it out?" She asked not having heard what Yui had asked as she went to the changing room.

 

[KageYuuki]

Tsubaki gave a short nod, "If you want to go grab some clean clothes, you're welcome to. We seem to be close in size." She glanced down the hallway, "I need to let my sisters know I'm heading out then we can try and find them."

 

[Assailant]

Max nodded and said a brief thanks before running to Tsubaki's room, quickly finding some clothes, and changing.

With Hana working on her writing and Kyoko already in some online match, letting them know she was heading out for a bit didn't take too long. Jun had even found a comfy spot alongside of Hana while she worked. With that sorted out she stood waiting by the door for Max to catch up, her soul resting in her hand. Her crimson eyes narrowed down at the egg shaped crystal. There's got to be a better way to carry this thing around. Like could it just turn into a ring or-


She blinked as her soul gem disappeared in a flash, reappearing as a simple band on her right middle finger. It closely resembled the dark band of tungsten carbide she usually wore on that finger. The only real difference between them being was this one had intricate engravings all around the band.


"Huh, well that works for me."

 

[Assailant]

"Oh, so you figured that out?" Max said as she held up her own finger, moving her soul gem around on her finger. "Pretty convenient, huh?" Max approached Tsubaki and nodded out the door. "So, the plan's to search for Yoma and hope we find them in the process? Unless you have a better idea?"

 

[KageYuuki]

"Could have told me about it last night, you know." Tsubaki muttered to her in feigned annoyance as she leaned against the door. "Yeah I guess we could just start by hunting or something. I mean they're supposed to be able to feel us entering slipspace whether or not they're in there too, right? Might be able to use that to our advantage, but I don't know." She opened the door and led the way out as they started towards the lobby to get outside.

 

[Assailant]

"Could have told me about it last night, you know." Tsubaki muttered to her in feigned annoyance as she leaned against the door. "Yeah I guess we could just start by hunting or something. I mean they're supposed to be able to feel us entering slipspace whether or not they're in there too, right? Might be able to use that to our advantage, but I don't know." She opened the door and led the way out as they started towards the lobby to get outside.

Max chuckled and sheepishly rubbed her head. "Yeah, about the whole soul gem thing, thanks to my wish I OCCASIONALLY have bouts of amnesia. Well, perhaps amnesia isn't the right word, but I will forget certain things. I guess that's just what it happened to be at that particular time." She chuckled. "And anyway, hunting Yoma is our job. I suppose we should do it either way." She smiled, this time contently and hopefully. "Every Yoma we kill brings that margin for error just a bit down, right?"

 

[Lil Shirou]

" i said what do you mean by dat..." suddenly another feeling comes across yui. It was another yoma coming into slip space. Kyubey was right they are getting stronger. The feeling of despair and other negative emotions are becoming overwhelming. Yui quickly enters the changing room and slip under the door. " katja there a yoma. How are we suppose to get there from here? Without suspension. "

 

[Karcen]

" We walk out and into the street after we pat" Katyja said simply seeing no need to rush honestly. " Or we could allow the others to take it it would be ... unorthodox" she continued as she still believed this was a date and breaking it off to fight would be very annoying.
