Since bebe didn't feel like going to the pokemon center he carefuly pulled out potions and he sprays Glowstick and Stinger before returning glowstick to her ball."this is the lide stinger" he said as stinger buzzed in agreeing with him.suddenly he noticed the kangauschan he bumped into early nearby.(May i have a wild encounter? or should i wait until everyone else has gotten three before me?)

Hiroshi's eyes widened a bit due to shock. He didn't expect Braelyn's destination to coincidentally be the same as his. "Yeah. Actually, that's where I'm headed right now." He stated. "I'll show you the way." He walked towards the Pokemon center, checking behind him every so often to make sure that Braelyn was there. They had soon reached the Pokemon center, and he walked inside, giving his Pokemon to the nurse to heal.

Bebe watched the kangaschaun approach him.standing up bebe motioned for stinger to come over as he eyes the pokemon wearily."He he attacks you let him have it" i whisper to stinger and stinger nods

Looking at the beedrill the Pokemon turned and used comet punch right off the bat defending itself and it's child.

Hiroshi's eyes widened a bit due to shock. He didn't expect Braelyn's destination to coincidentally be the same as his. "Yeah. Actually, that's where I'm headed right now." He stated. They had soon reached the Pokemon center, and he walked inside, giving his Pokemon to the nurse to heal.

Braelyn grinned as she saw that Hiroshi seemed to be surprised she was going the same way. "Thanks Hiroshi." She murmured, following behind him as he walked in the direction of the Pokemon Center.


When they reached the Pokemon Center, Hiroshi was first to heal his Pokemon. She took out both Kristina's and Eric's Pokeballs and handed them over as well.

Jumping out of the way of the comet punch i climbed into the tree sitting on a branch "Stinger use Poison Jab" i yelled but instead Stinger used fly on the approaching kangascaun flying behind it before using fury attack "no stinger!"

Braelyn grinned as she saw that Hiroshi seemed to be surprised she was going the same way. "Thanks Hiroshi." She murmured, following behind him as he walked in the direction of the Pokemon Center.


When they reached the Pokemon Center, Hiroshi was first to heal his Pokemon. She took out both Kristina's and Eric's Pokeballs and handed them over as well.

Still wandering the city he saw the pokemart once more as he went into it and bought some potions. He heard a random guy call for someone, but he didn't know who the guy was calling over. Kai turned and saw a young man who was calling him over. Once Kai took the potions he thanked the seller and went off to the boy.

Trainer

"Let's battle!"

"Definitely!" Kai said releasing Starly spraying him and Charmander.

Turning at the stinger he used bite knocking the beedrill on the floor. "Kangaaaaaaasssss!!!!" It cried out after taking out his opponent.

Stinger fell to the ground i ran over and quickly grabbed my last potion on him.Stinger got up again and i yelled "Ok use poison jab!" i yelled beedrill did this and i hoped i had poisoned it (I'm using a move a didn't list ok but beedrill can use it) "ok now use rock throw" i yelled and beedrill picked up a nearby rock that was about a foot long and 10 pounds and tossed right onto kangaschans head.

She released Kristina from her Pokeball and the little Oshawott looked down at the ground and seemed to mutter something. Braelyn smiled and picked up her Pokemon. "It's alright Kristina. You had done your best. His Beedrill was just too strong." She muttered, trying to comfort her starter Pokemon.


Then Hiroshi mentioned having a double battle. Braelyn looked up in surprise to her friend. She hadn't been expecting another challenge. She glanced down at Kristina, "Are you alright with another battle Kristina?" The Oshawott glanced over at Hiroshi and his Chimchar and nodded. "Alright Hiroshi. I'll battle."




She grabbed Eric's Pokeball and released the Pichu. Now they had to find a proper place to battle.


(Oh, and @BeebeTheWarrior, Beedrill can't learn Rock Throw. There are several sites with the moves a Beedrill can learn through TM or otherwise, and it can learn Rock Smash but not Rock Throw.)

(Oh, and @BeebeTheWarrior, Beedrill can't learn Rock Throw. There are several sites with the moves a Beedrill can learn through TM or otherwise, and it can learn Rock Smash but not Rock Throw.)

It seemed large enough for the battle so Braelyn nodded, setting Kristina on the ground so that she stood next to Eric. "Alright you two, just do your best. Hiroshi has probably spent more time on training than we have, so he should be strong." She muttered and her Pokemon nodded before walking a few steps to stand in front of her.


She didn't expect this battle to be easy, and honestly she didn't expect to win either, but they would try. Who knows, they might get lucky and be able to beat Hiroshi with a type advantage.

Braelyn stared as the same menacing bug type from earlier appeared. It was much larger than any of her Pokemon and definitely seemed ready for battle. Which Pokemon should she choose to use for this? She wasn't sure if either of her Pokemon would be able to beat such a large Pokemon, but in the end she decided to send out Eric. She wanted to save Kristina for Hiroshi's Chimchar.

"Alright, Eric I'll choose you then." She stated and the little Pichu stepped out so it was facing the Scyther. Eric seemed to cower a bit, but he seemed to be trying to seem brave. "Use Charm!" She called, watching as the electric type attempted to lower the Scyther's attack by looking cute.

Hiroshi scanned Pichu with his Pokedex. 'So that's what her new Pokemon is.' He thought. He grinned at the attack Braelyn ordered Pichu to use, "That won't work on Scyther." He looked at the bug-type to see him blushing and dropping his guard, which made his jaw drop. "Scyther, snap out of it!" Scyther shook its head and regained focus on the battle. "Now, use Quick Attack!"

Braelyn watched as the Scyther's demeanor changed. It even seemed to be blushing, but honestly the funniest part was Hiroshi's own face immediately after noticing it himself. Braelyn smirked, an expression that felt very out of place.

Despite the Charm attack working, the bug Pokemon was still very quick. The Quick Attack made contact and she cringed at the pained cry that was received from her Pokemon. "Come on Eric, use Thundershock!" She called out and the Tiny Mouse Pokemon began building up the electricity. Sparks were flying around its tiny form before it released the Thundershock attack at Scyther.

Braelyn grinned as the Thundershock hit home. "Great job Eric!" She praised the Pichu who seemed to be doing a quick celebratory dance. However that stopped when he heard Hiroshi yell another command. Eric got ready once more to await his trainer's own command.




"Hurry and try to dodge!" She called out to the Pichu. He dodged a couple of the Scyther's attacks but was physically unable to avoid them all. Braelyn could see that it hurt the Pichu, although she figured that lowering Scyther's attack earlier was helping their situation.


Now her problem was how to get out of this situation? Scyther was continuously attacking so she could use that to her advantage! "Hurry Eric! Use Tail Whip" She called, hoping that the attack would be able to throw the Bug types's defenses down a little. "Then use Thundershock again while its close!" She hoped that Hiroshi wouldn't call back his Pokemon, although it wouldn't matter too much. Thundrshock would still work from a distance.

Braelyn watched quietly as Hiroshi told his Scyther to take the Thundershock head on. The way the Scyther positioned itself seemed to keep it from taking the full blast from the Thundershock, but it looked exhausted either way.

With the next barrage of attacks, Braelyn didn't command her Pichu to do anything. In fact, she stayed mostly silent. She had to if not to give her small plan away. Oh how she hoped that Eric trusted her.

She watched the battle, flinching slightly as Eric was pinned to the ground and he began to struggle. "Hold on Eric! Use Thundershock once more!" Hopefully once more was all it would take. She doubted Eric would be able to hold on much longer.

Hiroshi became anxious as Pichu used Thundershock. "Scyther, dodge!" However, Scyther wasn't able to dodge and the attack hit him full force. The attack caused the Pokemon to fall down, his body sprawled on the floor. It was knocked out. "Scyther, you did well. Return." He recalled Scyther back to his Pokeball, and smiled, before flashing a grin at his opponent. "You're pretty strong, I have to give you that. You may have managed to knock out Scyther, but I still have an ace up my sleeve. It's your turn, Chimchar!"


Chimchar walked into the field, looking a bit nervous and wondering if he will be able to win. "End this with Ember!" Chimchar released bolts of fire towards Pichu's direction. Hiroshi was sure this would knock the opposing Pokemon out.

Braelyn and Eric both stared in shock when the Scyther fell to the ground, unconcious. They had done it! "Great job Eric!" In this short moment when Hiroshi was returning Scyther, Braelyn decided to keep the Pichu in the battle. It would be wonderful if she didn't even have to use Kristina again.


Braelyn smiled at the Chimchar standing opposite of Eric. The fire type looked nervous, just like it had when they had walked into the lab that morning. She didn't think he was weak though. Just a little... timid.


She was about to command Pichu to use Charm again when Hiroshi beat her to it. Suddenly she found Eric being pummeled by little fireballs. Before she could do anything to save him, the electric type fainted. He fell to the ground and Braelyn was almost relieved that he hadn't had to endure the fire for too long.


She pulled out the Pichu's Pokeball and smiled gently. "Well done Eric," she murmured as she retrieved her newest Pokemon. She put his Pokeball away and then looked down at Kristina. "Alright Kristina, it's up to you now." The Oshawott nodded and moved as quickly as she could so that she was standing in front of the Chimchar.




"Kristina, start off with Tail Whip!" She called, suddenly worried about using a similar strategy. Maybe that wasn't the best idea. Too late now though as Kristina reacted quickly to her trainer's command.

Hiroshi grinned as the Ember knocked Pichu out. If he was weakened by the mouse Pokemon, then his chances of winning against Kristina would be next to nothing. He needed to be smarter in the battle, since Braelyn was using strategies beyond his capability to counter. Since his opponent was starting off quickly, he needed to be quick as well. "Chimchar, leer right away!" His command came right after the girl's. Chimchar's eyes turned red as he glared at the Oshawott; an expression that was strange coming from someone like him. He had to counter a decrease in defense with the same technique, as they would neutralize each other. "Then Scratch!" The ape Pokemon slashed at the otter Pokemon with his nails glowing white.

Standing across from the guy who called him over Kai looked at his pokemon as he looked a the guy and smirked. "You ready?" Kai called out wondering if the guy was okay with starting.

Trainer

"Heck yeah I'm ready I was born ready! Go Scyther!!!!!" The trainer yelled out throwing out a shiny Scyther. He smirked as Scyther was completely ready for battle while Kai's pokemon where tired. "Are you ready to lose? Whoever wins gets 200 pokedollars got it?"

Being the battle specialist he is he through out Starly first. "Starly let's start off with a quick attack leading off with a wing attack!" Kai yelled out to his pokemon which Starly did bolting towards Scyther.

Trainer

"Use pursuit Scyther!!!!" He yelled out as Scyther dashed towards Starly.

Kai Takeshi

"NOW STARLY USE WING ATTACK!" Once Starly and Scyther closed in on each other extremely close it shot upwards just he did against Charmander. Knocking the Scyther directing in it's chin, after the major hit Starly gained some distance from the trainer as it flew around in a circle in the sky. "Star Star!" Starly cried out.

Trainer

"Use focus energy Scyther!!!!" The trainer called out as the Scyther closed it's eyes and began focusing.

Kai Takeshi

"Starly Bolt at Scyther with quick attack now!!!!" He yelled out as the Starly blasted downwards towards Scyther making this a deadly hit.

Trainer

"Keep using focus energy Scyther!!!"

Kai Takeshi

Starly hit Scyther directly as Scyther seemed to take heavy damage from it. Starly flew back high in the air to gain distance once more. "Go in for another attack with wing attack!" He said as Starly flew directly towards the Scyther once more.

Trainer

"Scyther now use! Vacuum Wave!!!" He said as the Scyther blasted the wave directly at Starly. "Follow up with pursuit!" He said as once Starly was hit by the wave he was blasted by the pursuit head on. The scythe jumped back seeming to want more in the battle then Kai was giving it.

Kai Takeshi

"Starly are you okay!?" Kai yelled out as the pokemon was struggling to stand as the worried trainer made him determined unlocking a white flash to surround his entire body. Kai watched the light burst as Starly was no longer Starly? It was a newly found Staravia. Staravia had it's wings folded as it unfolded them and yelled out. "Star Star!" It yelled out while looking at the scyther. "It's only been a day and you've evolved... I'm really glad we have a good bond." Kai said as a tear dropped from his eye. Staravia flew up in the air ready for it's trainer to call out it's next move. "Staravia use double team then follow up with wing attacks!" He called out as Staravia did so and all the clones hit the Scyther directly knocking it out finally. "Good Job Staravia!", "Star Star!!!!". Charmander looked at the Staravia as if he was Staravia's little brother. "Char char char char." The charmander said looking at Staravia.

Trainer

"You only won cause that Staravia!" He said giving Kai the money and running away.

Getting hit by rock throw it used bite once more launching itself at Scyther.
