Also I have a question for the physical attributes bit. Given that the races have different physical characteristics, does this mean that a Lucerian of 'average' agility is in effect, more agile than an Esguine of 'average' agility? Likewise, a Serraline's base profile for durability is higher than the others.

So yes, you'd be correct. The standard Lucerian has higher mobility and stamina compared to the other two, so their stats would be better, even if the same wording is used. I'm actually creating a more advanced character sheet to correctly display your character's stats, so for now you can keep things the way it is. As for the updated weaponry & spells, it looks fairly balanced and alright so far. Though I have a random confusing question regarding the nature of OMNIs - is it safe to assume that this tech falls under nanomachine? If so, can it imitate flesh and act to prevent critical bleeding?

Yes! OMNIs would most resemble organic nanomachines.

But can it imitate flesh and act to prevent critical bleeding? If you're talking about Shiverskin as in the OMNIs located and directly connected to Amiela's body, then the answer is nope! I wish though! But no, Amiela cannot control them nor are they programmed to patch her up should she take a deep wound. I'm guessing that would be too OP for her to start with that on the get go. Especially since OMNI's for that matter can be replenished simply by being regenerated as any body cell would; a process that can be expedited by expanding mana.

The next question would then be, where are they located on her body?? I'd say randomly placed palm-sized patches all over. Her arm, part of her neck, chest, thighs, feet. So then one might wonder, what if Amiela is hit in a location where the OMNI manifests itself? Does it give her any considerable advantage? I'd say no more than any standard light combat armour. It's tougher than skin for sure, but if the thing that hits her is intended to hurt her, it will hurt her.

But wait! She could just expand her mana and regenerate the injury! Yes, but no. The process of regenerating OMNi while extremely fast (when compared to a baseline human's ability to heal their injuries) is hardly instantaneous. If there is a hole in her side big enough for blood to be spurting out, it's going to be spurting blood for many many hours if there is no external intervention. She'd still have to address the immediate injury, though she does have a significant advantage in surviving such injuries over someone without Shiverskin (hence why I took up an inventory slot for this!)

BUT if you're talking about her 3rd arsenal, Osif aka OMNi Combat Foam, then YES! It can imitate flesh to prevent critical bleeding. These OMNIs are purposely designed for it. If the user has their own innate OMNi and understanding of physiology, then the Osif can function even better by virtue of being able to receive input from a combat medic with OMNi who can assess the actual damage and direct the Osif as required. A combat patch that can semi-customise itself with the function of further customisation (if the user has OMNi and knowledge).

Taking all the above into account, it's safe to deduce that Somnias Heavy Industries organic nanotech while revolutionary, is designed with specific purposes in mind. While not singular in function, each variant of OMNI excels for it's intended function.

Hope that clarifies things! Sorry it's so long! I also didn't want to write all that in the CS, cause I felt it would make the CS longer than it should! Since you asked though, best for me to explain

Also, in the lore page, you mention that the stage 1 anomalies are not contagious at that point -- does that mean stages 2 and 3 ARE contagious? Or is that not really how it works with anomalies (it's only the miasma from the crystals that does it)?
