Curious question, actually. Will there be healing abilities like the in-game Dia and the like? Double checking with that as I realized we don't quite have a raw healer of sorts. xD

It won’t obviously be Dia spells directly, but healing abilities would indeed work similar to how Nel described.

Carmelia seems quite the interesting character too. Someone who holds a position of some power and responsible for people's lives but isn't quite emotionally fulfilled.

Thinking about it,it'd be amusing if Delilah's weapon was one of those anime style sci-fi briefcases/handbags/backpacks that pops out gun barrels and a bottomless supply of ammunition in the other world/against Shadows but is completely ordinary otherwise.

Might not quite fit the tone,perhaps.

That is a pretty fun idea, but Kitty is right in that the tone just isn’t there for this story. I had considered making a more flashy P5-style story a while ago, but I was more inspired for a somewhat-grounded tone than the pop-adventure take.

Not to belabor the point,but will you allow for the possibility that the weapons may exist in diminished/mundane forms outside the presumed otherworld or presence of Shadows? Like a baseball bat that turns into a spiked club only when the user is fighting. Or a chain whip that looks like a necklace when not in use.

Or do you want the Persona users' weapons to have the exact same form and properties in both worlds?

In hopes that we'll be able to kick this off,I'm trying to think of things that Delilah would be carrying on her person,or that she would arm herself with in preparation for apparent supernatural trouble.

No worries, I'm glad to specify this anyhow. Weapons in the presence of shadows can be slightly different, like that extending baton, but the Otherworld will not be as big a focus as some of the later Persona games. While one does in fact exist, a majority of the story may not take place within it.

Oh, interesting! You did mention Skiamachy was inspired by P3r, so I assume there's something more akin to the Midnight Hour? A period of time or effect that allows shadows to manifest rather than full on hopping into TVs and such
