Realistic or Modern OOC: Santa Monica Home for Boys and Girls [Reboot!]

I'm honestly ok with Jack just hanging out with Asher. I know that seems kinda boring but I don't mind it too much. That's why I was thinking in the back of my mind of POSSIBLY creating a new character, but I don't know I feel like it would interrupt what we have going on and I don't wanna ruin that, so those plans are just random thoughts running around in the way back of my mind.

Also, I find it easy and appealing to write for Jack because I relate to him being an introvert myself. While I'm not as stubborn and shy as Jack, I really sympathize with the character and I honestly like writing characters like him, as weird as it may sound to like writing shy introverts lol.

I'm just conflicted here because I am getting the feeling you all might want me to kind of push Jack, but I'm having a hard time bringing myself to rush his development. I'm just conflicted here. I wanna continue as is but I know that's not considerate to you guys.

Your character, you set the pace. If it takes a long time in game, it takes a long time.

My concern is for you as a player getting bored, if you're happy with that possibility Im not going to ask you to stop or change anything.

I just kinda thought this RP would be a great place to finally write that type of character and have it kinda fit in.

Edric its fine really don't worry about it if anything our concern with Jack's limited interaction comes out of concern for you and not wanting you to get bored and have nothing to do. But if you are fine with how things are going and you don't mind the sometimes limited interaction then its fine. I don't have a problem with It I am just always concerned with making sure everyone is having fun.

Please understand this is not critisism of your character or how you are playing him. It has been a lot of fun

Your a way better patient than some I've seen. Way more polite too. Some people always want attention now, and get annoyed when then nurses need 5 minutes to take care of someone else.

I might eventually. Still have 0 clue what I want them to be like, but the idea of just bringing out a new character so I now have two to play has been an idea on the back burner. Now I feel like I can handle playing two characters if I ever do decided to bring another one in.

Yeah IF you wanted a new character. They could either be one of the other character's already living at the home we've never acknowledged. Like how in Nathan's post we learnt about Hunter, or how at this party there is a bunch of other kids.
Or they could be another new kid, though that might have to wait for a new day or two to pass.

It seems a bit unrealistic and I feel like it throws off the vibe totally if I just make a new character completely new to the home. I'd definitely make him be a pre-established character that we just haven't seen much of or talked about.

The house is filled with kids we havn't even acknowledged like i said at the start of the beach party I imagine there is probably around two dozen kids that live at the home thats the kind of scale i had in mind anyways so super easy to just have one of those kids start interacting with the other main characters

Ok got it. As long as it like just you guys like "talking to the TV screen while watching a show" with Jack in this RP and don't have a problem with the way he is right now. I get it.

And yea it's gonna be a slow slow burn and development, but eventually, give it time, he will gradually come out of his little shell.
