I've been contemplating it for a while and it seems like something he would do... Maybe it would force jack to at least be a little social even if he just sticks by Asher the whole time.

Plus I want the party to be a really fun scene and I feel like if jack is just at the house that kinda puts a little bit of a damper on the party scene

I'd say for the sake of the RP, you do have Asher go up to Jack's room when he notices he isn't there at the party, and tries to drag him along. I feel like he'd have a better time getting Jack to do it since they're friends now.
 
But totally yes: I'd love to see Asher force Jack to come along to the party, but offer to let Jack stick around with him the whole time. I think he'd feel more comfortable if Asher offered to let him stick around with him during the party. That way, for our sake, when Jack is with Asher, he can force to boy to be a little bit more social at the party.

Yeah I was thinking it was the best option cause otherwise you have nothing to do during the party and then it would kinda force us to rush thru the party and I didn't want to do that.
But I wanted to throw it by you first.

Evelyn was originally going to try and invite him - actually planning to offer Jack hang out with her away from the other kids if he'd rather not be involved in all the big social-mess.
But obviously Ev' couldn't get through to Jack no matter what she did - and well. He's made his choice now. She's given up and closing herself back up.

Nah I wasn't planning on forcing anyone to rush through the party. I was actually kinda expecting either you or Bright to have one of your characters come up and force Jack to attend the party, but if we weren't gonna role with that I'd be cool with taking a break as you guys played out the party scene as Jack skips and hides in his room.

But I really do like that idea better, and I think given the new friendship between the two: Asher would be the perfect one to drag Jack out of his room and make him go to the party.

Yea, I feel so bad for Evelyn here haha. poor girl just wanted to help, but realized Jack doesn't want it and is most likely gonna turn into the countless kids she saw come and go who never did anything with their lives.

Yeah I wouldn't expect that you would force us or expect us to rush thru it but it wouldn't sit right with me having a scene that could go on for a while and have nothing for you to do.
 
I mean I played my hand, Ev' was the only one of mine who might try and drag Jack along. But yeah, her spirit is broken now on that and she basically will just ignore Jack now outright for the time being, as if he's not even there. She was trying to help. She'd seen countless kids not just came and go, but yeah they gave up on everything and pushed people away - they ended up losing whatever gifts or interests made them special. Lost all hope. It hurts her to see that.

Felix doesn't even know who Jack is - he never introduced himself when he arrived. He doesn't know a thing about Jack except vaguely seeing his face at the dinning table by Asher but he wouldn't remember that.
 
Yea I totally get it. Thanks for keeping me in mind. I mean I'd personally make Jack go if it were me, but I gotta stay true to his character: as painful as it is to watch from afar. Jack's character would certainly not attend that party on his own tuition, and it would require someone forcing him to go in order to make him come.

That's where I'd love to see Asher come in. So it's confirmed, you're gonna eventually have Asher come in and force Jack along? Sounds like an excellent plan.
 
Yea Ev's spirit is understandably broken. Jack is WAY TOO stubborn, and it takes a lot to deal with it. Many people just can't deal with it, understandably. I feel for Ev, she totally is warranted in her reactions and feeling regarding Jack right now.

As for Felix, yea no way in hell was Jack gonna introduce himself and show his face. Like he thought earlier in the RP, he was just glad he wasn't the new kid any more, lol. Felix has probably only caught a quick glimpse of Jack once, since he's always slipping away and hiding.

Aaannd I just realized that is probably going to lead to quite an interesting scene because Asher is sure to spend at least some time at the party with Ev and we'll now there is some tension between her and Jack who is gonna be sticking by Asher that should be interesting.
 
I'm happy to do the skip whenever you are! If you don't have anything more you want to post for your two.

Great! Also yea, that's gonna be pretty interested. I'm honestly just so excited to play out the Asher trying to get JAck to come to the party with him scene. I have a feeling it's gonna be so cute! :)
 
I was thinking about that and I mean I could close out Nathans interactions with Felix and Asher and what not but I think given he's pretty much just going to mill about it works just as well to just skip forward

I've got nothing more. Jack's just sitting on his bed alone sulking as he mindlessly scrolls his phone. He thinks he's gonna be up there the whole night and skipping the party. ;) Oh little does he know.....
