Sorry but as a more experienced God I must inform you that this is not a practical or required duty of a God. Moreover interfering with the business of another God is very much frowned upon. The Wish is a contract and the God can create any stipulations they desire and no God can countermand it. Nor is it a good idea to enrage a more experienced and more powerful God, especially when you have no regalia of your own. I do not approve of Azani, or her methods, but she has every right to fulfill wishes and you have no right to interfere. Or at least that's what Hasuna would tell you.

So he's respectfully asking that she refuses certain requests (don't make the deal in the first place) of the ppl he cares about--as a personal favor of course. If she refuses, he WILL start a war, cause he's chaotic like that~

What if suda kiyomi had friends? What if they wish for vengence against those that killed her? Against the god that killed her? If a computer club member wishes for it, then Kami_X could totally accept and it would be his duty

Lol yup. But there is one more piece of Advice that Hasuna would give. There is a reason Gods stick to wishes that are closest to the one that gave them birth. To attempt to change ones nature is difficult to say the least. You should stick to wishes that it are in your power to Grant. Vengeance of this type is quite the departure from Computer Programming.
