The Herald is another example of a phantom that only evolved recently to the more advanced phantom. But, it's roots as a phantom date back quite a bit further. The Herald is likely a case that during the AFAH organizations assault, it stirred enough energy around for the phantom to reshape itself. (It also helps that Mortals began to name and create legends around the phantom further cementing itself to the near-shore. So, it had more readily available people who actually sought it out.)

This the case for most phantoms in the 'new era', but I don't especially care if players wanna take a creative spin and say their phantom evolved earlier for xxx reasons and no one ever really knew about it. This is a sandbox after all, so I'm cool with endorsing creativity if it gives ppl something to write about

It'd be an amusing ship, along with Ryuujin x Azani, which doesn't even exist as a plank yet

Honestly, the only ships I see starting in this rp so far are Sumiko x Kami_X, Azani x Kuro/Miu, Shorn x #4389, and Azani x former lover

Haha, yup. There are plenty more npcs coming for her to meet/choose from as the story progresses (though I won't guarantee ships =P)

I'll make another poll once more god characters make their appearance and we'll see if Ryuujin keeps his top spot

The Herald is sort of a neutral party who just is that wild card. You can win them over, but it mainly will depend on how your morals align. Can you accept help from the corrupted? Or, is it something your own morals don't allow.

I hadn't even considered the idea of ships existing in the Roleplay itself, but you're not wrong, I could see it happening.

I hadn't even considered the idea of ships existing in the Roleplay itself, but you're not wrong, I could see it happening.

Kami_X's morals align with whatever makes his life the easiest.

Haha, yeah, relationships for gods usually just end up being whoever stays with them the longest. That's why humans and gods don't typically work out~

Though I will say kentic powers always seem to be a power used to stop every attack even though noragami are more spirit attacks over true physical forces

Haven't really thought about what he would do against spiritual attacks, actually

I'll let you know if lore is being broken, but there's not much lore about phantoms besides the fact that they're from the far shore and they're drawn to/consume negativity. Gods and spirits 'smell nice' to them so it's assumed phantoms 'eat' them as well.
