Will get post or posts up tomorrow. Not slacking. Just a lack of time.

Don’t worry. I don’t leave people hanging without saying anything.

First post, let's go!

GM Comments: For the sake of this rp, we will be starting in Kyoto, Japan (with the exception of Takamagahara/Heaven or Yomi/Underworld if you desire...) but otherwise this is a sandbox rp, so feel free to start them off however you want. Design their encounters and plan interactions to rp their lives/tell their story or leave it all as natural as you wish. Only enshrined gods have access to heaven. Only phantoms (of a certain power) have free access to Yomi. Humans are the only ones who can build shrines and only gods with regalias can take on some of the more powerful and/or human-like phantoms. Any questions, ask in the ooc.

^Just a gentle reminder. Your post is fine and it's not like gods can't physically build shrines for themselves (and re-building is perfectly fine as the shrine is already in Heaven's registry), but the shrine registration office won't count anything not built by human hands as a 'shrine' in the official sense of the word, since it's supposed to proof of human worship/faith to show that god deserves to ascend to the Heavenly plains, and so access to Heaven+perks (like reincarnation point) won't be granted to those shrines. At best it'd be a cult shrine or a place gods can call their home.

Otherwise, I enjoyed reading the post^^

Lol I can see the people with him sking him for music while they talk about getting people out of or into hellfire

I'm confused. When did I write he built a shrine for himself?

QuirkyAngel QuirkyAngel Wait, sorry, I know what you meant. When I wrote he helped gods get shrines, he didn't actually make shrines for them. I meant as in he helped them be more well known and stuff like that. Sorry for the confusion.

Edit: Similar to how he is helping the preachers with a bit of music. The preachers are preaching about Azani and Nomoto is helping them spread the word. He doesn't know who Azani is, but figured he could get a job out of it and help the preachers.

Really sorry everyone, I am busy getting the house ready for relatives during the holidays so my posts may be far in between until after they leave before the new year. Sorry for the inconvenience this causes.
I will do my best to get replies up in the next day or so before they arrive but I can’t promise anything at this rate.

You didn't.

Haha, yeah, I apologize if my phrasing was a bit confusing as well.

There's nothing wrong with your post. I loved it after all and kinda assumed that his 'help' was more along the line of Inari's help as well (she usually just provides the $$$). Just wanted to make sure you knew in case my assumption was off. Lore dump if you will, since my job as a gm in a sandbox rp is just to ensure the following of rules and maintain a consistent setting. Music played by stray god only has 50-50 (probably less) chance of being noticed as well :coolshades:. It's not that humans don't hear it. They just don't particularly notice it unless it's a spiritually inclined human or it's the only music in the street. Even then, Yato could be screaming 'milord-sama' in a crowded street and only a small fraction of humans would actually turn their heads...assuming they don't forget about it the next day. A hardcore atheist that absolutely refuses to believe in the existence of gods might not see him at all. Tis the life of a faceless stranger that's a Noragami god and something to keep in mind if he intends to draw a crowd=P

That said, I do like Nomoto's initiative and small help is still help^^ I hope Azani (or whoever he's hoping to get a job from) hires him.

Happy holidays and best luck to you in that regard. My relatives decided to avoid coming over because of the dreaded virus so it's just my immediate family, but even then setting up the tree is time-consuming <.<

Also Azani is more likely to try to hire repentant phantoms lol

My phantom npcs are needed for a particular plot, but they'll probably pay a visit to Azani's castle at some point.

As for whether or not they become repentant...that'll depend on how interactions go  Changing flow their story requires a certain amount of inertia.

shrug it would be an offer to those who want to be more than the enemies of the gods, but that is a long ways off Azani needs the image change first.
