Alrighty, I can understand a bit of your dissatisfaction, but let's do our best to remain civil here. The wish plays a large part in the power/domain of the god.

That said, I'll need a clarification of the exact wish he was born from. Gods can patron as many things as they want (he's kinda young so I'm not sure how many people he's patroning), but they are generally born from a single specific wish which defines them. Yato is would be a god of culling/killing even if he does a bunch of other stuff and self-styles himself a courier god/odd jobs god/etc. That's what he's mainly good at since his task was to "cull humanity". Even if it's intended to be something you reveal later (rp secret) it's one of the requirements of the sheet, so I need to know=P
Gods can already teleport so you needn't list that as an ability, but I'm fine if you wanna add limitations to his teleportations...
In terms of power, he doesn't seem especially OP to me, so I'm fine with it, but he does strike out as a bit...all over the place...in terms of natural ability. Gods can learn spells. Gods can get various different abilities via their regalias. That's something you can consider as an alternative than just say he's born with the gifts. Sounds to me like you're trying to do a god of trickery/misfortune...so I've no idea how fire has anything to do with it lol. Controlling lesser phantoms is fine (Kugaha does it and he's a regalia <.<), same with a degree of resistance to blight, if that's how he spreads misfortune...but he already has a passive ability for that...so it feels like a bunch of stuff just tacked on. Snakes has to do with trickery, I guess? Based on his history, and support of AFAH, I'd go with a he's born from a wish to exterminate all gods. So god of killing gods lol *shrug* But it's up to you. I need a single wish he was born from before I can even accept him. If you want to tie him to an element, you can say the people who wished form prayed to fire to burn all the gods or something lol. Tossed a dead snek in there too.

Karcen helped me edit it a bit in order to fix it up.Phantom stuff is gone as well as a number of domains. Most of the inspiration was from Hermes and Loki. Hermes was messengers, travel, and stuff. Loki is trickster and fire. I put snake because the terminology of people being snakes as a trickster thing/quaility.
As for wish, the wish was for him to live and help people. The person who wished it did not specify how. Nomoto became a god and helps people, just in his own way. When I said no specifics, it was regards to the circumstances. He has a faulty memory.

I can see the theme and while I generally prefer his birth/wish has something to do with natural abilities (like he was born by someone's desire to trick others via fire), the abilities he possess (besides his passive) aren't really things a god (or just a regular spiritualist) can't learn if he's using talismans, etc, and don't strike me as particularly OP for a god.
