He's kind of a great equalizer who'd be able to reach out to everyone, including the reclusive kids like Aleks and Maggie. For Jennny i could totally see nicole being annoyed by her if she ever tried to help, sheās like that towards a lot of her momās class (who i think Iām going to make a character of ) just bc of the way she was outcasted after what happened.big post incoming to do some feeling around for plots w/ people i haven't talked to yet! if you want to go into more detail i'm vibing with it, or we can dm! up to y'all

- context; she doesn't live in the state anymore (usually) and hasn't for the last ten or so years, so people living there are gonna be rare to know before hand unless they are family friends/knew each other from school or she will interact IC when staying at her sister's!

Aleks; not sure of any specifics related to his brother being one of the victims? Jenny could have known him and his brother, maybe babysat for Aleks when he was young or something?
Nicole; if they were to meet/will meet in the events of the RP i think (noO FFENSE) jenny prob pretty icked out by Nicole being Dunne's daughter, even if he didn't raise her at all. Just kind of like that nasty memory of it all, though she wouldn't entirely hold her accountable for being his kid. More inclined to be suspicious of her behaviour though. Maybe a chance to be worried to? Jenny does work with troubled kids. Nicole's right up that alley.
Rosa; I'm not sure entirely if they'd have been friends in High School? Jenny didn't know Michael super well, prob just at a distance, but they could easily have a couple of classes together in the past! Probably one of the ones that Jenny wouldn't even try and check up with after everything, or after leaving. If you wanna discuss details during high school LMK! That's all i got for that, mostly
Joseph; Another one that Jenny probably didn't hang out with LOL! But I'd be happy to take on one of the bullying roles for that; though she wouldn't overtly trash talk him. Probably kinda ignoring or ostracizing at best, though she was usually kind enough to reach out during class or in clubs. If you wanna link up there at all! But otherwise, as of the present, no reason/relation to talk to him since.
Nanami; Def not sure where they'd make much contact in high school. Jenny was popular and while academic, def more of an extracurricular girl. As well, Nanami coming rather late into Newby prob didn't give too much time to get to know each other, aside from classes? Maybe one class they kept having together? A reason to know each other a bit, but not required at all! They do share a relation with Stacy Mills though (Jenny was a cheerleader too) so that could be a point where they can come together.
Billy; (we talked a bit before but ) potential family friends, maybe? But not by much, since he's younger -- but the parents could all be sorta in the know. A reason to know each other. I left Jenny's dad's profession up in the air for plot reasons so there could be something on this! Not required though
For Chel
- context; opposite to the latter, Michelle stoner girl who's been living in town her whole life. Mom's a nurse, Brother's job I think I left vague. Michelle herself works at some restaurant in town.
Maggie; Chel would think she's way too quiet for her own good, maybe at first impression take her more for a Narc than anyone reliable. But she would think all the folklore and the ghost she thinks lives in her house pretty cool. Optionally would strongarm to befriend Maggie just to see if the ghost is really there. That's probably at most for surface level observations, though they could share some clubs together?
Aleks; having siblings that were in the same graduating class (albeit one was violently murdered) could def be a point of relation for them, at least to sort of be friends. Chel's got drugs too, so maybe she'd try to reach out to Aleks through that. She usually cares enough to ask how someone is, but definitely is no therapist. They could have gone to school together but never quiet clicked, not until high-school perhaps? (But that's if he'd even be open to her about his addiction, she's got her own secrets that she doesn't want to tell anyone too). She also wants to leave Newby ASAP, but wouldn't gossip about him toward anything. Prob more sympathetic if anything.
Nicole; I'm not sure if Chel would be like 'move aside kiddo, watch a pro' or 'listen to teacher' LOL, but she's def not as hard as Nicole is. I could def see them swinging in the same groups though. I'm not saying that she'd research the shit to find out that Nicole was Dunne's kid, but I'm definitely saying she would. She also would want to keep Nicole close for that reason, maybe seeing if she'd snap for fun or seeing what she knows? How she feels? Not a science experiment but that weird sort of... ok not an obsession but definitely hyperfocused (without making it apparent) that she could/would know Nicole's paternity.
Rosa; gonna be a running trend with the survivor's, Chel's been trying to keep TABS. She likes to kinda feel around and research where they all went, what they're doing (the most you can do in 1995). Coming back to town she can expect Chel either lingering too close and asking questions (without being too weird) or just trying to insert herself around. Def because she was close to Dunne as well.
Joseph; see above. LOL. Probably to a similar extent.
Justina; Chel is not a sports girl so she prob wouldn't pay attention to it enough to know Justina enough from it, but she would prob hear the rumours. Offer her sympathies, maybe. Be a bad influence and be like 'idk how to conversate, drug?' something like that LOL
