Fantasy On The Run (Always Open!)

"Sure, though I'm sure I'd win." Tabitha retorted confidently before walking over toward the front door and holding it open for her. "Are you sure you want to go there this time of night? It's awfully late." Tabby warned, but she wouldn't stop the girl if she wanted to go. It was actually very early morning, so maybe instead of creeps they'd be blessed to find those "early morning people". Her best friend was one after all, and he didn't seem too bad.

"Why's that my fault?" were the words Rin wanted to say, but he kept his mouth shut. When Virus switched back into his docile, quiet, not-taking-over-Mew's-body version of himself, the first thing Rin did was drop to his knees after Mew. "Are you okay?" he asked the boy with a serious expression on his face, taking his hand and helping him up. He was already pissed off at Mew, but he decided to bite his tongue and not complain about it. If this guy got too depressed to want to live, Virus would end his life for him, and the last thing Rin wanted was a maniac like that A.I patrolling the streets.

"Well you'll have to beat Cicero and hes been steal since before I meet him."The girl said while some what skipping to the door "Aww....ok we can wait if you want but where Cicero does he usually stay out this late?" She asked she knew Cicero liked to disperse but he always came back with something but he hasn't said a word about where he was going and he still isn't back Susan as starting to worry whether something happened to him or not

Mew let out a heavy breath and swallowed bitterness. "Where am I..." he murmured looking down eyes widened at the side of his blood and touching his side which sparks and red. "I broke myself..." he then looked to Rin shocked a moment. "Rin?...."

"Why are you gawking? Are you surprised I'm not bleeding too?" Rin replied bluntly, before standing up and helping Mew up too. "Come on- The hospital won't appreciate it, but I'll make sure you get the care you need." Rin reached into his jacket and pulled out a small pistol. He usually carried it around to protect Rei in case one of the drunk bastards at the casino tried something, but he figured a pistol could be used in more than one scenario, including this one. "Come on- I'm not carrying you." Rin said, still making sure Mew had one of his arms around Rin so the cyborg could lean some of his weight unto Rin. It was a rather small hospital and considering the time, there probably weren't many nurses on duty. "I need a room and a first-aid kit." was all Rin told the lady at the front desk, sliding two twenty dollar bills unto the desk before drawing his gun. The woman's eyes went wide but she wasn't stupid enough to object. With shaking hands she took the money. "Follow me..." she said, getting up from behind the desk and leading them toward an empty room. Rin didn't follow. Instead he only dropped another twenty dollar bill on the ground. "Make it closer to the door." he ordered her. The woman nodded and pointed toward a room closer to them, waiting until Rin entered with Mew before picking up the twenty dollar bill. Once they were inside Rin helped Mew unto the bed and locked the door, looking for the first-aid kit and grabbing some stitches, alcohol, gauze, and scissors. "This is going to hurt. There's pain medicine in here, but it seems like the type that would make you tired." Rin warned him, taking a cotton ball and dousing it with alcohol. From what Rin saw, the wounds were mostly on his chest. "Can you take off your shirt?" Rin asked, raising his eyebrow and giving Mew a look that would make anyone feel like a scolded small child. There was something very stereotypically Asian about nearly everything he was doing right now.

Mew followed him quietly doing as told. He sat on the bed removing his shirt and removed his red collar as well. Mew's body was pale and lean with noticeable muscles. Upon his throat was a deep old branded scar with the numbers 5408 engraved into his flesh. Along his body were deep fresh injuries ridden in blood and singed skin some wiring and metal visible in some places weaved and fused into his body. Mew looked down speaking in Japanese.

"Watashi wa, anata o aishiteimasu..rin"

Rin responded to his sudden confession by dabbing alcohol unto one of his larger gashes. "I don't speak it very often, but I know what you're saying. Please stop. I'm here to look out for your safety, but I might just punch you." Rin told him in English. He was extremely careful with how he treated Mew, being careful not to touch any skin casually and being as gentle as he could with each thing he had to do. When he was finished with the alcohol he went on to stitch up the wounds, not saying a word until he was finished with that. "I'll need to wrap gauze around you're chest- pretty much all of it, if you want me to be specific." Rin's eyes darted toward Mew's chest again, but only for a moment before he turned to grab the gauze. Without waiting for Mew's permission he sat up on the other side of the hospital bed, facing Mew's back in order to wrap the gauze around him. He was wrapping it around the second time when he pulled back, getting shocked by a loose piece of wire from Mew's body. "Gahh!" was all that Rin said, both from the shock and then fright when he felt himself fall off the bed. He quickly sat up but wasn't happy when he realized he hit his head. "Stupid robot..." Rin mumbled, before getting up and continuing to wrap the gauze around Mew.

Ooc: I actually know just a little since I'm learning, but yeah- shame on you! xD Words like love aren't allowed here, lol!

(Lol, wanted Mew to say it)

Mew let out a deep breath and watched him studying his moments ears twitching and he closed his eyes."are you going to leave when you're done? Are you try going back?" He asked softly looking down, Mew felt like something bad would happen he didn't know what. He stated at the floor. "Hit me then..I deserve it.." he murmured honestly and sighed looking at him staring.

"I didn't think you couldn't and don't worry about me I should be fine." He stated while he slipped off his shirt still facing away from Stell until he looked over at her his face became even more red "No....no you do not." The boy said smiling while he kissed her cheek and neck. He looked up at the girl and smirked a little "I guess we should lock the door so were not interrupted." The cat boy observed while looking at the door and back at Stell
Stell nodded."agreed. I'd rather not have anyone in here other than us. Especially don't want miss innocent in here" She murmured.

Rin had just finished wrapping the gauze around Mew when his question caught him off guard. "I... plan on staying with my sister, if you don't stop me." Rin told him honestly, cutting the gauze with scissors. When Mew turned around and told Rin to hit him, Rin was almost tempted to obey his order. He was still angry at this man for taking him from his sister, and then saving Rin on top of that. Sure, saving somebody was usually a good thing, but somehow it only pissed Rin off more. This man- his name was Mew- never hesitated to state his love for Rin, even though the two had only met this night. Why him, and not his sister? It confused Rin to no end, but so did a lot of things about this man. He could rant all evening about how irritated he was with Mew, but there was no point to it. The cyborg hated himself as it were, so Rin insulting him would only rub salt into the metaphorical wounds. (Thank god he didn't rub salt into the real ones!) "I'm not hitting you, because then we'd be even, and I want to return to my sister." Rin told him. His head still hurt slightly from where he hit it, but he ignored it: He'd live, and there were no visible injuries. "Actually, all things considered, I owe you don't I?" Rin inquired, but it wasn't really a question. He knew that between trying to warn Rin, saving Rin, and just overall helping anyone even involved with Rin this evening, the boy taking him to the hospital was a pretty pathetic way to pay him back. Rin leaned forward and gave Mew a soft kiss on the side of his face. He'd give the cyborg that, just this once. Rin pulled away just enough so that they were looking at each other, face-to-face once again. "Can I go?" he asked, secretly hoping the cyborg would be too flustered to keep him captive any longer.

Ooc: Rin's not as easy to win over at Matthew or Tabitha. xD It's because Matt's the sort of person who likes being pushed around when somebody can actually handle him, and Tabby's a free spirit who is pretty much up for anything, but of course the two of them both know their limits. Rin on the other hand, is a bit of a dick who doesn't know when to stop being so serious. He is more emotionally mature than either of my previous characters and doesn't get nervous as easily, but he of course has a breaking point, just one that's very far out there, and unlike Matt he doesn't need to reach that breaking point to fall in love. :P I try to base my character's personalities off real people, but usually they end up being multiple people I know irl mixed together. It's weird, knowing who my characters actually are. Rin is actually the name of one of my irl friends, but Rin's personality was more based off two other people I know.

Nick just chuckled he got up and locked the door before returning back to Stell he walked up to her and planted small kisses on her neck collar bone and cheek before he kissed her lips

"Cicero's usually out pretty late, but no worries. If it still doesn't return, we'll search for him okay?" Tabitha tried to reassure her, but truthfully she wasn't too confident herself. Where was Cicero at this time of day? Las Vegas was a huge city, and stealing didn't necessarily specify a place he'd be going to. She wrapped her arms around herself, not too concerned with making other plans while they waited. She knew Cicero was on Susan's mind too, and the two girls would pretty much wait here for him unless somebody told them otherwise. It troubled Tabitha there was another girl who'd commit that much of her time to Cicero, but she didn't say anything about it. "So you two are childhood friends." Tabitha stated rather plainly. "Where and how did you two meet? I'm sure your curious about how I met Cicero too." She didn't look at the girl, but not because she was angry at her. Tabitha just didn't know how to face somebody like this. Susan probably knew Cicero so much better than her, while all Tabby had to go off of was what she had seen of his personality. There were probably plenty of details she never knew about Cicero: The girlfriend one seemed almost insignificant compared to all the other crucial information she didn't know about him. What was his favorite colour, or his favorite food? What were his parents like? Did he grow up with all of his siblings? There were a thousand things she could ask, but instead of hounding Susan with questions she started with ones that the girl had to know: How did she know Cicero, and where? Tabitha didn't feel they were too personal. After all, the girl already offered to tell Tabby info about Cicero's ex, and what could be more personal than that?

"Fine. We can stay somewhere for the night. But, for now we stay more covert than usual, if that's possible." He let his form slip into a memory of old military fatigues, along with a stylized military helmet, complete with a purple feather and writing that said 'Born To Fight' on the side of it written with coals and spattered with blood. "Hopefully the people like veterans." He trudged into a nearby hotel, and checked in with the front desk, who looked at him with astonishment. The hotel was somewhat grand, but really, it was just a rest stop for the night, and (hopefully) nothing more.

@Midnight Peace

"Yep we met when we met pretty much I seen all three of them in the ally way goofing around and since I don't like being in or around my house I went to say hi then I seen their cat ears and pretty much we became friends we all agreed that the ally way was going to be the spot where we can meet up and talk to each other and play." She answered remembering all the fun they had as kids "So anyways how did you meet him?" The girl asked

Cicero woke up confused at where he was at first then remembered he was on a roof but he forgot why so he jumped into an ally way and started making his way home he hummed random words together as he took a cookie out of his pocket and started eating it

"Huh? O-oh, I just met him a few weeks ago. Me and my friend ran into some trouble, so we went to a man named Calvin's house." Tabitha felt tears sting her eyes as she recalled Calvin, but since they didn't fall she smiled and continued talking. "Calvin... was a scientist, but a good man. He didn't experiment on us but he helped us escape to Las Vegas. He was close to my friend." Tabitha wiped the tears from her eyes quickly before looking over and giving her best "Don't worry about me." smile to the girl. "Anyway, me and Cicero really started to get to know each other in that house, though we met in the city earlier that day. It was funny- He asked me out after basically a day of us knowing each other!" Tabitha's mood brightened when she remembered how even in the beginning, Cicero had dragged her along on his crazy stealing sprees. He probably enjoyed having a girl like Tabitha, who could keep him on his toes. That still didn't explain why he chose her of course, considering how many girls in the group could do the same. Tabby didn't care how their romance came to be however: She was just happy it did.

"No..not yet." Mew's murmured quietly and touched where Rin hit his head lightly frowned. "You should be more careful..." he told with a Sigh. " I don't think you know what I really means to be alone..." he murmured honestly forcing a smile bitterly.

Allen follows close behind, once again enchanted by the way that Leo's body forms into that of a veteran's, the process fascinating as always to watch.

He puts a hand on his buddy's shoulder, smiling at the receptionist.

"We'd like a room for the night, please."

The receptionist nods, putting them into the system.

"That'll be 80 bucks, please."

Allen looks to Leo, wondering which one of them will pay.

@Surprise Meteors

"A few weeks ago...." The girl repeated still confused but continued to listen "Wait was shouldn't it be is.....oh i'm sorry." She said getting the messaged that this Calvin guy is dead but continued to listen "That seems like Cicero and can I venture to guess he took or pretty much dragged you somewhere only to not know where it was or forgot." She said smiling remembering every time she was said Cicero would take her somewhere but forget where it was it always made her laugh and brighten her day "By any chance did he have dreams...or nightmares that involved to whole group cause if he did you at least comforted him about it." The girl stated serious not playing around this wouldn't be the first time if he had one time according to Nick Cicero had a dream where they had to fight people just to get to me and Ocean but apparently all three of us died leaving Cicero alone to suffer

Rin gently moved Mew's hand off from his head, more than a little frustrated not just by the gesture, but by Mew's answer. What did he mean by "not yet"? Did he just want Rin to wait until he was healed, or did he mean indefinitely, like he'd been hinting at time and time again? "Thank you- With my sister, I've never needed to be alone." Rin stated in a smooth an infinitely cold voice. He stood up and took the gun out of his pocket. "If I didn't need this to get us out of here, I'd threaten you with it. Right now, I'll just argue with you and run if I get the change. Deal?" Rin said, showing off his unprofessional gambling side by ending his long speech with the word "deal". He reached his hand out for the injured cyborg to take. If it wasn't obvious by now, Rin was pretty good at smooth talking but didn't enjoy doing it. He didn't enjoy talking in general, but he felt that if something needed to be said somebody should just come out and say it. He hated dancing around words. The only thing he hated more would be people who didn't even speak them at all, but hey, maybe Rin could make a special form of hate just for Mew: People who were too bold of speakers!

Tabitha just nodded her head when the girl mentioned something Cicero had done. She had kept those events close to her heart, but now they felt just a little less special when this girl talked about them as if they were just regular quirks around the boy. Tabby's heart sped up just slightly, but not like it did when she was around Cicero. This feeling was unpleasant, a certain pang feeling that heart her chest and made her head hurt. Was this jealousy? Her mind raced to guess the first emotion she'd never really felt before, but once she thought of the name she was sure that was what this was. Maybe that was why Tabby's next question had so much hidden brutally in it. "Did he ever give you flowers? I just figured he might have, since you seem to have done so much with him." Tabby said, her tone full of false innocence. She knew that was one thing Cicero had only done with her- at least, she hoped that was the case. She crossed her arms and leaned back against the wall, closing her eyes due to the tiredness she still felt. She should probably get some more rest, but now she was determined to at least stay up until Cicero returned.

"Uhh....well not that I can remember I think he got me one just because I was crying but it was nothing fancy just a random dandelion that's about it." She said oblivious to what Tab meant by it but she just smiled "Why is it because he got you flowers too I'm guess with you being his girlfriend he got the best flowers he could afford that's something else about Cicero if he really cares about you he will buy you something and not steal it so you should check if he bought anything for you." The girl mentioned

When Cicero finally got home he opened the door and smiled "What I miss?" The boy asked while walking up to Tab and kissed her forehead

Ooc:I gotta go

Mew sighed with frown looking down frustrated." Why...why...why is it.." he murmured. He bitterly forced a smile. "Go ahead shoot me, you're so set on seeing your sister and you won't give me a chance....no matter what I do you won't remember a thing, it's as if we never met in the first place...why do I have to be the only who remembers? "

Mew looked down sighing. "So I really did get forgotten completely...I'm alone like before.."he whispered to himself and his expression darkening as looked in shock as tears slid down his face suddenly as he was silent.
