Darius has kept an eye on us for some time and will make illusions based on our problem areas. If we can't adapt to that, we'll lose out Elite rank. Prime examples of what I mean are Homura's recklessness, and my impulsiveness."


Liliana thought about her situation. She has experienced the same thing before with Darius, so she understands how it feels to be pushed away by someone you love, like father like son indeed. "I know what you mean, Reno's just like his father when we were younger," she explained. "He was always so arrogant, so impulsive, I had to slap him a few times just so he could actually think for once. After some time he figured out his problem and worked to rectify it, and it was because of that I fell almost madly in love with him." Liliana walked back to her potions and started cleaning up the mess. "Give him time Ahunt, he'll grow into you," she continued. "If anything, Reno might be in love with Ruby, but is too stubborn to admit it."

Raiven dragged him into her room and slammed the door "Do not tell Hazel that EVER. She cannot sleep because of the nightmares. Plus who said he'd live down there. The hellhound population is in need of chum" She had Reno pinned to the wall by his throat, her eyes a deep gold showing that Osiris was leading "Tell Hazel and you'll join the chum pile. I will not have my best friends dreams tortured by anything" She let him go from the wall, dropping him and walking away.

Reno was still laughing even after Raiven was done. "Fine, whatever, at least I know that you and Osiris share the same soul," he commented. "That's also another things, dad will be expecting you to handle yourself in a physical confrontation, meaning no powers, just hand-to-hand combat." Reno walked ahead of her with a bright grin on his face. He knows that Raiven's lacking in terms of hand-to-hand combat skills, which makes it all the more interesting when the re-evaluation begins. "So, that's what we're going to work on, might as well put your strength to use aside from holding heavy instruments."

I think my powers are..." he paused for a moment and tried to spark a flame in his hand with no success "Yup they're gone. just as that guy over there said" Homura pointed at the brown haired boy standing just over from Darius. Homura didnt know who the boy was but he had a guess judging my his comment "Let me guess. Youre Isaac right?" he asked the boy assuming his guess was right "Anyway its not like its a big deal but i feel sort of....i guess naked would be the most appropriate word for it" he said with an innocent smile on his face as he scratched the back of his head. "Id like to train with you if you'd help me test something" he said toward the boy as he held out his hand for a handshake "Uncle is it ready? I'd like to give it a go" he called out to his uncle who had been fiddling on a table with some tools and a small device "Clair could you put up a force field around the arena just in case? I am not sure just how this will turn out so just in case id like to do as little damage as possible" he said toward Clair with a sincere smile.


"Ah here we are just connect that wire there.....push in that chip there......sodder that piece on there. Alright just one more touch, a flame stone for luck" Magnus had been muttering to himselfas he worked huddled over his little project. He walked over to Homura with what looked like an amulet on a chain "Here this should be set to your average power output but just in case the chain is set up as well as a regulator" he explained the device to his nephew and handed it to him before walking toward the nearest set of seats just a few feet up from the arena floor and shot straight up and sat down in one "I wouldnt be down there when it starts. I mean unless you want to get burned" he called out to Clair and Darius signaling them to hurry to the bleachers with him. 


Homura slipped the necklace on "That feels good. I actually feel warm" he said as he began to focus on fire. After a moment what looked like wings made of flames sprouted from his back "Isaac are you ready for this or what" he asked with a cheeky smirk on his face.

Darius ran over to meet up with Magnus on the bleachers. "Well, this should be interesting at least," he said. "By the way, what did you make Homura? It looks like his flames are back, but it's not from a natural source." He knew Magnus was one hell of an inventor, but even he needs to know what he's built and it's functions. 'Homura's got his flames back, but for how long? Though this Isaac character might help him train a bit more on his abilities for when the re-evaluation begins. Interesting, very interesting indeed.'

Magnus looked over at Darius "Oh no his flames aren't back. I just gave him a way to use the mana sitting in his body. His magic origin is, from what I can feel, completely gone but that necklace is converting his mana into energy that can then be changed into any form he desires. I expected him to try different elements since he never really like his flames after what happened to his parents but I guess they are more a part of him than they ever were" he said explaining Homura's device and situation. He looked down at his nephews determined face "You're right about one thing. This fight will definitely be interesting since I made that device Homura is using based off that other boys family based tech" he said smiling as though he was executing another experiment. He looked down at Clair who was still in the arena "Miss O'riely Homura will be fine but I worry for you if you stay in there for much longer" he called out.

Probably gonna be there for life for incestuous rape and pedophilia, either way, he deserves it." Reno didn't mention how Hazel's father has been dragged down to hell, plus she looks up to both him and Raiven as if they're her second family, and something like that would put a huge damper on their friendship. His ears perked up when she mentioned playing basketball with her and figured it'll be a bit before Raiven's ready to train. "Sure, I can play with you," he said. "Though I haven't played basketball in a long time, I might be a bit rusty."

Ahunt gently giggles and says" right now it's mostly about action for ruby and she knows how to work it such a naughty partner but that's what makes her fun if she gave into him to easy he wouldn't change and i see you really are an interesting women it's no wonder why ruby sees  you as the mother she always wanted ironically i don't even remember my mum at all and when i was alive i was really close not that makes odds at this point i can be happy if my partner is happy". Issac was able to dig his heels in after three feet due to his experience and the blade on his back starts to talk" Starting healing blood repair time forty seconds". The blood from before travels up and quickly starts healing wound and when it was done isaac grins and says" not bad that means i'm have to get a little more serious and i get to use one of my favorite ability's from the blade called zinmore meaning vampire hybrid". He taps the blue gem in the middle of his blade and quickly starts turning to a shadow and then a minute later vanishes then comes up and right under him and swiftly brings his blade up.

When he backed away he still had a small cut through his shirt and along his chest and cheek "Not bad swordsman. Maybe it's time I show you something I've been saving" he says quickly before closing the distance and then jumping to what looks like a hand stand. While in that position he starts moving his hands to start spinning himself like a top. Homura focused on fire again and sped up his turning motion and became what looked like a spinning flame tornado aimed at kicking Isaac right as he rose up from the ground.

He knew his nephew wasn't going to be at 100% right away but his performance could have fooled anyone else. "Clair that's Homura's determination to fight and hopefully one day protect you and everyone he cares about" he said to the girl with a sincere tone even though his face didn't match. "Darius I think this impressive don't you think. He is adapting pretty well while having no magic don't you think" he said toward his friend with a show-offs grin.

Issac took some damage  from the fire but gives a sly grin and then whispers" mana drinker activate". The blade glow green and quickly starts to suck up the fire and he swiftly grabs his leg and goes to slam him into the ground and says" It's far too soon for you to be thinking he's ready but i will give some credit that was fairly clever but he's not on the level they are by a long shot but when i'm done with training him he'll be very sore but a lot stronger so let the fun continue shall we". The blade gently laughs and says" he's an amusing one can't say i like the uncle though smug types get on my nerves but hey as long as i get to have fun fighting i can ignore bores like him question now is what to do about the other boy". 


Issac gently smiles and says" hopefully he's learned some from that warning but if not i'm more than happy to dance till he takes a hint and i get you it's been a while since you've been able to cut loose but try not to go to crazy were here to make him stronger not cripple the guy".

Homura coughed up saliva as he hit the ground from Isaacs throw. He didn't think that the sword could absorb mana and it threw him off but he still decided he had one more trick "Not.....yet!" He propelled himself up from the ground and into the sky with one final burst of flames. All Homura wanted to do was prove he could still fight and even if it proved he was being impulsive he needed to do this. He started focusing all his thoughts to breathing fire out of his lungs. He didn't know if a person could do t but he knew one being capable. A dragon. He started by taking a deep breath in until it felt like his lungs were going to explode "Fire dragons.......ROOOOOAAAARRRR!!!" He yelled as he expelled all the breath from his lungs and kept the image of his breath being lit on fire and being shot toward Isaac. The fire shot toward Isaac with great intensity scorching most of the area in the arena.

Liliana giggled at Ahunt's statement, having found the irony of it all. "It's probably because you've been in the human world for some time, that's good," she said. "But I think it's time you confronted Reno as yourself and see if you can get him to understand you like I have." Liliana finishes cleaning up her work station and walks to the entrance of the garden. "Knowing him, he'll probably want you to open up more, and I think it's a good idea to do so as well." She gets out into the garden and walks toward the tree where she found Ruby, for it's her usual spot to rest and relax. She sits down, picks up the book she dropped a while ago, dusts it off, and starts reading it. 'I do hope my son can look past the surface of who she really is.'


"Your gear should be the least of your problems Magnus," said Darius. "Homura needs to assess the situation before he starts doing something that will put people and himself in harms way, and that's the last thing I want to see from an Elite." Darius intentionally revealed a part of what his re-evaluation was about, but knowing that his friend will take some time to figure it out, he gives him another clue. "He may have been able to adapt, but what I'm looking for is not power or skill," he explains. "He's far too reckless with his abilities, eventually that recklessness will put himself along with his teammates and innocent bystanders in danger."

Issac taps a green gem on the hilt on the blade and massive wall of wall forms and the fireball hit's it and steam starts to fill the air and isaac grins and says". stupid thing to do when you already weakened i just hope his lungs didn't go boom or get to badly seared healing that kind of damage takes ages with out vampire weapon or some advanced ritual and such, he said he wants to train but training after doing that not advisable gezz should i really be taking my time to teach a guy like him".


Ahunt dives into the ground and then comes back up and lays on liliana's lap and says" you also make a great pillow as for the rest i will but i want to test him in many areas first after all if i don't get to have some naughty fun i'm not much of a demon, that aside i see why one would like it here it's so peaceful, i don't remember my dad very well but i do remember he used to love to read in the shade or in meadows well anyways i'm tired so i'm going to use you as a pillow". Ahunt slowly closes her eyes and drift into a gentle sleep her expression very peaceful.

Let's see how powerful the god, or should I say goddess, of death is once she's done with march practice.'

"What, you don't have a patch on me. I have one of the strongest pairs of lungs in the Brass section meaning I don't get out of breath. We don't have the colour guard today" She waltzes off to assemble the band who are gathered at the side of the field. Soon enough they march past the bleachers, playing the piece they're using in the competition. Raiven is at the head of the band, twirling and swinging a baton, taking the role of Drum Major seriously

After Homura launched his attach he felt completely drained "And good night" he started falling from the sky until his amulet glowed and lowered him down slowly to the ground.


"Don't worry Isaac he converted his mana into a thought pattern that ignited his breath into a powerful flame. I'm actually surprised. I thought he would have punched fire out from his body but this was even better" Magnus said walking toward his tired nephew. He looked at Clair for a moment "Clair we chills take him to his room to rest but I also have a request. Could you stay with him till he wakes up? He should be out for no longer than a couple hours" he said smiling as he lifted Homura and began walking to the boys dorm room.

"Don't worry Isaac he converted his mana into a thought pattern that ignited his breath into a powerful flame. I'm actually surprised. I thought he would have punched fire out from his body but this was even better" Magnus said walking toward his tired nephew. He looked at Clair for a moment "Clair we chills take him to his room to rest but I also have a request. Could you stay with him till he wakes up? He should be out for no longer than a couple hours" he said smiling as he lifted Homura and began walking to the boys dorm room.

Hanako saw Magnus and gave him a cheerful wave "Konnichiwa, Kagutsuchi-sama" She bowed respectfully to Homura's uncle "I have not seen you in many years, since Homura-chan and I were both young" She noticed Homura in his arms and a worried expression crossed her face "Will he be ok?" she enquired. Hanako also bowed to Clair "O'reilly-san, how do you do" The bow directed towards Clair was shallower and quicker than the one she gave Magnus, indicating that she thought of Clair as more of an equal
