Fantasy Mrs. Evans' School for the Gifted

Luna nodded. "Let's hope he doesn't try to cause a scene." She said as she tried to stand, falling against the lockers again when she saw the wendigo. She paled, unknowingly holding her breath. "That's him." She whispered, looking at Sean.

Sean turned at the sudden movement out of the corner of his eye. He grinned at the two, instantly recognizing Alex. "You're just a chick magnet today, aren't you?" His smile was quickly wiped away by the pale, frightened look on the small girl's face. "Is she ok?" He took a step forward, wearing a concerned look.

He let out a tired sigh, rolling his eyes. "Sticks and stones, dog." He directed his gaze to the girl, smiling kindly. "Hi, I'm Sean. Are you alright?" But before he could finish, the girl wore an evil glare, calling him what he could only assume was 'satan.' He let out another tired signed and shoved his hands deep in his jean pockets. "Everybody's a critic."

Alex would smile to Luna before saying quietly to her "If he tries anything just run to the nearest classroom of people, I'll stall." He said as he let her rest and then turned to Sean "I said leave." he snarled "Before you get hurt."

Sorren exhaled heavily after he had finished feeding and the students had left the bathroom, leaving the room empty except for the Hybrid. He had never had to feed at school before, normally he had a tight hold on his hunger, Sorren stared back at himself in the bathroom mirror; his hands were firmly placed on either side of the sink. He was frustrated in his actions, showing such weakness and lack of control. He wasn't a monster and he didn't want Azalea to think he was, whatever was happening between them was nothing on the scale of actual lethality but Sorren almost reverted back to the beast of that night long ago. For a split second he considered apologising to her for his unorthodox actions but decided that she would either one, not care or appreciate such a thing, or two, ridicule him for the action.

In his mind, he went over what could have caused such a thing to happen, although he found Azalea's presence intoxicating he was certain that his enjoyment wouldn't trigger an urgent need for blood. The only other thing he could think of was when Azalea used her power on him, the memory of his transformation brought back all of his thoughts and emotions from that night - including Sorren's intense blood lust.

Sorren couldn't help but ball his hands into fists in agitation, it had taken him quite a long time to master the control of his hunger and he could sustain himself on a minimal number of feeds without effecting his strength or capabilities. He gripped his brown hair and sighed, hopefully his control hadn't diminished to such an inferior level that he would have to distance himself from people while at school. But the Hybrid thought that getting his hunger back on a tight leash would not be too difficult seen as he had done it before. However, Sorren knew that he couldn't get as close to Azalea as he had been previously, he didn't want to risk anything.

With a conclusion came upon, Sorren slowly breathed in and out and then walked calmly out of the bathroom. A little setback wasn't going to stop him from continuing in the pair's challenge and he had a witch friend whom he knew could assist in some way. Luckily, she was in his next class with him and they had always been close friends as she their parents were friends. Sorren smiled in her direction as he strolled into class and took a seat next to her.

"Hey Akira, I need a favour".

Sorren didn't bother with small talk and Akira was fine with it, they had known each other for a long time and so she knew what he was like.

"How can I help?"

Although he didn't keep a large friendship circle, the very few people who managed to be considered friends by him were loyal, respectful, and always ready to help whenever it was needed. A perk of actually being occasionally nice to people but most of them just put up with Sorren's personality anyway.

"I need you to imbue a temporary paralysis and pain nullification spell into an incantation".

"I'm not even going to bother asking what you need that for but your wish is my command. I'll have it done by the end of the class, this class sucks anyway so I need something fun to do".

A devilish grin now plastered Sorren's face, as he nodded a thanks to Akira and leaned back in his seat. Azalea would not be expecting this. Sorren had used plenty of spells from the witch and so he knew he could not only trust her but it would work if he did it correctly, by now he had used a plethora of spells and so was kind of an expert at the pronunciation and process. He paid little attention to the teacher and just started to daydream about nothing in particular until the class ended.

@DarknessSpirit (Thought I should ask if Sorren could actually use this spell on Azalea/would it be okay to?)

The banshee stood, steadying herself on the lockers behind her. "Non sei il benvenuto qui, diavolo." Her italian accent was thick as she spoke her native language. You are not welcome here, devil. She didn't know what he was, and of course he was not the devil himself, but he was comparable to such. Luna pushed herself off of the lockers and tried to stumble away. She couldn't breathe near Sean without smelling his recent kill. She missed that Andromeda girl from earlier, she was nice, she didn't have a violent aura about her at all.

"Such big words coming from a small pup." He gazed coldly at the wolf, but then shook his head. "Wait a minute. What the hell did I do? No offense, but I don't know you." He said in regards to Luna. "And you're only mad cause Andromeda denied your advancements. I haven't done anything to either of you. I mean sure I like to poke fun at you, but I'm not serious."

"You are perverted and disgusting, your smell tells me of darker deeds you have done." Then he seen Luna walking away and walked after her "Miss wait, you mustn't go alone, you could collapse again." He caught up to her rather quickly

@Deadly Darkness @raddish

( luna's calling sean a devil because she's rude )

"You reek of death, you're a murderer." Luna defended herself. When he said Andromeda's name, though, Luna suddenly understood why Andromeda bothered talking to her. They hadn't spoken in ages. The past between the two girls was difficult, but Luna understood why Andromeda struggled with romantic things. She continued walking, stopping at a water fountain to get a drink. She ignored Alex until he caught up to her. "I can take care of myself." She muttered, leaning on the fountain as she regained her posture.

Alex looked to her confused once again someone being rude to him, he was starting to get tired of it, all he does it try to help and people treat him like hes a bother, he sighed "I'm still going to make sure Mr. Reeksofdeath over there doesnt harm you. He tends to be a bit perverted." He said with a sigh before saying quietly "No one trusts the nice guy....heh.."

@raddish

"We're all murderers." He said with a blank, but solemn stare. "What did you guys have for breakfast? Bacon, eggs, maybe some sausage? We all kill whether we mean to or not. It's a matter of survival." He let out a dry laugh. "And we all come here to be accepted. As out casts we come here to feel safe, but people still give me the same disgusted looks." He shrugged and began back towards his class. He didn't really care what they thought. It was simply just a normal day of being him.

"It's not that I don't trust you." Luna shook her head. "I just don't want to go to the office for something I can control." She stood fully, pushing her hair away from her face and taking a deep breath. "I couldn't breathe around him, I need to know what he is, and I need to go home." She didn't think she could stay in the same school if there were students who fed off of humans, the smell of death was too much for her. If Sean were to kill again, this would all be repeated. "You said you're playing at the game tonight? Any chance I could sit on the bench and look for him?" She asked, referring to Sean.

( mentioned: @ThatOneLunatic )

"Sit on the bench? The players bench?" He would ask curiously "And why would that help your search?" He asked even more curious about that part, he brushed his hair to the side as he cracked his neck and stretch his arms, they were a little sore from lifting that boulder, that boulder was at least 500 pounds and it put a massive strain on him. Plus the pain of his muscles having grown so fast when he changed form

@raddish ((Sorry for short reply))

"I don't know if you've noticed, but I'm short." Luna said. "If I sit in the crowd I won't see anything expect for the person in front of me." She explained, but part of her just wanted to sit on the bench so she could feel involved with something. She planned on leaving class to go to her dorm and rest, but she still planned on coming to the game and the dance. "If not, that's fine, I'll just walk around and wait for the sweet smell of death." She joked, laughing weakly.

( mentioned: @ThatOneLunatic )

He chuckled with her "I'm sure coach will let you sit on the benches and watch, be careful though, some of the guys go for younger girls." He said with a laugh but he did sound serious as well "Where do you plan on going now? If you are so sick you should stay at home."

@raddish

"Is that supposed to be a problem?" Luna chuckled, taking another drink of water. "Yeah, I'm gonna go back to my room and rest, the further away from that I am, the better." She said, nodding back to where they met Sean. "I kind of have a free-pass away from class because of the whole banshee thing." She sighed and grabbed the wall as she started to walk down to the office.

( mentioned: @ThatOneLunatic )

He chuckled at her reply "Well most of the guys are a little well perverted." He said seriously before looking to her "Do you want me to walk you hom?" He would offer sounding worried about her and he took a couple steps after her "I'm sure the school wont mind if I'm assisting you, plus it may get me some extra credit." He chuckled the last part was a joke obviously

 Azalea continued to intently read through the books on Hybrid, one book could've been as big as the Bible. As it got to a particular section referring to bloodlust. Azalea stopped reading, looking up from her particularly hidden corner, remembering the hungry glint in Sorren's eyes. She subtly felt a finger to her neck, relived he had not decided to make a meal out of her, but she grinned. If he couldn't control himself he would certainly be, ah easier to manipulate.

Blood controlled vampires, it was an urge they fought on an everyday bases. He was part vampire, so certainly it would apply to him. Not well under control either. A couple drops of her blood could could certainly weave him around her finger. Maybe. It was also risky. Although he seemed very controlled, she wanted to keep her head attached to her body.

Azalea unconsciously felt her neck again before resuming her reading, although it was hard to concentrate. Anyone's past could haunt them, she had to learn Sorren's. She would find out his last name and look into his family history until she could regenerate and use her powers again, she felt tired and drained after having her tether broken. Azalea snuggled into the comfy corner, forcing herself to concentrate on the book she held.

(Of course! You have my permission lol)

Sorren would have struggled to keep his eyes open out of the boredom he felt in the class, but being a Hybrid he didn't need sleep and so just stared at the ceiling for an extended period of time. That was until he felt a tap on his shoulder, Sorren looked over to see Akira who was waving a small scroll of parchment that contained the incantation he requested. He sat up straight and smiled at his friend, she wouldn't have a clue how much this would help him. He clasped his hands together and cracked his knuckles, and took the spell from Akira. Now just to execute it.

"Thank you, I owe you one".

As if on cue, the bell to signal the end of class rang, Sorren nodded at Akira with a smile once again before leaving the classroom in search of Azalea. He unfortunately didn't have a clue where she was but finding her wouldn't prove difficult, he was familiar with her scent by now and so could track her down with ease. Sorren was surrounded by other students who had also just left class and so didn't use his enhanced superhuman speed to get to Azalea's location, she wouldn't be expecting anything anyway so he could take his time if he wanted to; he also didn't want to risk overpowering his senses by rushing past so many people and causing him to seek blood.

Sorren pulled the parchment with the incantation out go his pocket and revised it, it wasn't too complex of a spell and so in the time it took for him to reach the library he had memorised it. The Hybrid scanned the large room and spotted her in the corner...reading...he certainly didn't take her for an avid reader and so was surprised to see her head buried in a book. It worked in his favour though as she would defientely not see him coming and by the time she heard him it would be too late. Before he begun his plan he strolled over to the librarian and compelled her to ignore whatever happened between him and Azalea Silvers, kick anybody else out the room,vclose the library and not let anybody enter until he said otherwise.

With no possibility of being disturbed, Sorren was beside the Whisper in practically a second, he softly but clearly whispered the incantation with perfect pronunciation into her ear before she could react. Within five seconds, Azalea appeared to be frozen in time, not even blinking. She was stiff as Sorren sat next her and wrapped his arm around her neck and extended his claws, before he punctured her skin he added in a hushed but deep and slightly amused voice.

"I bet you're not used to this situation..."

Sorren dug his claws into the back of her neck to tap into the Whisper's memories his eyes shifted again as he began to see her most prominent memories and the things she thought about most, he had previously thought against using this old werewolf method but realised if he could keep her as still as a statue and nulled her pain receptors then it should work fine. If he hadn't used the spell their would have been an incredibly high risk of her dying and the pain would have been excruciating. The spell was only temporary and so wouldn't last for long so he had until it ran out to see some of what Azalea refused to utter to anyone before he retracted his claws.

 Azalea had just gotten to a section on a Hybrids weakness when she noticed the library was suddenly much more quiet. She looked up from her book only to stare into the face of Sorren. Empty library and Sorren? That couldn't be good. "No." Azalea growled angrily, dropping her book and moving to get up but Sorren whispered some sort of incantation into her ear and Azalea was frozen, paralyzed and unable to move, frozen in a position in where she had been leaning away from Sorren and poised to get up, her face frozen in anger and realization.

Azalea knew what he was doing before he stuck his claws into her neck. Helpless to do anything, Azalea felt a rush of pure rage at losing and knowing he was looking into some of her most prominent memories. She would've flinched at what he said in his familiar amused tone. She swore the moment the spell broke she'd go after his memories again.

Azalea was was forced to relieve her memories, knowing exactly was Sorren saw. Multiple memories surged from Azalea. Most prominently one of Azalea's childhood. A rich estate, a manor perhaps. A young, dark haired girl resembling Azalea, standing around nine other girls of seemingly younger ages, her sisters, they were laughing and dancing, spinning to holiday music that rang through the lovely manor.

The memory flashed forward to a different time. A young Azalea, fifteen perhaps, discovering some place beautiful, magical and witch created. A silver forest, a pathway leading through it. A willow tree shading the rest of a pathway, the faint sound of music coming from beyond. Azalea struggled, trying to shade the memory from Sorren's prying eyes by trying to offer up other, useless memories but failed to no avail. The memory continued, Azalea and her sisters trailing behind her as she parted the leaves of a willow tree. The path did not end, a silver, dainty bridge arched over a lilac-silver pond. At the end of the bridge, across the bridge, was a white domed pavilion, silver vines curving over white latticework. Where ladys in corsets from another time period, danced with their colorfully dressed suitors, inhumanly graceful, they were also magic.

The memory flashed forward to a slightly older looking Azalea, although she still looked young, cautiously opening the front door to an eerily quiet manor, scars and blood stained her cheeks. The memory cut off abruptly as Azalea fought with her mind, supplementing useless memories of recent things, like locking an unconscious Raisa in the janitor closet, Sorren and her in the garden, Azalea going to the library, attempting to block Sorren from digging further.

Hasan knelt down beside the girl and assisted her to stand up instead of helping pick up his things. "Please don't lower yourself instead stand for I wouldn't want someone to harm your hand." He waved a hand over his books as they began to come back together in his arms and he looked the girl in her eyes. "I hope I have not caused you pain and promise to avoid doing so ever again. Is there anything that I may do, to stop any penance that I may rue?" He spoke in a with a sing song sway and in rhyme or slant rhyme.
