She ducked, skirt twirling as she dodged the blow. Her aura began to appear, shimmering and orange in the sunlight, almost like a small sun of her very own. Two wings began to sprout from her shoulder blades, giving her an angelic appearance to fit her species.

Laurence landed behind her, turning and aiming a kick at the back of her knee.

Ein would see that May would go on the defensive, and he would try not to injure at that much. He would start by conjuring that same sphere of purple aura and aimed it towards May. He fired it straight at her, and it would split into five smaller spheres mid-way and would target her from different directions.

His foot just barely brushed her leg, sending her off-kilter for but a mere moment. Solana caught herself quickly, her wings growing steadily larger.

Laurence's wings would reappear as his spell wore off. "Crap." He quickly aimed a blow to her back.

May would dart around as she tried to avoid Ein's purple spheres, though she still got hit by three of them. May huffs, but tries to keep her expression neutral. She had certainly felt worse pain. May summons a ball of light, and shoots it quickly at Ein. It wouldn't be solid enough to hurt Ein, but if it got close enough to his face, his vision would be impaired for a while, hopefully giving her an opening.

Kit sighed. "Before the day is over, actually... Before I find Juther... I believe I have some other classes, might as well do those, see if something interesting is up on the menu... Apart from my habit to talk to myself, which totally doesn't make me look like a weirdo..." He'd put his hands in his pockets and go to the class. He thought about finding Lottie and messing around with her, but he figured that he didn't want to be annoy her. Not her... I make too much of a big deal about her now that I think about it... He's fairly strong compared to everyone in this school that's a student... He might be one of the stronger ones, if he actually had to make a teacher go all creepy on him... Maybe he's stronger than everyone else, maybe he's the strongest 'student' here. He remembered the aura from back at the greenhouse that Ittoki emitted, it was fairly scary, especially for a student, and considering the fact Kit was sporty, he doubted why he wasn't strong like everyone, hell, he doubted why the other students were at the school, when they were strong already.

Ein would see a ball of light, realizing that she would try and blind him. He would quickly turn his back away from the ball of light and activated "Mad Back" creating shadow spikes off of his back like a porcupine. They would head straight towards the ball of light and May.

Her aura faded for a moment as she was hit, and she finally decided to try and hit back. Jumping up, Solana summoned a short burst of fire, watching it flare up in her hand before aiming it in Laurence's general vicinity.

Laurence leapt back, one of his wings burnt. His eyes turned a crimson-grey color, as his aura flared around him. He'd kneel placing a palm on the ground, sending waves of what seemed to be electricity towards Solana.

She felt the buzzing crackle in the air, and leapt away, wary. Landing a hit didn't change her expression, but if one paid close attention to her eyes, they could see a cold glint of satisfaction. Solana seemed to be covered in the fire that was her aura, the air around her shimmering with heat. She hummed a few notes, and the flames leapt higher.

Laurence shrank back a step as the flames grew. He would have to stall, and let her exhaust her aura. He used his Shadow Sneak ability, to vanish from Solana's view, making his way to her.

Seeing him disappear from view, she brightened her aura, in an effort to make any nearby shadows disappear and reveal his presence. This move tired her, and she started panting slightly. Maybe she should use more physical attacks instead of magical ones..

May clumsily tumbles out of the way of the spikes, and then she got an idea. She focused her attention on surrounding herself with her aura, causing her entire body to glow. Then she sends her aura out, creating a ring of light on the ground around Ein, which would then shoot up to be just taller than he was. Walking through the circle would likely temporarily blind Ein, even if he had his eyes closed. If Ein did not escape from the circle, it would look like he was surrounded by a wall of light, with vaguely human-shaped shadows moving back and forth. One of those shadows would be May, but most of them would be flickers in the light that she was creating. May would move in random patterns outside of the circle in an attempt to make her shadow look like it blended in with the others. It was a defensive strategy, but the only one she had at the moment.

Luna sits up straighter, seeing May's fight. She can't help but smile, impressed that May had come up with a move so quickly. She knew May had never been taught anything about how to control her aura, but it seemed to Luna that her sister might be catching on rather quickly.

Still, she decided, whipping a strange, micro-phone looking object from her bag. The attack is powerful, and goes a long way without using too much energy, so it'll be worth it. Solana hummed some more, warming up.

Ein would seem to be trapped in a ring of light. In a situation like this, leaving would probably have some consequence. This was probably a way to keep him ensnared so that May would be able to attack him. He sees what appeared to be moving shadows shaped like humans. What options did he have at the moment? The quick moments he had, Ein would plan his next move carefully. What seemed to be a few seconds would turn into a major turning point in Ein's next move. He would send out his aura in the form of a shadow, and it would be sent out of the ring. This aura would then jump up in the air, and quickly burst into smaller spheres to intercept the shadows.

The blonde, having her attack nearly charged up, was too busy to counter-attack the spheres. She was so close, and only just barely dodged the attack, concentrating on her own.

As Ein's aura moves upward, May darts into a position directly behind Ein. When the orbs came crashing down on the shadows, May dropped the wall of light, and ran towards Ein. She kicks her foot out, and slides towards Ein's legs, like a baseball player sliding onto the base. She would aim her kick for Ein's ankle, hoping to knock him off balance, but given her size and strength, this would only work if Ein was caught off guard, and already slightly off balance.

Ein would try and find May, and would find to be kicked by May. The kick would get him off balance, but he wouldn't drop down yet as he would fire off 'Mad Back' by twirling around which would allow him to use it as a balance tool. At the same time, he would use that to get off and attempt to strike May with his mace.

Suddenly, Solana emitted a strange, high-pitched noise. It wasn't loud, but almost inaudible, somewhat like a dog whistle. This noise manifested itself physically into a large soundwave, and the air around it rippled as it moved, straight for Laurence. The energy fired by her opponent's hand dissipated as that wave practically absorbed it, only charging the wave with the energy that had meant to be used against her.

May rolls out of the path of Ein's strike, though just barely, while also reaching for one of her throwing knives. Instead of throwing it normally, May would wrap her aura around the knife, and send it flying with the blunt end facing Ein. She props herself up into a crouch as she attempts to guide the knife towards Ein's chest, but without having any practice, she would loose hold of the knife before it reached to its target. The knife would simply fall to the ground with a soft clink. "Dang it," May would mutter as she jumped to her feet, preparing for her next move.

Solana suddenly stopped, running over to her friend as he fell. She mentally cursed herself for using such a strong attack, now she had probably permanently damaged Laurence! "Are you okay?!"
