"Oh, good." May was relived she didn't have to find a way to explain everything to Ein. She sighs with a mixture of relief and exhaustion. "I-I'm sorry about Lucy. Sh-she was really friendly. I'll miss her too."

"Yeah... It's all right really. I never really expected her to... well die. She was actually one of the first people I met when I came here. We got along pretty well and well somehow our relationship grew. It seems silly, but I guess these things happen right?" He said with a somber tone as a slight tear ran from his left eye as he did his best to regain his composure with a smile.

May reaches out to put a hand on Ein's arm to try to comfort him. "Well.... relationships form and.... uhhh.... grow apart a lot. Th-that's kinda what school is about.... finding out wh-who you're .... umm.... comfortable with. B-but it's unfair to loose someone like we lost Lucy so early." May tries to be comforting, but she's not sure if she really found the right words to say.

Kit yawned. Time to wake up... After that little nap, I'm ready. Maybe my 2nd tail will grow today. Yeah... It won't, I'll go check on Aroki. Kit got up and dusted his clothes off. As he regained his composure, he started walking and started smelling the air. "Cause I saved ya... From a Skyfall... Can you hear the Sirens call?" He said, as he passed through the place he had found Lottie at. He let out a grin and put his index finger on the floor, he had found a small amount of blood on the floor there. He put the finger on his mouth. "Good enough..." Kit said, this action made him think of meat, for some reason, he was always hungry for meat, living or dead, cooked or raw, it's all the same to him.


"I wonder if Ein is asleep, I could go for that fabulous meat right now" Kit smiled, as he poked his fang with his index finger. "Sharp, just perfect for meat" Kit chuckled, he forgot about Ein and gulped, Lottie had come into mind now, as he finally left the forests vicinity. Well then, now to look for that Neko, I can get points if I do so... I can play all my cards correctly and win this match against life... And that is what I plan on doing. Kit remembered how he hated anything philosophical, and now he was a walking philosophy piece. "Weird how it all changes... Even my harem dreams have vanished... Or have they stepped aside?" Kit asked himself, his harem was only an experiment he wanted to do, but with that experience yesterday he couldn't stop thinking about how it could be canceled, he was going to stop his experiment and his dream, all because of one kiss on the cheek, or was he?


I feel stupid... doing so much, for so little, I could set my eyes on something else, like forcing myself and growing my 2nd tail after I become good at combat... Kit's conflicted sides of him told him completely different things, in one side, he wanted to pursue a Neko, but in the other, he wanted to impress his family and grow his 2nd tail. Why am I always so conflicted about the stupidest things? Why can't I satisfy both my needs? Why am I so determined? Why can't I help myself..?





Kit though, he was delusional, he has never seen a Neko-Kitsune hybrid. That's impossible... Ahh... To the library, I need to read and find out if it is. Am I really unable to know that? He walked towards the entrance of the school, and opened it. "I'm back..." He said.

As May's hand is on Ein's arm he still thinks about Lucy and everything that occurred up to this point. "Yeah life... can be pretty unfair. Everyone goes through the tragedies of life, and I can't just be like this forever. Good bye Lucy," he says as the tears start flowing down his face. "Hope you aren't hurting where you are now."

Kit's blank expression turned gloomy, as he saw no one there. Before long, he started to walk around the halls and found Ein with May, they seemed to be engaged in conversion, but Kit didn't care about interrupting. "Hey, Ein! Do you happen to know where the library is?" Kit didn't say anything else than what he needed ta say. To him, the faster he could get there and read up, the better, then he could go to his room and check on Aroki.

May closes her eyes as tears now start to flow from them. "I w-wish I could have gotten to know her better," she says. "I-I think we might have had a lot in common."

Ein wiped the tears off his eyes and answered Kit's request, "Just go straight and make a left turn. Also please don't bite people including me please. We need our flesh you know, and if you needed some meat just go eat some in the cafeteria all right? Or I don't know talk to the headmaster about it," he said calmly.

Well then... He seems to had caught me red-handed... Time to be smooth like butter Kit. Kit looked confused. "Pardon me... But why would I bite you? Your a dude, that's disgusting. Go check your facts before accusing people, please" Kit's once confused expression turned mad. "If you'd have good solid evidence, which you can't have... Oh wait, you can't have, because I'm not interested in any meat other than animals meat, especially some rabbit or something... I could go for some strawberries, and by the way, I have meat in the room, Aroki's meat bag is full of steak, I don't need yours" Kit said, his expression turned into a light smile and he kept on his walking. "See ya" Kit flashed a peace sign at the pair, as he kept on walking.

"Right... Just remember that while Abel was using my body, I saw and heard everything that transpired. Including the fact you tried to eat Lucy but Lottie stopped you, so sure go ahead and do your thing. It doesn't matter whether your gay, bi or whatever doesn't really change a thing you know," he said with a loud voice with a smile to Kit as he saw him walking. He then turned to May and hugged her saying, "It's all right. Lucy was a great person I guarantee it. For now we just have to give our respects to her at the funeral all right?"

May frowns at Kit's rant, glaring at him from behind as he walks away. "That wasn't even good bs," she whispers. "Also, if Hikari ever goes missing, I'm coming for him first." May was caught off-guard by the sudden hug, and hesitated for a moment before wrapping an arm behind Ein's back. "Alright."

He let go and said, "Now then, I think I should go speak with the headmaster about getting a new roommate, but who has one available. Pardon the sudden question May, but do you have available space for a roommate?"

May nods. "Yeah, I've still got an extra bed," she replies.

"You don't mind if I become your roommate then right? I don't want to bother you and all, and you probably think this is sudden and all." He said to May.

May smiles and shakes her head. "No I don't mind. There's really no one I was going to ask.... well... I was going to ask Lucy.... umm... but you're my friend too, and I trust you, and I think you deserve a roommate you can trust."

He smiled and said, "Thanks May... Now then I think we should speak with the headmaster about this then," he said to May. Getting a new roommate is great, but he was still worried about Kit. Would he attempt to eat others in secret? Telling the headmaster won't do anything without conclusive evidence, so he will just have to find a way later.

May nods. "Yeah, lets go." May takes a couple steps down the hall, then pauses and turns back to Ein. "I forget where his office is." May wasn't exactly good with directions, or remembering how to get around large buildings without a map. It was probably a miracle she hadn't already gotten lost at least once.

"Don't worry, the office is up the stairs then we go straight ahead," he said to May. Memorizing the map was a good move on his part, and he was glad to after finding multiple places. He proceeded to go to the headmaster's office to discuss the roommate situation.

Should I get myself into trouble? Kit smiled. I don't have time for that... "I'll 'clear' my image next time... maybe use that..." He whispered, as low as he could. Charms could work on Ein... Maybe, just maybe. Kit entered the library and started walking around, looking for the book he wanted. "Hybrids or something... Any info on that, please..." Kit said, as he kept on looking, with no luck.


Finally, he had found his book. It was about hybrid possibilities and everything in the middle ground. Kit flipped pages and got to where he wanted, then put it back. They're possible, perfect. Kit smiled at the news. "Well then, here I come Aroki" Kit said, as he left the place and went to his room.

Ein and May would finally reach the headmaster's office and would knock on the door. "Excuse me, is the headmaster here?" Ein would ask.

May stands beside Ein with her arms folded behind her back, rocking back and forth on her heels and looking around the hall.

Kit looked at the door. "Well then" He opens it and looks at the female fox, who was sleeping in his bed. "Hello ther- Oh... well then, guess I won't disturb you" Kit said, as he pet the fox and undressed, down to his pants only. He finished and jumped on his bed. He let out a sigh, as he wasn't exactly tired by any means, but the fact that he was bored beyond belief and without something to feed off of meant that he didn't have anything to do at the moment.


He let out a smile, as he looked up, lost in his own little world.

It seemed that the headmaster was going to take a while again. May started to fidget as she looked around. "So.... have you had a chance to see where all your classes are yet?" she asks. "Things got pretty.... uhh.... interesting after I got here, so I still haven't had the chance to find any of the classrooms."
