Memories Are Forever (1x1 with YukiUchiha)

"Thanks buddy," Clay says patting Gaven on the back. "Do you want to come with me?" He asks not waiting for him to answer before he pulled out his truck keys and headed towards the truck to drive to Drew's house completely ignoring Jenna's warning.

Ashely and Drew were in his living room when he held her close. She wasn't enjoying this. She really wasn't. She wanted to leave but as always Drew threatened to hurt Clay. She couldn't do this anymore. She needed Clay. She got up and got pulled back down by Drew. "Let me go please." She whispered and Drew shook his head. "Not at all." Ashley sighed and wanted to cry. This wasn't love anymore.

Clay had found Drew's house and when he did he pulled off to the side of the street and parked. "This should be fun." He whispered walking to the front door he heard commotion. His eyes grew wide when he heard Ashley pleading for him to stop whatever it was he was doing. He instinctively walked through. The door and called out her name. "Ashley?" He says not prepared for the anger that was about to over come him when he would see what was happening.

They were in the room and Drew was trying to get Ashley to do it with him. When she would scream no she got slapped. Now tears were in her eyes and when she heard Clay her eyes went wide. "Go tell him to leave." Drew said and Ashley didn't hesitate to go over to him and didn't even hug him. She was wearing make up so it was running. Her cheek was a bit swollen and red. She looked at the ground and then said, "what are you doing here?! Can't you get a hint and realize I don't want you around anymore Clay?! God move on already! I don't need you protection anymore!" She exclaimed because she knew if she didn't say this, he wouldn't more then lucky leave.

"Well hello to you too." Clay says with his arms folded. Looking at her he knew Drew had out his hands on her, he could see his hand imprinted on her face. "But I know you're just saying those things to get me to leave." With that he pushed passed her and walked into the room. "So you're only way of getting a woman to do what you want is to put your hands on her?" Clay asked his voice booming. His glare was about as livid as if he was looking at prey. He knew if he wasn't standing here what would have happened to Ashley and he wasn't going to have it. Walking over to Drew he grabbed him by the shoulders and threw his against the wall. That's when his fists met Drew's face until blood was visible. When he was done he threw him against the bed. "Touch her again, I dare you."

Ashley followed Clay and just stood there watching, "Clay stop it!" She screamed with tears in her eyes. Even though she was physically hurt, she was emotionally hurt too. "Clay just leave please." She whispered and looked at him. She didn't want this. "Leave. Just leave please." She said again and Drew smiled as he slowly stood up. "Ashley, be a dear a go get the first aid kit." Ashley looked at Clay and then walked to the bathroom. "You know what Clay, why don't you mind your business and find yourself a girl other then Ashley because i already have her heart." He told him.

Clay laughed hoarsely at the douche that he was standing in front of. "Yeah, totally that's why you resort to using your fists to scare her. You know that's illegal and your about to end up somewhere you don't want to be." When Ashley came back with they Drew asked for he shook his head. "Nope, let's go." He says throwing the first aid kit at Drew's face. (Hahaha xD ) and taking Ashley's arms leading her out. "Your unbelievable you know that?!" Clay says in a stern whisper forcing her into the truck shaking his head disappointed at her. "You're not that type of girl Ashley, what makes you think that is healthy?!" He was only angry because he didn't wan her to get hurt and walking in on the gel he loved almost getting raped was enough to rub anyone the wrong way.

"Why don't you just shut up Clay?! Just shut up! You haven't been here for over two years obviously! You don't know what kind of girl I am now! Why can't you just realize I don't want you around anymore?! Let me out I can walked home!" Ashley exclaimed as she tried to open the door but was locked. "Clay let me out!" She screamed again.

"Nope." He says simply not turning to look at her waiting for her fir to be over before he spoke to her. A few minutes later he turned to her. "Are you done?" He asks his anger subsiding for now.

"I don't know are you. Do you plan in telling me this relationship I have it healthy? You think I don't f***ing know that Clay?!" She exclaimed again and sighed as she out her head against his window and cried. She didn't want this but she didn't want Clay hurt.

"So if you know why don't you do something?" His voice was calm as he spoke. He knew if he screamed the way he wanted to it would make things worse. "Ashley, just look at yourself. I don't know about you but in my world letting someone control you like that and rape you, that isn't okay. Now would you please tell me why you are acting so stupidly?"

"No I won't. You don't need to know anything Clay." Ashley said and when they got to her house she tried opening the door. "Let me out Clay." She said and she meant it. She didn't want to be in his truck with him anymore. She wanted to be in her room so she could break in private without Clay knowing anything.

"I'm not letting you out until you talk to me, or at least five me a 'thanks Clay for saving me from being abused.' Ashley, for God's sake what has gotten into you? I think I deserve to know what is bothering you."

"No you don't Clay. You don't!" She said and unlocked the door herself and opened it then slammed it and went up to her room. She didn't want to talk to him. She just wanted him safe. He was the only reason she was still in this relationship. She locked her door and cried. She cried in her room for hours.

When he watched her fun off he sighed and pulled out if the drive way heading to get some food and some things from the store he then came and climbed in the tree waiting for her to notice him.

She stayed there crying into her knees. She wanted to be alone. She looked up as it got dark but saw a shadow in her tree. She knew who it was. She grabbed Clays arm and pulled him in and hugged him close. Her head in his chest as she continued to cry. She missed him. She missed him and needed to just break down and Clay was the only person she could do that with.

When she grabbed a hold of his arm he hadn't expected it and nearly fell out of the tree but caught himself. When she took him into a hug he set the food down on the desk and wrapped his arms around her with ought saying anything. He then began to stroke her hair. "Shhh, I'm here, it's okay."

"It's not.... It's not okay. I'm sorry for everythin I said Clay.... I'm sorry." She whispered as she continued to cry and began to wheeze. She tried to calm herself down but just couldn't. She continued to hug him and cried. She felt like the worst best friend ever.

"Calm down and breathe." He whispers closer to her rubbing her back to try and help. He didn't release his confront grip on her though. "I'm sorry I may have dented your boyfriend's face in." He says trying to get her to laugh. "You just really scared me, I don't want him to hurt you, you understand that don't you?"

"I know. I don't want him to hurt you..." Ashley whispered as she tried to calm down but just couldn't. She couldn't. She had bruises from Drew and was so scared of him she didn't want to go to his house tomorrow but there wasn't a anything she could do. "Stay the night with me?" She asked. They used to sleep over all the time. She just wanted her best friend with her.

"Ash he couldn't hurt me if I tried, did he lay a hand on me today?" He was beyond livid how scared she was if this dude. He left her and this is what he comes back to? It wasn't okay. "Ashley, you have to tell me, what I stopped today, has he done that before?"

Ashley sighed and looked at Clay. She had that apologetic look on her face. "Y-yeah..." She told him and pulled away then stared at the floor. She wasn't a virgin anymore. That was so embarrassing. Especially to tell her best friend that.

"I see." He says calmly looking at the floor too. It felt like his hear had just been ripped from his chest and thrown on the floor. He failed at protecting her. "Does it happen a lot?" He asks not looking up from the ground shuffling his feet.

"Y-yeah..." Ashley said again and stayed staring at the floor. This wasn't Clays fault. "Clay I know you always want to protect me but it's okay. You had school to finish. That's important. I'm fine Clay. Don't beat yourself up over this." She told him and smiled softly.

Clay shook his head for the moment. "Don't turn this on me right now." He whispered. "Ashley, how many times?" He asked finally having the courage to look up at her, pushing his tears back.
